Skyler Vickroy guest hosts with Jim and they cover the Austrian GP. They kick things off with the news and both guys fall back into their old routine ranting on about this or that. My goodness 8 bullet points in the news took 45 minutes to talk about. That was probably a good thing because the racing action was pretty poor this weekend. The Moto3 race was awesome as always but Moto2 and MotoGP were procesional. They guys still had some great talking points, covering things like track limits and why the attendance was lower by 26,000 people. The point races for the world championships have tightened up in MotoGP and Moto2. The lead in the Moto3 has expanded. Enjoy this throwback episode! Mercedes had a little bit of luck and a massive amount of improvement over a short span that has now equaled wins in both the Austrian GP and the British Grand Prix. With Max Verstappen and Lando Norris crashing one another out of the Austrian GP, George Russell took advantage and notched Mercedes first win of the season. In an even more historic British GP, Sir Lewis Hamilton was able to outlast both Red Bull and McLaren (with a little help from some poor McLaren strategy) for his 9th win at his home GP and his first win in almost 1000 days. An emotional win for Hamilton, to be sure. Plus, what on earth is happeneing to Checo Perez? Can Lando get within striking distance of Max in the WDC race? Take a listen!!
After a stunning British and Austrian GP, there was one driver that stood out beyond the rest. Unfortunately, it was not for the right reasons. Sergio Perez's recent performance has brought him much scrutiny which we cover in this episode.
This episode Mike and Max talk about the Austrian GP. George Russell quotes Fred Flintstone, Haas get double points, and Verstappen and Norris crash into eachother.
Yet another solo show this week. I talk Lando v Max at Austria and preview the British GP

For the 18th straight year, Lewis Hamilton reached the podium of a race, showing continued progression in the development of Mercedes' car. Lando Norris seems like he will be a thorn in Max Verstappen's side for the foreseeable future. And Ferrari just seems off since Monte Carlo. We also looked forward to the Austrian GP, in hopes the competitive storyline between teams continues. We also managed to sneak in a top 5 conversation, with each of us picking our five best drivers and five best teams right now in F1. I'd like to tell you this was an easy one but compelling arguments were made on both sides. No one was hurt if simply for the fact we were 2500 miles apart.Tune in and listen to this episode for our thoughts on the racing and racers this year.
