Rutgers' offense carried RU to a 45-17 win over Miami (Ohio). RU's wide receivers are elite, and our RB room is very deep. Kaliakmanis was quite good again and the offense hummed along at will seemingly. The defense struggled plenty again, as Rutgers continues to look for defensive improvement. The lack of a pass rush and ongoing awful safety play continue to haunt a defense that needs to quickly improve before Big 10 play.Jersey Guy Sports is available on all podcasting platforms. Since returning to power in January, US President Donald Trump has pledged to deport tens of thousands of undocumented immigrants. Among them are 18,000 Indians who entered the country illegally. In February, the Trump administration sent the first group of these Indian migrants back on a US military plane. In total, more than 1,700 Indians have been deported so far this year. Most of them used what is popularly known as the "donkey route" – a long, roundabout journey designed to evade border controls. Our correspondents in India met one of the deportees who took that route. FRANCE 24's Navodita Kumari and Suhel Khan report.
This week we continue our This Is Us series by looking at Galatians 6 and what it means to be a family that carries one another's burdens. Paul reminds us that it's not rules or comparison that save us, but the love of Christ. As the church, we are called to restore with gentleness, walk in humility, and show up for each other with real love. Together, we become a house that truly looks like Jesus. Eliot Shorr-Parks joins the 94 WIP Morning Show to discuss what he's seen at Eagles training camp so far. Jalen Hurts has had a good start to camp. Saquon Barkley has been getting the lion's share of carries, but AJ Dillion has had more snaps with the first team offense than Will Shipley has. The Phillies do not want to move Bryce Harper or Kyle Schwarber from their positions. Joe DeCamara thinks this mindset may have limited the bats they could trade for.
Eliot Shorr-Parks joins the show to talk about the Birds' training camp so far. The weather seems like it has been a factor as Eliot says the Eagles looked lethargic yesterday. Jalen Hurts seems to have had a good start to camp. Saquon Barkley has had a lot of touches- however, AJ Dillion seems like he'll be the backup back and Will Shipely will fill Kenny Gainwell's roll of a short-yardage/third down back.

Welcome to The Daily, where we study the Bible verse by verse, chapter by chapter, every day. Thank you for joining me today and following us throughout Project 23. If you would like to learn more about this project, click the link to discover more and partner with us. Our text today is Mark 12:28-34: And one of the scribes came up and heard them disputing with one another, and seeing that he answered them well, asked him, "Which commandment is the most important of all?" Jesus answered, "The most important is, 'Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.' The second is this: 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no other commandment greater than these." And the scribe said to him, "You are right, Teacher. You have truly said that he is one, and there is no other besides him. And to love him with all the heart and with all the understanding and with all the strength, and to love one's neighbor as oneself, is much more than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices." And when Jesus saw that he answered wisely, he said to him, "You are not far from the kingdom of God." And after that no one dared to ask him any more questions. — Mark 12:28-34 In a moment filled with debates and trick questions, one man dares to ask something sincere: "What's the most important commandment?" That's the right question. And Jesus doesn't hesitate. He quotes the Shema from Deuteronomy 6—words every Jewish boy and girl had memorized: Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength. And love your neighbor as yourself. That's it. That's the whole law in two lines. Love vertically. Love horizontally. The man nods. He gets it. He says it back to Jesus, and Jesus replies: "You are not far from the kingdom." We complicate faith. Jesus simplifies it. It's not about rules or rituals. Not about knowledge or appearances. It's about love—real love. Do you love God with your whole being? Do you love people as you love yourself? That's the measuring stick—not how much you know, but how well you love. And it's convicting, because most of us are pretty good at loving ourselves. We think about ourselves. Protect ourselves. Excuse ourselves. But Jesus says: That same energy you give yourself? Give it to others. And more than that—give all of yourself to God. The love God wants is total. Not partial. Not occasional. Not reserved. All of it. This command doesn't leave room for compartmentalized faith. It pulls everything into the light: affections, thoughts, decisions, actions. So live all in for him who lived all in for you. #GreatestCommandment, #Mark12, #LoveGodLovePeople ASK THIS: Why does Jesus say these two commands summarize the whole law? Which area of love is hardest for you—heart, soul, mind, or strength? Who is someone God may be calling you to love more intentionally? What does “not far from the kingdom” mean in your life? DO THIS: Ask God to show you where your love for Him has grown thin, and who around you needs the love you've been withholding. PRAY THIS: God, help me love you with all that I am—and love others the way you love me. Let my faith be full of real love, not empty religion. Amen. PLAY THIS: “The Heart of Worship”

With this episode coming out on the the eve of the 4th of July, it makes sense that the guest is all about the American flag, In fact, this military veteran has carried it on nearly 750 races across almost 12,000 miles. Incredible! Why and how does he do it? Give this a listen and subscribe to the podcast, tell others about #RunTheRace. (3:54) I met Billy Richards (from NY) at "mainly marathon" races last year and again last month during my 3 races of 26.2 miles in 3 days. He did 11 straight 50Ks. He talks about carrying the USA flag and/or a ruck sac to symbolize carrying the burden of veterans. Your body can do more than you think. He slows the intensity and can run a lot more, and more days. His experience (10:26) as a former Marine and Army paratrooper made for a tough transition to civilian life, like many vets. Working out compulsively helped, but there was no purpose behind it. It became a "mission" when he carried those items like the American flag at all these fitness challenges. Billy also describes some of the crazy parts of the "Death Race" team event. (23:54) This personal trainer also describes pushing your body, getting lost and in the zone with a task like running 100 miles. You'll want to hear his story about his legs not working and him ending up in the hospital after his first race that distance. Then, he almost broke the world record for most 100 milers completed in 1 year - which led to hop surgery. (36:50) Running for a cause can be an extra motivator for all of us. For Billy now, it's Operation Vest, who helps provide counseling services for veterans to prevent suicides. Donate here: https://www.operationvest.org/campaign/billyrichards/. After we talk about the true meaning of freedom, with this holiday here...and also his current/future goals...i close out the pod in prayer. Thanks for listening to the #RunTheRace podcast!
