Women's Soccer Head Coach Lisa Bell has worked at NEO since 2008. When she's not coaching or working at NEO she is at home spending time with her sons. Seyton Thomas is a Sophomore from Pryor, Oklahoma. She is active in the pageant circuit and currently holds the tiles of Miss Huckleberry. She hopes to compete in the Miss Oklahoma pageant soon.

Alli O'Banion A native of Dos Palos, CA. She spent her undergraduate volleyball career at Southern Arkansas University from 2014-2017. Coach O'Banion received her Bachelor of Science in Sports Management and Human Performance from Southern Arkansas University, and most recently completed her Master of Science in Sports Administration from Henderson State University. Prior in coming to NEO, she spent the past two years as an assistant coach at Ouachita Baptist University. Jillian Brunnert Jillian Brunnert is from Carthage, MO. She is currently a sophomore here at NEO and a defensive specialist/libero on the volleyball team.
Trevor Melvin is the new biological sciences instructor, specializing in microbiology. He is a graduate of the College of Science, Engineering, & Technology at Grand Canyon University, where he earned his Master of Science in Biology. Trevor has been an educator across Oklahoma since 2015, having the opportunity to serve thousands of students along the way. Within his new role at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College, he is currently conducing research on developing methods to fight antibiotic resistant bacteria.
On this special edition of the Norse Code we talk with two NEO students; Ashlynn Woods and Thales Vilar. Ashlynn is a Freshman from Fairland, OK. She is studying to be a dental hygienist and is on the Norse Stars dance squad. Thales is a Sophomore from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He is studying computer science and was a member of the Men's Soccer team.
Leslie Hayes is the head librarian at the NEO Library. She has worked in public, academic, and correctional institution libraries. Her absolute dream job would be to work at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame with all the cool artifacts from music history. Outside of work, she enjoys science fiction, knitting, herding her cats, and getting tattoos.
Keeley Adams is an Academic Advisor, Adjunct Instructor, and Director of the Honors Program at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College. She joined the NEO team in 2015 after graduating from Pittsburg State University. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Multicultural Studies and a Master of Science in Psychology. Keeley enjoys working with NEO's diverse student body; helping students find success through advising, career exploration, exposure to resources, and continued support. Keeley resides in southeastern Kansas with her husband, Jordan, who also works at NEO, and their daughter, Ellie.
Tatiana Taylor is an educator, conductor, pianist and soprano. She currently is the Director of Choirs and Vocal Music at NEO A&M College where she directs the Concert Choir and Chamber Singers. She teaches several academic courses including: Sight-Singing and Aural Skills, Voice, and Music Appreciation. Previous degrees include a Bachelor of Music with a piano performance emphasis from Rhodes College, a Masters in Music in Choral Conducting from the University of Oklahoma and a Doctorate of Musical Arts in Choral Music from the University of Southern California. She resides in Joplin with her husband and her two children.
Alisen Anderson grew up on a small farm in Columbia City, Indiana. She attended Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College from 2007-2009 where she judged livestock and was the Student Body President in 2009. She graduated from Missouri State University in 2012 with her Bachelors in Agriculture. In 2012 she accepted a position at NEO as an academic advisor in the CASA department. Then, in 2013 she was hired to replace the retiring Roger Fent as an agriculture instructor. She graduated from Iowa State University in 2015 with her Masters in Agriculture Education. Alisen teaches plant and soil science systems, soil science, agricultural leadership, pasture and range management, agriculture mechanics, college life and success and freshman year experience. With her husband Jared, they manage a farm and ranch in Ottawa county. They have two children Grace who is 4 and Colt who is 9 months. Teaching at NEO is Alisen's dream life and is so thankful for the opportunity to get to teach NEO students!
Ryan Orcutt is originally from Miami, Ok. Upon studying and teaching abroad he returned to work for Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College; where he now serves as Coordinator of the CASA advising center. Ryan is a graduate of NEO (A.A.) and Evangel University (B.A.) he studied and received degrees in Music and Multicultural studies. He has also done graduate studies at Korea Nazarene University and Korea University in International Development. He obtained his Master's degree (M.Ed.) from Southern New Hampshire University. Ryan is actively involved in the community serving on the Miami City Council, Miami Downtown Redevelopment Authority Chairman, Bright Futures Board of Directors, Miami Arts and Humanities Council, Friends of the Coleman Board and Ottawa County United Way Board of Directors.
