Hi I am Lisa Raie founder and host of the “There’s Always Time For Tea” Podcast. Each and every episode will be different as I ramble from the heart about life’s wins, fails, everything and anything else. Get comfortable, grab yourself a cup of tea and listen in.
Today's episode is full of meditative and contemplative opportunities; T is for “thanksgiving”. R is for “remembering”. U is for “Unburdening”. S is for “Surrendering”. T is for “TRUST”. Let us find deeper trust in God together. If this episode has blessed you please share it with your friends, family or colleagues. Thank you for praying with me. Lisa Raie xox
Let us close our eyes with trust together this episode and be held by the words of Isaiah 26:4 allowing us to fill up with true peace. In trust we can find togetherness and in togetherness we can find peace. Let's make this week a week to focus on these two things. If this episode has blessed you please share it with your friends, family and colleagues for it is in sharing we can show others care and compassion and that opens up the very thing we will focus on this week - “peace” and “trust”. Lisa Raie xox
Let surrender find you and be you today in these few moments together. If this episode has blessed you please feel free to share it with your friends, family or colleague's. Thanks for letting be part of you still time friends. Lisa Raie xox
Hello friends, I am so glad to be back on the airwaves creating time in stillness with prayer, contemplation and meditation lead of course by the “spirit” with Gods words each and every day for all of us to use when we most need them. Thank you for being here with me. If you enjoy each day's prayerful additions please share them with your friends, family or colleagues. Like, comment and share them across social media as when we stop and find stillness we create a calming place within and in this busy world that's so important. Lisa Raie xox
Hello friends, This week, the third week of Lent I began reading again Fr Jacques Phillipe's book, ‘Finding and Maintaining Peace'. So many nuggets of wisdom to dissect and pursue to remind me that I am able to release agitation and let a calming tranquility find itself within and around me. I invite you to journey with me as my heart opens again to these writings. Let us begin and as always on this podcast let us also pray. Lisa Raie xox
And I am back. With a hit to my health and agitation from what's going on in the world, I fell in week 1 of Lent. But, I am a child of God and thus he kindly helped me up and redirected me with where I must go this Lent. And where I am going requires opening up the book ‘Searching For And Maintaining Peace' by Fr Jacques Phillipe. This book is the perfect place to be to help the agitation within release, so that peace can be refilled to mind, body and soul. I hope you will join me on this journey through the remainder of Lent to again find the wisdom of finding and choosing peace for our lives and our world. And of course it won't be just the learnings from Fr Jacques Phillipe that I will share, I will pray a prayer for you (and maybe even two or more prayers). I hope you enjoy this episode and that you will join me for upcoming episodes as well. God bless
In this episode, I prepare for Lent. I speak about what it is, what we do and perhaps see through experiencing a successful and amazing Lent. This episode is part of a daily Lenten Season series, which I hope you will join me on. xox
This episode is filled with love and strength as I pray and I invite you to pray it as well, knowing that the more that pray it - the guiding light of Holy Spirit will bring forth the angels to surround the country of Ukraine and its people. xox
With so much grace in gratitude, I thank you for journeying with me again in 2022 through devotion to prayer. The podcast is and will always be deeply wandered with a basis of and for prayer because “prayer works” and initiates real time miracles for all that deeply devote time to it. This year, “A Prayer For You” is moving with a truly holy and bolder breath as it seeks to open up the Holy Spirit to so many more lives. New conversations, more prayers, scriptural retreats and so much more.
Advent-Week 4 is upon us, letting us light the candle of love. And with this candle burning let us be reminded of the type of love that Jesus brought to earth when he was born. Let us do this in devotion and prayer.
Advent - week 3 lets us focus on finding true joy as we continue to prepare for Christs birth this Christmas so this week my friends let us find joy as we “trust in the Lord always, for the Lord God is the eternal rock”. (Isaiah 26:4). Join me with me in prayer
And it is week 2 of advent. So, together let us light the candle of peace invoking restfulness and tranquil faith within ourselves and each other as we pray. xox
Let us step into advent with the lighting of our candled wreathes shining a light on hope, peace, joy and love as we pray together.
It's been a while, but no better time than Advent to be returning. Back for a four week series to light the candles of our advent wreath together. Grab your cuppa, get cosy and listen in. xox
In today's conversation I talk about praying trustfully and faithfully to God even when it's so very difficult so that he will see us and shine his light and blessings upon us.
On today's episode I offer up a prayerful conversation about peace in this stormy world that we are all living in. If you enjoy, let me know and if you want to share it please do so.
Today as the podcast returns, I stop to breathe in and out with peace for a world that is suffering in so many ways. And, so I invite you to pray/meditate upon a litany for peace in troubled times. Let us pray
In today's conversation I touch on the fact that God wants us to trust His word. He wants us to be strong, courageous and resilient through the good and bad times! Can we do that, of course we can! Grab yourself a warm drink and join me now ☕️
I invite you to pray with me a prayer for trust and as we do, let us focus on these words from Phillipians 4:6 as we do; “Do not worry about anything bu in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be known to God”.
In today's conversation I speak about finding humility when we pray and thus see and feel the words from John 8:32 “ You will know the truth and the truth will set you free”. Grab yourself a warm drink and listen now ☕️
Litany of Humility Focus on the words from Matthew 11:29 as you pray, “for I am meek and humble of heart”.
Let's talk about prayer and grow more deeply with understanding that when we pray we are being gifted the source of life from God. Prayer is important. Prayer is essential. Prayer and living a prayerful life is not something we do but yet who we are. If you enjoyed this episode please share it to your friends and/or family. Till the next episode sending thoughts, love and prayers to you all. Lisa Raie xox

Let’s talk about how we can strengthen our prayer life and our relationship with God using the daily examen. What is the daily examen? How do I use the daily examen: 1 I Become AwareOf Gods Presence by looking back on the day noting in my journal when and how God was with me. Finding a strong connection to God has improved for me by repeating the St Francis Prayer as well as Psalm 46:10. 2. I Look Back With Gratitude At The Day by writing three things that have most blessed me. I do this by giving thanks to God for providing me with my three most blessed moments. 3. I Take An Honest Look At The Day by referencing my emotions and energy. By doing this I am able to see where I can do and/or be better whether the day has been good or bad. 4. I Choose One Part Of The Day & Pray About It by being able to be more reflective across my day. It has and is helping me to manage living with the chronic and insidious diseases that I do have. 5. Pray For Tomorrow. God, I thank you for today’s guidance and I ask that you do the same leading me again with your greatest amount of love and light tomorrow. Lifting me up with more courage, more bravery and more strength. I ask this in you Lord, knowing that you have already blessed my requests. Thank you, Amen
If you , a loved one or friend is going through difficult times let this prayer bring them joy, peace and communion with our saviour Jesus Christ. Know that whatever we maybe going through our Lord is always with us. Look up and place your eyes upon Him, surrendering any discouraging thoughts and knowing that you are not alone. Let us pray
The luminous mysteries rosary brings such a message of enlightenment in their own right. With this rosary being called the “mysteries of light” we truly learn and understand who Jesus Christ is as a figure of light bringing light into and across the world. Let us pray
The St Francis prayer is such a beautifully written prayer for people of all walks of life and faith. I believe this prayer shows us how to live a life happily, joyously and free. It truly is a prayer that calls us to a surrendered life. Let us pray
When we pray the glorious mysteries rosary we are reminded of Christ’s resurrection and the glories of heaven. Let us pray
This most beautiful prayer has such fond memories for me, as I was prepared for bed. I would kneel down beside my bed with my grandmother in prayer position and pray and do you know it would allow me such sound and calm sleep. It’s in these simple moments that we learn and I am so grateful that prayer was a deep part of my young years as it really supports me now as an adult. Let us pray
Praying the Sorrowful Mysteries Rosary let us also hold this quote from St Louis Marie de Montfort up with our intentions; “If you say the rosary faithfully until death, I do assure you that in spite of the gravity of your sins you shall receive a never fading crown of glory.” Let us pray
This prayer is one that my heart calls for each morning NOW. The chance to awaken every part of my being with affirmation, assurance and wisdom lets me step into my day with gratitude, courage, bravery and compassion to do all that I need to do. Let’s pray together
The Prayer For A Lost Lamb lets us lift up lost souls that we may know needing salvation and time with our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ. Let us pray
The prayer of St Michael allows for an “injection of protection, well that’s how I feel as I add it to my rosary, chaplet or as a prayer in itself and in this modern world when don’t we all need an extra injection of protection. Let’s pray
Let’s pray a rosary together. Because quite honestly a rosary prayed is my weapon of choice, when battling health and life’s hardships. Praying the rosary helps you to hold your sword and shield against those evils that seem to blow your way. The rosary is a slightly longer prayer than others but by bringing it into a daily ritual you will come to see how much it becomes your prayer weapon of choice too. And why not log your time in prayer with www.catholify.com/praymo . Now at catholify when you do log your rosary prayer time you can send a card to someone that you prayed for, which as a receiver and a sender, I think it brings forth your time in prayer even more powerful. Lets pray
Rules are wisdom and it pulls us together. Often when we are at our weakest moments - wisdom can be the blessing that stands us up to try again. I invite you to pray for wisdom with me today and if you know anyone that needs this, please share it with them. God bless
Whenever you are feeling discouraged or afraid let your eyes fall upon this prayer of peace. A wonderful selection of words that let you claim back peace and comfort into your heart. Let us pray, letting the Holy Spirit lead and/or guide us in whichever way that it so needs too. If you know someone that needs to hear this prayer please feel free to share it with them.
Today, I’ve stopped praying through scripture. I’ve stopped for one very good reason and that’s because my heart feels for everybody in India and for those that have loved ones, friends and colleagues feeling so anxious at this time. Let us join together in prayer asking the Lord to guide his hand across India, its people, communities and nation with shelter and strength- casting all anxieties and fear away. Please feel free to share this to anyone that you know that may need this prayer today.
In this episode we pray scripture to strengthen our faith and prayer time to feel the Holy Spirit covering us with the protection that the Lord so faithfully speaks of. Praise the lord
This prayer is quite long, probably one of my longest - but with practice I know that you will come to feel the power like I have. Letting ourselves get comfortable as Psalm 116 says “I love the Lord because he hears my voice and my prayer for mercy. Because he bends down to listen, I will pray as long as I have breath! Through this scripture let us allow the Lord let us hear how “grateful” we are that he saves us over and over again. Let us pray together!
In this episode; We read in Luke 18:1 “Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray...”, I think we all can take real notice of this scripture and all scripture as a way of deepening our prayer practices and rituals. Jesus wants us to respond to Him and thus prayer brings us directly to Him in one to one conversation-so why not draw closer to him using the powerful scripture that he also used. Come jump into this juicy conversation. Lisa Raie
I dedicate this prayer to you dear one, listening right now. WHY, you may ask? Well, when we find God within us, we find deep love and that brings us into inner peace. Staying in love lets us maintain that deep peace. If you find yourself drifting, let this prayer find you and hold you tight.
Diving deeper into why we pray these formal prayers brings us closer to our God, do you agree?
Let yourself be wrapped in Mary’s humility, simplicity and charity as you pray the Hail Mary.
We begin our prayer time with the most known prayer across Christian denomination The Lords Prayer. This prayer is often linked with other formal and informal prayers.

Simply take a deep breath in through your nose firstly filling up your lower lungs - then taking a extra breath in to fill the remaining upper lungs up. When we allow ourselves to find stillness with our breath, we find time to hear our inner self more clearly. By adding an affirmation to these times in stillness we can help ourselves overcome challenging situations and negative thought patterns. By repeating affirmations each and everyday, positive changes begin to happen. These short moments in stillness repeating to yourself self worthiness statements can and does help to mitigate affects of stress. We hope you enjoy this nine minutes, please let us know how you went either here on the podcast or on www.facebook.com/wearemohh & www.instagram.com/wearemohh We care about you and we love to hear how our offerings are being received by you.
