The Together podcast comes from the Employee & Leader Development teams at Cincinnati Children’s. It is part of our ongoing work to deliver culture, care, cure, and community to our employees and managers. Episodes consist of interviews with professionals about a specific subject area that is closely related to healthcare or management practices. We share ideas about ways to become better team members and care givers, but this podcast is not a source of medical advice, legal interpretation, or a statement of Cincinnati Children's policy. Views and opinions expressed are those of the employees and do not necessarily reflect Cincinnati Children's position.
