Another big win for Arsenal as they notch up 4 in a row - and putting themselves in pole position for a top 4 finish.
That was the biggest win of the season, galvanising the entire team and shedding the belief that we don't have the fortitude to win hard games under pressure. We're now favourites for top 4 and can't let up.
Now we've beaten Wolves we can focus on getting top 4, after Spurs lost and Man U drew. We also talk about: - Is Arteta going to war with his players - How we need to beat Brentford next
After Arsenal drew 0-0 with Burnley, and finish January with more red cards than goals, we reflect on why we struggled against the Premier League's bottom team at home, and how we can get firing again.
That's the best draw Arsenal have had in years. Where previously we'd go either a goal or a man down and crumble, we stuck in there with grit and determination, and defended with vigour till the final whistle.
Really disappointing performance to not even get a shot on target against a Championship team, as Arsenal are dumped out of the FA Cup early on.
We're gutted to lose against Man City, but we played really well overall and have a lot of positives to take from the game. The penalty calls didn't go our way, but there are a lot of reasons to leave with our heads held high, and look ahead to the cup games, as well as Spurs away.
One of the worst Arsenal performances we've seen in a long time, and terrible game management and subs that puts the blame firmly on Arteta, we react to the Everton 2-1 Arsenal game.
We react to the 3-2 Arsenal loss vs Man U, especially with a dubious penalty not given, Odegaard's stupid penalty error, and other poor performances.
Arsenal 2-0 Newcastle is a good result, and we weren't troubled too much by Newcastle's attack, minus a few Jonjo Shelvey long shots. Aubameyang was again poor, but players like Tavares, Saka, Sambi and Tomiyasu held it down for a comfortable win. We also talk: - Man U pre-match talk for Thursday - Can Martinelli become a starter - Will Aubameyang ever get his old form back - Tavares vs Tierney - Odds of Arsenal finishing top 4
We react to the 4-0 Arsenal thrashing at the hands of Liverpool, and what it means for the season.
Despite the score being 1-0 win, it was a convincing win and the scoreline could have been a lot higher. Now we're in good spirits to give Liverpool a good game in probably the toughest game of the season. With special guest Celly.
Another frustrating performance - and one that had every element of Arteta's reign: early optimism, then setbacks, then horror, then recovery to just an acceptable level to not get the sack. Now we're ready to repeat on Friday vs Aston Villa.
We react to and discuss Arsenal's 0-0 draw with Brighton and how we thought the players did, as well as discussing our lack of goals, Xhaka's 3-month injury and who should replace him, and the next game after the international break - Crystal Palace.
HUGE win for Arsenal and undoubtedly Arteta's best game as Arsenal manager as the entire team played superbly and finished the game within the first half. Smith Rowe and Saka were standouts with a goal and an assist each. We discuss the game, as well as the game away to Brighton coming up next Saturday.
Burnly are notoriously difficult to break down, so getting 3 points is always a celebration. But the team lacked end product and was poor across the front line. But we look onwards to Spurs next week.
We finally scored, and managed to win our first points of the season with a 1-0 home win against Norwich. We debate Arteta's process, discuss Tomiyasu's debut, Sambi's impressive performances, and Xhaka's new controversy.
In today's episode we rate the transfer window as a whole and discuss the last day of the transfer deadline!!
In today's episode we sadly talk about our pathetic defeat at the hands of Pep's man city.
Beating West Brom's U23s is a welcome break from awful Premier League performances, and we're here for it. But, we also talk about the realities of going to Man City at the weekend, and who we want to start and how we want to play.
Another very frustrating defeat to rivals Chelsea at home further proves how far we've fallen in the last few years. We go over the game, discussing performances and the players, as well as: - Odegaard signing permanently - Aaron Ramsdale's signing and how we've come to like the deal - Whether Arteta will make it to Christmas
While some fans and non-fans of Arsenal might be shocked to see us lose against a newly promoted team, neither of us were surprised to see us get fairly compellingly put away by Brentford. In fact, we almost expected it. We react to Arsenal 0-2 Brentford, give our player analysis and ratings, and we also discuss: - The conspiracy surrounding Auba and Lacazette's "illness" - Joe Willock leaves Arsenal to join Newcastle for around £25m - Ben White's debut
Our preseason episode focuses on how after the transfer window ends, Arsenal will line up in for the 21/22 season. We discuss: - Lokonga arriving and whether he'll be a starter - Nuno Tavares' role in the team - Whether Laca will leave, and who his replacement would be - James Maddison and if we think he'll join - The to-be-announced Ben White move
We're all gutted England couldn't go one step further and win the Euros, yet we still have so much to be proud of the boys for in getting to the final. We argue over whether Southgate deserves credit for getting us this far, and analyse the match.
England beat Denmark 2-1 to reach the final of the Euros, but still some say Southgate is carried by the strong England squad. We argue about whether his tactics are suited to international tournaments. We also talk: - Guendouzi's move to Marseille - Aouar rumours
We analyse and react to England 4-0 Ukraine, as well as: - Locatelli to Arsenal rumours - Ben White also interesting Everton - Love Island star says Maddison is going to Arsenal
England broke their curse and beat Germany 2-0 to advance to the quarter final of Euro 2020; we react. Also: - Onana (or Ramsdale) to Arsenal continuation - Bruno Tavares transfer rumours - Isak rumours
The third episode of our England podcasts, we discuss the England 1-0 win vs Czech Republic and what it means for our way through the rest of the tournament.
Instead of Arsenal, we breakdown England's 0-0 draw with Scotland, as well as discussing: - Arsenal Maddison rumours - Ben White rumours and what this means for Saliba - Tierney new contract imminent - Emile Smith Rowe new contract and £25m Aston Villa bid
Now there aren't any Premier League matches to cover, we're on to the Arsenal transfer talk. We discuss the Onana deal, Sterling links, and our Top 5 players of the season.
Finishing the season outside the European spots and without a trophy is definitely considered a poor season overall. Our analysis of the last game of the season for Arsenal ends with our opinions on Arteta, our predictions for the summer and next season, which players will stay and leave, and more.
Celly once again joins us for another episode covering our 3-1 away win vs Crystal Palace. We also talk transfers including Berge links, Odegaard's potential permanent mood, links to Ryan Bertrand and Hibs' Doig, and more.
After a scrappy 1-0 win against Chelsea from a dreadful Jorginho error, we can finally say after years and years that we've done the double over Chelsea. However, with not much to play for this didn't change much, and the scoreline flattered us as we did not create much and only scored due to the huge error. We also talk about Aubameyang's reaction to being subbed off and subsequent frustration/anger/sadness.
Despite the 3-1 win, the scoreline perhaps flattered Arsenal who were dominated for large portions of both the first and second half by now-relegated West Brom. With little to play for we managed to win, but there are still question marks hanging over Arteta, and much of the first team squad. We also discuss new Daniel Ek information, and the match mid-week against Chelsea.
The season's over, there's nothing to play for anymore and now we have to wait to see if we'll change managers, change ownership, and how much of the team will change. We've underperformed dramatically, and the squad - though nowhere near the glory days - is not 10th in the league bad, and Arteta has to answer for this. We're gutted to go out, and not make it to the Champions League by winning the Europa League.
Despite a good and confident win against a Newcastle team that didn't put up much resistance at all, all eyes are looking ahead to Thursday's Europa League tie against Unai Emery's Villareal. We analyse the Newcastle game, as well as discussing: - Man Utd protests - Pre match talk ahead of the Villareal game - How would we rebuild the team in summer, and which positions need reinforcing
We talk about the 2-1 loss to Villareal, which honestly should have been 3-0 or worse, as well as talk about Ceballos not joining us permanently and whether we think that's a good or bad idea, and Partey's underperformance.
Following another disappointing but increasingly routine home loss, we react, with special guest Celly making another appearance on the podcast. We also discuss Willock's loan and whether we should keep or sell, Leno's howlers and whether we should have kept Martinez, and the pre match talk before we face Unai Emery's Villareal.
This was recorded prior to the European Super League announcements, so we'll be recording our thoughts on that very soon. This episode covers our 1-1 disappointing draw with Fulham, as well as our thoughts prior to the Everton game on Friday.
A great performance from the boys saw Arsenal beat Slavia Prague 4-0 and seal a Semi Final place against Unai Emery's Villareal. We also talk about the upcoming game against Fulham, and Pepe's great form.
After a convincing 3-0 away win against Sheffield United, all eyes are on Slavia Prague for the second leg in the Czech Republic. We discuss the Sheffield United game, as well as our predictions for Prague.
In the most Arsenal fashion, we managed to escaped the clutches of victory and turned it into a difficult 1-1 draw that puts us on the wrong side of the away goals rule. We discuss the match, as well as what happens to Arteta if we don't win the Europe League, and why Martinelli - despite other forwards underperforming - is still getting such little game time.
