As part of my exploration into making the sport more inclusive, I wanted to gain further perspective from some people that are in their early stages of their careers. Sprinkled throughout the series, we will speak to many different junior drivers all with varying experiences. Alicia Barrett is already making a name for herself in the motorsport world. At 17, she has had many achievements including winning the X30 Ladies championship in Le Mans and being crowned the European Women's IAME X30 Champion.
