voice.Fr: Ce simple geste, cette ouverture, permis à Jules de sentir qu'il n'était pas seul.En: This simple gesture, this opening, allowed Jules to feel that he was not alone.Fr: Ensemble, ils évoquèrent des souvenirs, des après-midi passées à écouter des histoires, les éclats de rire et le parfum des biscuits au beurre que leur grand-mère préparait.En: Together, they recalled memories, afternoons spent listening to stories, bursts of laughter, and the scent of buttery cookies their grandmother used to bake.Fr: Le temps s'écoula lentement, mais la douleur du deuil semblait petit à petit laisser place à une douce nostalgie.En: Time passed slowly, but the pain of mourning seemed to gradually give way to a gentle nostalgia.Fr: Au milieu des ruisselements de larmes et de rires timides, Élise comprit que l'ouvrir son cœur était la première étape pour rapprocher Jules d'elle.En: Amid the streams of tears and timid laughter, Élise understood that opening her heart was the first step to bringing Jules closer to her.Fr: Quand ils quittèrent le café, le soleil du printemps semblait plus lumineux et leur lien plus fort.En: As they left the café, the spring sun seemed brighter and their bond stronger.Fr: Ils savaient que sur ce chemin de souvenir et de partage, ils n'étaient pas seuls.En: They knew that on this path of memory and sharing, they were not alone.Fr: Ils étaient ensemble, une famille toujours, malgré la perte.En: They were together, a family still, despite the loss.Fr: Et ainsi, ils avancèrent, main dans la main, portés par la chaleur des souvenirs et le renouveau d'une belle journée de printemps à Montmartre.En: And so they moved forward, hand in hand, carried by the warmth of memories and the renewal of a beautiful spring day in Hello Beautiful, I'm so grateful you're here with me. Feeling stuck in the past or weighed down by mistakes? Let Go and Begin Again on the Morning Meditation Podcast is a compassionate guided meditation designed to help you release regret and embrace the power of a fresh start.
There's something about this time of year that just feels more like the start of the New Year than January. In this episode, I talk about the shift when winter starts to let go and spring sneaks in before you notice it. Never all at once. Just little things. Crocuses coming up one day to the next. More light. A different kind of energy. And how that same thing happens in us. We talk about change and the inklings of what's next that call to us louder in the Spring. Whispers and ideas that start as a thought, or a feeling, or just a sense that something is ready to move… even if you can't quite say what yet. I share what I've been noticing in my own life, with my clients, and why this season can feel like a wiser time of year to begin again… or to at least emerge. If you've been feeling a pull toward something, at a crossroads or feeling excited for more to be revealed, you'll love this episode. 3 Things You'll Take Away: Where something is already shifting for youNot what you should change. What's actually changing. How to stop overcomplicating the next stepYou don't need a full plan. You need to tell the truth about what you want and what you don't.A different way to start againNothing too dramatic. Definitely no perfect moves. Just a small, courageous step in the direction you're already leaning or are about to. ⏰ Timestamps (00:00) Spring Awakening and Intentions (04:30) Your Next Chapter Program (09:57) Noticing the Seasonal Shift (11:31) Embracing Life's Transitional Moments (15:47) Spring Renewal and Commitment (21:16) What Do You No Longer Want? Hello Beautiful, I'm so grateful you're here with me. Feeling stuck, tired, or in need of fresh energy? Breathe in New Life on the Morning Meditation Podcast is a revitalizing guided breathing meditation designed to refresh your mind, awaken your body, and invite renewed vitality.
As the quiet energy of winter begins to soften into spring, we are invited to awaken something new within ourselves. In this gentle meditation, you are guided to reflect on an intention you are holding for the coming months. Something you would like to see bloom in your life. You'll be invited to visualize this intention as a gift already present within the mind of Spirit, and to feel into the joy, gratitude, and love that arise as it comes into form. By marrying your intention with the energy of love, you plant a powerful seed in consciousness. And just like any seed placed in the soil, there are moments for tending and moments for simply allowing. This meditation closes with a reminder that wisdom lives within you! You already know when it is time to act, and when the most powerful thing you can do is trust the unfolding. Want more meditations and early access? Today's episode is a different one and coincides wth the beginning of Spring here in the Southern Hemisphere. Spring is a time of renewal, rebirth and new beginnings. From ecosystems and landscapes bursting with new life to warmer days and longer daylight hours, the potential of spring rings eternal. I wanted to do this as so many guests have spoken about pivotal moments in their lives that represent these periods of new growth and changed trajectories, and I wanted to bring that to you today to remind us all that we don't need to wait til January 1, or worse, a state of desperation to make changes in our life. Change and action are available to all of us right now.Personally I'm trying to use this spring as a launching pad for what I'm doing with Finding Nature - from building out some programs for organisations through to the project of bringing this show to video. Beyond that though, I'm hoping to use these four months before the end of the year as a period of transition and growth in other aspects of my life from health and movement to finance and money to relationships and fatherhood. I was reminded putting this together - and hopefully you are too - that the ability to learn from others who've gone through their own experiences are all around us to relate to, to learn from and hopefully to take suggestions and action into our own lives.I really enjoyed going into the show catalogue and putting this together. Every guest today I learnt from the first time around and I have again, and I hope you find something in this episode to help you with what you're trying to get done and move towards at the moment. If you enjoy any of the snippets from this show, I've linked all of the full episodes in the show notes so you can go listen to the whole thing from there.Discovering Real Meaning In The Dismantling: Nadya Hutagalung Wants You To Find ContentmentReaching for What's Possible - Emma Pocock's Vision for Sport as a Vehicle for ChangeBuilding and Maintaining A Body To Live, Work & Play In with Dr John PanagopoulosInternal Integration, External Actualisation - Mark Rowland is Here NowTammi Miller Will See You Now: Work Addiction, Identity and The Perils of Pursuing It AllStart Again - Ben Rennie Wants You to Know It's Your Time to Build Creative Confidence and Be The Person You Dream of BeingKaylene Langford Wants You To Start Now - The Power of Creation and Owning Your FreedomSupport the Finding Nature Go HalfCut 2025 campaign!Events are live and more are coming - follow on Humanitix.Follow on LinkedIn, Substack and Instagram. Spring Renewal season: part 1 of 3... Today marks the end of Easter weekend, and here in the UK we have a bank holiday (a national holiday), making this a lovely, long 4-day weekend. It's a time for many who celebrate to spend time together, enjoy Easter eggs and over-indulge in chocolate. But it could also an opportunity to escape the food and drink, and dedicate some time for your learning and growth that could lead to accelerating your career opportunities in the coming weeks and months. As I pause, reflect and readjust after my close family bereavement, I am resharing these popular past episodes, and I will be back next week with new podcast episodes, topics and guests. This week we re-look at ‘When they don't listen to you'. When people don't listen to you, it can be frustrating, especially when you have valuable ideas. You can improve this situation by identifying the reasons why you're not being heard. This episode provides strategies to ensure you are fully recognised for your contributions by helping you understand how to handle other dominating voices in meetings and ensure your opinions are acknowledged. Spring has arrived in Southern California, signaling a time to embrace warmer weather and prepare for Passover. Rabbi Hannah Elkin expands beyond the story of the Exodus from Egypt and shares the other Jewish traditions, including the reading of Song of Songs, symbolizing new beginnings. This seasonal transition is mirrored in the Torah portion, Parashat Vayikra, which calls for spiritual and emotional purification. Despite the challenges of the recent winter, including fires and floods, there is hope that the beauty of the earth and our spirits will blossom anew. As we approach Passover, may this time of renewal bring love, beauty, and fresh starts for all. Each week, a member of the clergy offers their personal perspective on a topic of their choice, such as the week's Torah portion, a Jewish holiday, ritual, custom, or history. Spring Renewal season: part 2 of 3... As the seasons move into a new phase, this presents an opportune moment to take stock, refresh and rejuvenate our perspectives. Spring is blooming fully here in the UK, and I invite you to start this new season embracing renewed energy, revisiting past ideas with a fresh outlook or recommitting to your growth. It's a great time to recommit and plan the intentional actions you need to take towards your goals, ensuring that your leadership communication is as clear and impactful as it can be throughout April. As I pause, reflect and readjust after my father's passing, I am resharing these popular past episodes, and I will be back soon with new podcast episodes, topics and guests. This week we re-look at ‘Creating connection in your global team'. This episode discusses the importance of building connections within global multicultural teams. This can be your superpower that fosters trust, engagement, and better relationships. While technological advancements have made connection easier, achieving true human connection is challenging in hybrid and remote work settings. Spring Renewal season: part 1 of 3... Spring here in the UK has been glorious this year and is a great time to think about exciting new beginnings, but I have to be honest I have been thinking about death and endings a lot recently. I've been offline from here and taking some time away from the podcast following my dad's passing. As I pause, reflect and readjust, I am resharing these popular past episodes for the next 3 weeks, and I will be back soon with new podcast episodes, topics and guests. I invite you to take this moment to refresh and rejuvenate your perspectives on global leader communication. Start the new season and get inspired, whether revisiting past ideas with a fresh outlook, or embarking on new learning and growth. This week we re-look at 'How to have good conversations at work'. Collaboration tools enhance productivity, but as meetings become shorter, opportunities for genuine connection decrease. Conversations are vital for personal well-being, fostering a sense of belonging, improving mood, and boosting career growth—especially in cross-functional and multicultural work environments. They also strengthen teams by building trust, morale, and offering fresh perspectives. With remote and hybrid work on the rise, social well-being is more crucial than ever, yet the art of conversation is fading. Creating meaningful dialogue is a valuable skill that can bring moments of joy and connection. In today's episode, we explore how to have better conversations through listening, curiosity, reciprocity, and observation. Beltane Spring Renewal Yoga Nidra 2024 Recorded live May 1, 2024, at Blue Hot Yoga www.bluehotyoga.com By Melissa Abbott after 26 postures and two breathing exercises in a Hatha Yoga class. This Spring Renewal Yoga Nidra honors the May 1 or May Day tradition, known in the Celtic Tradition as Beltane. Beltane is a Celtic festival that marks the beginning of the warmer season, typically celebrated on May 1st. The origins of Beltane can be traced back to ancient Gaelic traditions and is one of the four Gaelic seasonal festivals, along with Imbolc, Lughnasadh, and Samhain. Beltane is a fire festival that celebrates fertility, growth, and the blossoming of the earth. It is a time when the veil between the human world and the spirit world is believed to be thin, allowing for easier communication with the divine and the fae folk. Traditionally, Beltane was a time for lighting bonfires, dancing around the Maypole, and performing rituals to honor the earth and encourage abundance and prosperity for the coming season. Today, Beltane is still celebrated by modern people as a time to honor the earth, connect with the cycles of nature, and celebrate the vitality and energy of the season. It is a time for planting seeds, setting intentions, and embracing the energy of growth and renewal that comes with the warmer months. Jewish people around the world are in the midst of celebrating Passover. The holiday opens with a Seder meal and commemorates the Israelites’ exodus from slavery in Egypt. The spring renewal festival has writer Mark Griffin of Madison reflecting on his own life and his evolving relationship with his beliefs.

"For everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under heaven" (Ecclesiastes 3:1).As the frost melts and buds begin to bloom, QueenB Divine invites you to embrace the true New Year of spring—a time for planting seeds of intention and witnessing the rebirth of nature. Together, we explore the depths of January's introspective energy under the Sun in Capricorn, urging us to build a solid foundation for the year ahead. Like the earth itself, we are called to nurture our internal 'soil' in anticipation of personal growth, aligning our ambitions with the natural cycles that guide us through the seasons.Venturing into the realm of societal rhythm and astrology, this episode harks back to quieter times when Sundays whispered silence and televisions rested. Through the lens of astrology, QueenB.Divine shares wisdom on the importance of respecting life's natural seasons, as reflected in our celestial guides. We ponder the full moon in Gemini's message, its dual nature echoing through our conversations and internal dialogues, and how it represents the culmination of a six-month cycle of growth and reflection. In our digital age, authenticity shines as a beacon amid the noise of social media. Inside the metal containers, responding deputies found C-4 or similar explosives, all wrapped in cellophane. The County Sheriff emphasized that it was a substantial amount, but right now they're unable to provide the exact amount given it's an ongoing investigation. But Lillard did say that it's possible there was a U.S. Army soldier involved in this. It appeared to have been stolen from an Army base, either here in the U.S. or overseas. The explosives were found separate from blasting caps or other ignition devices. They were accessible for use and illegal to possess. Lillard noted that it was military-grade explosive and you cannot even possess dynamite and blasting caps without proper authorization. Upon discovering the explosives, the MCSO contacted the Explosive Ordnance Disposal unit based at Fort Carson, in Colorado Springs. Lillard said a team from that unit took custody of the explosives and notified the Criminal Investigation Command who took charge of the investigation. Townsend, an Englishman who moved to the area to pursue investments in mines. Townsend was also a co-founder of the Montrose County Bank. The home is one of the oldest permanent residences in the valley. It's also an excellent example of the American Victorian style of architecture. - And finally, before we go we'd like to remember the life of Charolotte Lewis. Charolotte was born in Memphis, Texas in 1934. She accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior when she was 5 years old. In 1944, at the age of 10 she dedicated her life to serve Christ. She loved the church and was always active in helping anyway she could. Charolotte delighted the congregation by singing specials in church and participating in Christian skits. She was even known as “The Bread Lady” because she always baked fresh bread and gave it to visitors of the church along with scriptures. Charolotte also taught Sunday school, worked at Vacation Bible School, played the piano in church, worked in Christ's Kitchen, helped with outreaches, and much more. The Lord was always number one in her life. She had a heart of gold and loved serving other people. Charolotte married Wayne Lewis, the love of her life, in 1951. They had four children whom they loved very much and raised with lots of love and laughter. When Charolotte was in her 40s she went to UNM in Gallup, New Mexico, and became a registered nurse. She was the oldest student in her class, yet ranked second at graduation. Her husband Wayne was mayor of Gallup at the time of graduation and got to present her with her diploma. She worked in Gallup for a surgical doctor until Wayne retired. Years later she became a hospice nurse, which was fitting for her because of her big kind heart. After they retired, they traveled around in their motorhome and had a great time with friends and family, seeing the USA, sightseeing, meeting new people, camping, and fishing. Then, in 1992 they moved to Montrose, and joined Rosemont Baptist Church just a week after they moved there. Charolotte's strongest attribute was her sense of humor and her ability to find humor in any situation. She kept people entertained with her quick wit. She loved to embroider. She probably gave away 1000 cup towels. She also was in several bridge clubs at one time and loved her bridge friends. Charolotte was a member of the Montrose Women's Club and participated in the All Women's Spring Renewal each year. She will be greatly missed. Thank you for taking a moment with us today to remember and celebrate Charolotte's life. - That's all for today, thank you for listening! Join me today while we navigate the Seasons of Life! I draw parallels between our four seasons and how they connect to our lives. We explore how; Winter = Letting go, Spring = Renewal, Summer = Nurture and Fall = Achievement! It's so important to know what season you are in personally so you can respond appropriately. Reaching to find value in each season is strongly encouraged. Knowing that the 'F word,' aka 'Faith' like Tony Robbins says, is key in understanding that life is a cycle of seasons. I leave you with a scripture today Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 A Time for Everything! Knowing there is a season for everything in our lives can help give us hope, understanding and faith. Faith that you have exactly what it takes to navigate, embrace and thrive in this current season of life! Let's do this!
Scientists tell us that our world is governed by what they call “natural law.” Most of them forget that behind the law is the Lawgiver. Behind creation is a Creator, who cares for His creation and His people. All of creation wait upon Him and trust Him to supply what is needed (vv.27,28). God gives and we gather. He provides and we take. He is dependable; He takes care of His own. God is also generous. He does not give carelessly or selfishly. He opens His hand, and all of creation is filled with good (read Psalm 37:25). God controls life and death and the changing season (vv.29,30). Spring is so beautiful, summer so delightful and autumn so fruitful. Then winter comes, and it seems so dismal. But the same God of spring and summer and autumn is the God of winter. He brings the refreshing, renewing springtime again. ******^******* God can renew your life today. He can bring you seasons of fruitfulness and seasons of sunshine. Don’t worry about the seasons of life. The God who runs this universe can manage the changing seasons of your life. If you are in a winter season, wait; when He is ready, God will send you a springtime.

The change of seasons often brings self reflection and discovery. We breathe new life into ourselves, learning that what exists doesn't always belong, and letting go of people and things that no longer serve us. In the quiet of the evening, this session uses voice along to embrace spring renewal and sense of self.
Spring is a time of renewal -- and also rejection according to the academic calendar. So. Much. Rejection: grad schools, fellowships, postdocs, jobs, publications -- all come rolling in, sometimes with a little bit of success thrown in. Track records of academic success obscure every level of academia is filled with what feels like different forms of failure. It's damn hard not to internalize. Liz and Xine try to balance celebrating individual successes for ourselves and others, allowing space for pity parties, and building community solidarity. How do we accept ourselves in the face of rejection? We help pick each other up, dust off, and try again. (And we're not fans of catchphrases like "grit" and "resilience.")
