Israel has attacked the southern suburbs of Beirut at what it says was a Hezbollah infrastructure, in response to Hezbollah firing into its territory. The strikes could put the agreement between Iran and the United States to halt their war at risk. We hear from Ali Vaez, the Iran Project Director for the International Crisis Group.  Also on the programme;  Switzerland's proposal to limit the country's population to ten million has been rejected according to early projections, and the New York Knicks win their first NBA title in 53 years.(Photo: Smoke billows from southern Lebanon following an Israeli strike, as seen from Marjayoun, Lebanon, June 14, 2026. You keep showing up for everyone else. Your surviving children, your spouse, your job, the people who never see what you carry. You hand out grace, patience, room to not be okay — to everyone but yourself. In her first episode back, Teresa sits down for an honest, tender conversation about the grace grieving moms give away so freely and almost never keep for themselves. Because here is the truth so many of us live and rarely admit: you cannot give from empty. In this episode, you'll discover... Why the strongest grieving moms are so often the most depleted — and what that strength is quietly costing you Why giving yourself grace is not the same as abandoning the people who still need you What one grieving woman at an empty tomb can show you about being filled back up The verse that says your most emptied-out moment may be the exact place you are held the most If you have forgotten what it feels like to be poured into instead of poured out, this is the gentle place to begin. You are not failing because you are tired. You are carrying something almost no one can see — and the God who is close to the brokenhearted has not stopped tending to you, even now.

But Gilbert was ultimately deemed a little too friendly for the job, and the Hortmans adopted him as their own.In the months following their deaths, thousands of people donated to Helping Paws in their memory. That support helped create the Hortman Heroes Fund, which will train future service dogs for veterans and first responders with PTSD.MPR News host Nina Moini got a tour of the Helping Paws facility from executive director Alyssa Golob.

They also get into Jared Jones' start, Carmen Mlodzinski's rough outing, Spencer Horwitz's massive insurance homer, Bryan Reynolds robbing Ohtani, Gregory Soto closing it out, and why the bullpen remains the biggest issue even after a wild 9-8 win. Arab Muslim Israeli Citizen Carries Out Terror Attack. Wake Up — It's Jihad

In this urgent and honest update from Israel, another Jew was murdered in cold blood. A 35-year-old man was killed and others wounded in a shooting attack near Kochav Yair and Tzur Yitzhak in central Israel. The terrorist, Omar Yassin, was not from Gaza or Judea & Samaria — he was an Arab Muslim *Israeli citizen* from Tayibe. This attack proves once again that the enemy does not distinguish between Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, or settlements. They want all of Israel — “from the river to the sea.” The dangerous illusion that giving away land will bring peace has been shattered yet again.Even more alarming is the growing *fifth column* inside Israel. Thousands of Arab Israeli citizens openly support Hamas and Islamic terror. Universities have become hubs of incitement, and we continue to see Arab Israelis joining terror attacks against the Jewish state that gives them equal rights, affirmative action, and full benefits. This is not an isolated incident. It is part of a clear pattern. Political correctness is killing Jews. We can no longer afford denial or fantasies of coexistence with those who want us dead. This threat is not unique to Israel. Just as Britain, France, Germany, and other Western countries are waking up to jihadi infiltration from within, Israel must face this reality with courage and clarity. In this video I break down the hard truths Israelis must confront: the external jihadi enemy and the internal one, the failure of political correctness, and why only strong Jewish identity and sovereignty can protect our people. We are strong. We are awake. We will defend every inch of our homeland and speak the plain truth without shame. If you care about Israel and the future of the Jewish people, watch until the end and share this video.Arab Israeli terror attack, fifth column Israel, Israeli Arab terrorist, Kochav Yair shooting, jihadi inside Israel, from the river to the sea, Israel security threat, political correctness kills, Jewish sovereigntyAm Yisrael Chai!Join Our Whatsapp Channel: https://chat.whatsapp.com/GkavRznXy731nxxRyptCMvFollow us on Twitter: https://x.com/AviAbelowJoin our Telegram Channel: https://t.me/aviabelowpulseFollow us on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/pulse_of_israel/?hl=enPulse of Israel on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/IsraelVideoNetworkVisit Our Website - https://pulseofisrael.com/Donate to Pulse of Israel: https://pulseofisrael.com/boost-this-video/

One secret. Two lives forever changed. Stephanie grew up cherished and surrounded by love, yet she was haunted by questions no one would answer. Her brother Carmine, in contrast, lived a life marked by tumult, loss, and an unrelenting search for belonging. Though born less than a year apart, these two siblings lived as strangers, each walking their own path and unaware of the other's existence. Then, with one phone call, a long-hidden truth came crashing into the light, shattering decades of silence and binding them together in an instant. What the Heart Carries traces their breathtaking discovery, the joy of meeting one another, and the devastating tragedy that followed. It is both a portrait of loss and a testament to what can be found, even in life's darkest moments. At once a story of grief and of redemption, it asks: How do we begin to heal when everything we know is torn apart?

Not forever. Not because you no longer care. But because the one who holds everyone else also needs to be held.Using three simple phrases, may I be held, may I be soft, may I rest, this meditation helps you turn kindness back towards yourself before offering it to someone you care for, and then to all those quietly carrying others. This is not about pretending the responsibility has gone. It is about softening your grip around it, giving your body a little room, and remembering that love is wider than the weight. If you are emotionally tired, caring for someone, or simply used to being the strong one, this meditation is for you.

The Mets are officially back to being consistent again… unfortunately it's the bad kind of consistency. After winning 5 of 6 and giving fans a tiny little taste of hope, the Mets responded by immediately losing 5 of 6, including getting swept in Miami by the Marlins — which should honestly qualify as emotional terrorism at this point — and then dropping 2 of 3 at HOME to the Reds because apparently Citi Field is now a charity organization for mediocre baseball teams. So this week, Farace, Rodriguez, and Producer Joe try to figure out whether this team actually has another turnaround in them… or if Mets fans are just being dragged through another 162-game trust exercise. This weekend also brings one of the weirdest and most Mets celebrations imaginable: Bobby Valentine Day. Yes, fans will receive disguises in honor of Bobby V's legendary fake mustache dugout return, proving once again that no franchise in sports celebrates chaos quite like the Mets. On top of that, the Mets Hall of Fame ceremony honors Carlos Beltran, Lee Mazzilli, and Bobby Valentine himself on Saturday at Citi Field. We'll also dive into Jose Reyes naming his Top 5 Mets nemesis list and give our own. Braves? Phillies? Chipper Jones? The entire state of Florida? We're opening old wounds tonight.Meanwhile, Juan Soto has basically become the entire offense by himself, smashing 8 home runs over his last 12 games while the rest of the lineup occasionally shows up like substitute teachers. If Soto cools off for even 48 hours, somebody may need to legally classify this offense as missing persons. On the pitching side, McLean has hit a rough patch, and the Mets continue struggling with consistency from both the rotation and bullpen. Yet somehow… despite all the frustration, this team currently has the SAME record as the 2024 Mets team that finished with 89 wins. So now the question becomes: does this roster actually have another run in them or are we all just coping? We'll also get into early trade deadline chatter after Jon Heyman said he wouldn't be shocked if the Mets eventually consider moving Francisco Lindor. Mets Twitter handled that news very calmly and rationally of course. Definitely no overreactions there.Plus:* Opening Day Mets baseball card set opening* Grading the Opening Day roster* Producer Joe preparing emotionally for ANOTHER west coast trip because apparently MLB thinks the Mets live in California now* And the show's long-standing goal remains the same: get this team back to .500 by the All-Star break… even if fans have every right to still be furious watching this team lose to bad baseball clubs.Next up: 3 against the Marlins at Citi Field before heading to Seattle and San Diego for what feels like the 800th west coast trip of the season.Baseball. Chaos. Sarcasm. Soundboard abuse. Mets pain.Just another episode of The Put it in the Books Show.LGM.#PiitB #Mets

Message me your 'Takeaways'.When life gets hard, most people sacrifice the one thing they need most, their body. Sleep drops. Training stops. The habits that kept them going disappear overnight. In this episode, I share the nine-month period where I did exactly that, moved back from playing elite rugby in France, didn't know what I was doing with my life, and numbed it all with parties and alcohol instead of doing the work. I also break down the Strong Body Dashboard: the simple tracking system I use with every client to make sure your body stays strong enough to carry you through the hard times. You'll learn:- Why your body is the vehicle and your mind is the driver|- The exact moment I hit rock bottom, and the 16-week challenge that changed everything- Why having an "excuse" to protect your health is actually a superpower- The Strong Body Dashboard: Sleep, Recovery, and Strain- Why WHOOP data makes better decisions possible (and which wearable to use)- The training template I recommend for anyone without a specific event goal- How Lachie and his wife kept training 12 weeks postpartum, and why it matteredIf this hits a nerve, the next step is the Life Performance Scorecard. It's a free five-minute assessment that shows you exactly where you're winning, where you're leaking energy, and what to fix next across Strong Body, Calm Mind, Clear Purpose, and Confident LifeSupport the showTake the "Life Performance" Scorecard: HEREFollow Lachlan:Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/lachlanstuart/YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@LachlanJStuartLINKEDIN: https://www.linkedin.com/in/lachlan-stuartmtc/Website: https://www.lachlanstuart.com.au/Newsletter: https://lachlan-stuart-tmtcp.ck.page/profileDo Something Today To Be Better For Tomorrow

Send Us Your Questions/CommentsA crowd can press in on Jesus and still miss what matters. A storm can hit out of nowhere and force the real question to the surface. We're in Luke 8:19-25, where two short scenes deliver a big gut-check for anyone who wants faith that holds up in real life: Jesus redefines “family” around hearing the Word of God and doing it, then He leads His disciples straight into a terrifying storm. We talk through why belonging to Jesus is not about proximity, familiarity, or religious activity. It's about obedience that comes from a changed heart. That takes us into the church and Christian community, because following Christ is never meant to be isolated. The family of God becomes the place where we learn to live the Word, carry each other's burdens, and keep showing up when life gets hard. Then the boat starts taking on water. Jesus is asleep. The disciples panic. And with one rebuke, the wind and waves obey Him. We slow down on Jesus' question, “Where is your faith?”, and what storms reveal about misplaced trust in health, work, control, or reputation. We also connect trials to spiritual growth, wisdom, and God's purpose to mature, correct, or redirect us.If you've ever prayed, “God, do you even care?”, this conversation is for you. Subscribe for more through Luke, share this with someone in a storm, and leave a review so more people can find it.New episodes every Mondaywww.lifehousemot.cominfo@lifehousede.comJoin us Sundays at 9 & 11 AMIntro music by Joey Blair

Kitsi Tribble had fully vaccinated her first two children without question — but when her youngest, Grayson, was born with Down syndrome, she felt an unsettled conviction to slow down and research before proceeding. Under pressure from their pediatrician and unable to find clear answers fast enough, she went against her instincts. What followed was a cascade of medical crises: infant spasms, multiple rounds of high-dose steroids, aspiration, heart failure, and four months in the ICU — including ten minutes when Grayson's heart stopped completely. He wasn't expected to survive. When he did, the seizures were gone — something doctors couldn't explain, but Kitsi knew exactly who to thank. She came home with a medically fragile baby, a feeding tube, twelve medications to wean, and no pediatrician willing to see an unvaccinated child. What she did have was a plan — built quietly during those long hospital days watching Chris Wark's Square One modules — and a conviction that God had already shown her the way forward. Through whole foods, a naturopathic pediatrician, and stubborn faith, Grayson weaned off every medication, including his thyroid meds, within a year of coming home.Kitsi's mother's story runs alongside his — a stage four endometrial cancer diagnosis that confounded her oncologist when surgery revealed nothing left behind. Now Kitsi leads a HealingStrong group in Six Mile, South Carolina, walking alongside others who know what it means to be told there's nothing more medicine can do.HealingStrong's mission is to educate, equip and empower our group leaders and group participants through their journey with cancer or other chronic illnesses, and know there is HOPE. But there are many others spoken here, including Tibetan, Kru and Kichwa. Sahan Journal recently profiled several speakers and teachers of languages that are rare in the state.
