What if the story you're living isn't the one God is telling? In this Memorial Day message from Hebrews 11, we explore how the stories we believe shape the choices we make—and how faith invites us to trust God's story even when it's hard. Through the lives of Abraham, Sarah, Moses, and others, we'll see that real faith isn't about perfection—it's about choosing to follow God when the path isn't clear, the cost is high, and the results are eternal.

Easter Sunday is a time to rejoice that Jesus defeated sin, death, and suffering so we could be called children of God. From the beginning of Scripture, God's plan was that Jesus would die to reconcile his people back to him. Not only that, but the person and work of Jesus fulfilled over 300 Old Testament prophecies, culminating in the one thing that changes everything: his resurrection. As we explore Jesus' third post-resurrection appearance in John 21, we invite you to join us in remembering this: Because of the resurrection, you can find true joy in following Jesus, no matter where you are in life.

The Communion table represents a holy and sacred time in the Lord's presence. The Lord's Supper replaced the Passover Meal. Jesus was modeling a paradigm shift from the Old Covenant to the New Covenant. From the Old Testament to the New Testament. From the Temple to the Church. From Priests to Preachers. In the Old Testament the sheep died for the shepherd. In the New Testament the Shepherd dies for the sheep. The communion table reminds us to look back at the cross and look forward to the future glory in heaven.

Paul stresses the power and sufficiency of the Gospel and how even in times of imprisonment, the Gospel is still transforming lives!
