This podcast is for people who have a hard time falling asleep. It’s a guided meditation to relax each part of the body and then a little guided meditation to take you some place else and eventually into a deep sleep.

Let's notice how when we think about something you desire, how do you feel? Inspired? Creative? When we note to ourselves how we feel, we become more CLEAR about what we truly want.

We all have resistant thoughts. The key is taking that frustrating moment, breathe, and become aware of it. Then DO something, anything that feels a bit productive like go for a walk or recycle the papers you don't need that are crowding your workspace, then notice the feeling afterwards. You feel lighter and piece by piece you continue to allow yourself feel good. You deserve to feel good. ❄️

If you experiencing something negative, you need to stop and switch focus on what you do want in that moment. Immediately, you will feel a shift.
As we acknowledge negative energy, we can take that moment and take note of our thoughts and pivot. Let's play that game!
Can negative flow actually make you sick? Some say yes but the point is, notice your negative feelings and pivot.
You are the attractor of your own experience. As you think one thought, it attracts another like it until eventually you have a physical manifestation of those thoughts.
The Pivoting Process allows a gradual shifting of your point of attraction which will give you the results you want. The Law of Attraction guarantees that whatever you are focused on will flow into your experience. So becoming more and more aware of what you are truly thinking about is vital. Have fun with this!
The pivoting process continues today. What are your thoughts really about? Are you thinking about what you really want or are you sometimes consumed with the absence of what you want? In other words, are you going to a negative scenario or a positive scenario? Let's figure that out!
When you're doing something or you're about to do something and you have that nervous unwanted feeling in your gut, stop and notice if you're imagining a negative scenario. Then take a moment and make yourself imagine the scenario all going the way you want it to go. This is the process of pivoting. I use it every day sometimes several times depending on what is going on. Try it!!
You have to feel good about great abundance before you allow it into you life. What does that mean? Let's think about what we say about others who have great abundance.
Today is more about the Wallet Process game and thinking about that money that stays in your pocket. How you feel abundant about not spending it and how that feeds positive feelings in you and how you are living your life.
Today is about a game called Wallet Process. You put some money in your wallet and you don't spend it but you imagine yourself spending it on what you want but you always know you still have that money in your pocket. It's interesting!
You don't have to be abundant to attract abundance. You have to feel abundant. This goes back to being grateful for all that you do have in your life. Let's reflect on that today. Go to the better feeling thoughts. Happy Saturday!
Today we actually start to clear out and give away what no longer represents you. This allows your attraction to become clearer to what you are and who you want to be going forward. It's time. Take one small space at a time. Even doing this little by little will make a big difference.
As soon as you read the word “Cluttered”, how do you feel? I feel a nervous feeling in my stomach followed by the word “ugh”. Most of us don't even want to go there. Today is similar to yesterday, just notice those spaces in your life where there is clutter. ☮️

If you trust the game of Wouldn't it be nice if…everything that you want will eventually come into alignment. Write everything down or type it out and the allow, that's the big one, and all of those things will happen.
This is the fun game we're playing today! Just let your imagination go, allow yourself to daydream what you really want. It's powerful to see for yourself what you want deep down inside.
Even when we tell ourselves something positive but we don't believe it, that's an unspoken vibration that is negative. You have to allow yourself to believe that something that you want is possible. Part of this equation involves taking stock of the people, situations, and things in your life that you are grateful for. Don't forget your Rampage of Appreciation studies that we did.
As you intend through segments throughout the day, you find yourself realizing that there is nothing that you cannot be, do, or have as you see yourself in creative control of your own life. Believe it!!
Today I catch you up on the weekend's readings as we dive into segment intending. This is a great skill to hone and have so you automatically flow into each segment of your day no matter what is happening in the moment. Once you start doing this, it's pretty amazing.

Today we observe ourselves as we enter each segment of our day. Here I give you examples of how many segments we have during one day! How do you set the tone for each segment for how you want it to be?
Today is an introduction to Segment Intending. What are you thinking in those tiny moments throughout the day? Moments where you have gotten into the habit of thinking negatively? It's just a habit that you can change. This study of Segment Intending is truly life altering.
If you are living with a limited physical condition, you can change this current condition by imagining how you want to be in the future. Of course you have to take steps to achieve this goal but by imagining how you want to be, you start doing what you need to do and you get stronger and stronger and the goal becomes more and more real. Each day your current condition becomes more and more in the past. I'm living proof of this!!
As we become clear about what we really want, the more we think and talk about it, the manifestation is done. However, as the manifestation becomes reality, we are also aware of our self made resistance, so we are able to note those too and turn those thoughts around. Today, let's breathe in ☮️ peace, and breathe out love ❤️ to our world.
The instant you say, I prefer, I want, or I like, the non-physical energies begin orchestrating the manifestation of your desire. If you didn't resist, it would happen super fast.
As you repeat your script in your mind and accept it as reality, the Universe believes it and responds in the same way.
This day is a perfect example of scripting! When I was a kid, I forgot to bring my lunch to school and the lunch lady gave me a free lunch on Friday the 13th (a bad luck day). Ever since then, I thought of this day as a good luck day, I was using positive thoughts to change my reality back then and I didn't even know it. Kids do that sort of thing. Try to remember your positivity as a child. What did you do?
Only you can decide what you want and by scripting and figuring out what you truly want, clarifies this and then the big choice is allowing this to happen. ☮️
As you continue your scripting process, get into the details and note how you feel. If you feel excitement but it's mixed with a little fear, that's ok. Lots of times when we're getting to the heart of what we really want, of course this is normal. This sounds corny but you do deserve to live your best life!!
Today you imagine and write out exactly how you want a situation or personal challenge to turn out. As the challenge gets closer, you stick to your script! Why not YOU?!
You can look at things from a negative perspective or a positive perspective. The positive perspective inspires us and motivates us, where as the negative perspective absolutely makes us feel that we don't want to do something at all. Which do you choose? ➕➖❓
You can and will create the essence of anything that you are giving your full attention to. That's it in a nutshell!
Happy Saturday! Today you're not making any “radical” decisions, you're simply looking for what YOU want to see in as your day progresses. For instance, your day will progress with ease. Tasks you are dreading- mmm, not bad, that was easy. Don't forget to breathe and enjoy the moments through out your day. If there's something you don't like, change it so in the future, you don't have to deal with it.
Your writings about positive aspects of all things, starts you on a path of looking at positive things in all situations. As this happens, situations you want start flowing to you and it takes courage to say yes, I've wanted these things to happen so I'm going to say yes and allow it, and do what I need to do to get there. You can do it!! Take that step.
