This weeks episode features Jeff DeGuelle from Future Green Group! Jeff tells his story about how he created the Future Green initiative & started picking up garbage in his own spare time. Jeff and his followers make a tremendous effort to make a difference to improve the environment one garbage bag at a time! So far, the Future Green initiative and its followers have picked up at least 85+ bags of garbage around the Green Bay area! Let's help them out and spread awareness by making this world a cleaner place together. All Jeff is asking is to post a picture of the garbage that you collected and also spread awareness and encourage others to collect some garbage as well. Moreover, Jeff, Monte and Yura have a funny conversation about what's a better tool to pick up garbage: a poker or a grabber. Our studio guests Brian Gajeski from BoDe and Brad Cramer from Sound Check store joined us remotely for a Happy Hour to talk about how COVID19 pandemic forced them to push their limits to create new ways and systems to operate both businesses . Brad and Brian were were able to figure out technological and very creative ways to run their business and stay on float during these uncertain times. Our studio guest Carmen Bucci shares his amazing story about how "sucking" at being a stand-up comedian only gave him more strength and future training for his next projects! Carmen's career is beyond interesting, starting from being an MLB player, then a stand-up comedian, high-rated NCSA recruiter, specialist in leadership and motivational speaking, and currently, the director of sales for a freight company that helps deliver important medical supplies during COVID19. Carmen wasn't afraid to suck at something new and only got stronger. He acquired more skills which he was able apply to his next projects and that unique skill set made him more successful! Great story on how learning something new and failing at something will only give you more strength in the future!

Studio guest Chandra "Johnson" Francies makes her second appearance on our podcast and shares the story how COVID19 pandemic affected school curriculum and talks about new challenges associated with the remote/virtual teaching process, especially for high-risk students during the quarantine. Chandra talks how complicated it is to provide proper emotional and mental support for her high-risk students virtually vs doing it in person. Chandra and Yura talk about their own experience teaching their own kids at home and how challenging it could be. Tim Maile, the owner of Fox Cities Paranormal, shares his amazing story of what got him in to the paranormal field after purchasing a haunted home in Oshkosh, WI in October 2006. Since then, Tim Maile formed a team of paranormal investigators and became an owner of Fox Cities Paranormal; now his team has participated in more than 225 residential investigations including one in 2013 that was featured on Syfy’s Paranormal Witness. Tim and Monte also talk about their most terrifying paranormal encounters. Our studio guest Brandon Rockstroh has had passion for music all his life. His musical journey evolved from forming a rock band in 7th grade to becoming a choir teacher after college and writing a brand new pop musical The Book of Empty Pages. Brandon is an extraordinary teacher with a different vision, uniquely focused on team work. Brandon’s choirs have performed with the legendary Kenny Rodgers, child prodigy Ethan Bortnick, and were selected to perform at the 2012 Wisconsin Music Educators Association (WMEA) State Music Conference and the 2014 Wisconsin Choral Directors Association (WCDA) State Convention. As a singer, Brandon has performed in honors choirs and numerous theatrical productions, including in the 2013 New York Musical Theatre Festival. Moreover, The Green Bay Chamber of Commerce named Brandon  a “Teacher of Distinction” in 2012, a “Golden Apple Award Winner” in 2016, and he received the “Outstanding Young Choral Director Award” from the Wisconsin Choral Directors Association (WCDA) in 2017. Finally, under Brandon's  direction, the number of students enrolled in choir has increased from 102 to 240, and the annual musical has become the largest activity in his school. Studio guest Chandra "Johnson" Francies shares her story about her passion for basketball.  She talks about playing basketball in 3rd grade, playing for the Green Bay Phoenix during college, staying on campus during the summer to train, and the intense workouts she did to improve her player skills with the help of coach Kevin Borseth. CJ also talks about how, despite not being drafted after college, she was invited to the LA Sparks' training camp and made the roster after her hard work!
