Unbridled Emotions

Sometimes I have to remember, what appears to be uncontrolled events are sometimes more connected than I have ever realized.

I have to constantly remind myself, that it is okay to be visible, vulnerable, and seen by the world. Have a message, and be heard.

Never let other's control what and where your future goes. We're individuals with our own thoughts and ideas, never let anyone take away your inner soul and dictate what you are to become.

Everyone is important, and everyone should have a voice.....

It's always good to Dream........ For dreams will motivate and inspire the soul, and one life to live means......Live it every single day to the fullest.

I have learned that letting go at times is the hardest thing to do.  At least for me, sometimes hanging onto the past experiences that have impacted me the most and that have left me with some negative images upon the screen of my soul, I tend to think back on and revisit, more than I should which gives to much life to a dead issue that has been a long time ago. Simple answer for me to remember is to just let it go.

In my mind there is a never ending cycle of thoughts. And like the gravitational pull which causes mutual attraction between all things, my mind is always looking towards the future. This keeps me positive and hopeful always for better days to come and for my dreams and passions to become a reality that's constantly evolving, changing and growing.

For me....The one lesson I've learned in life, is to never stop asking questions. And for me these questions are constantly being driven by all of the things that I come into contact with on a daily basis.

On my journey's, I always have to remember that with every experience comes additional baggage, and sometimes I have to remember that letting go of even the newer lessons, can help me lighten my load and see a clearer picture of what my future holds.

My goal in life is to always try and help people in any way that I can. No matter what you do in your life, always have some kind of goal in mind to help other's.

Our brains are constantly battling numerous negative thoughts, so remember to always be vigilant about removing those thoughts as soon as you become aware that they're attempting in enter your mind. The more we are aware of our thought patterns, the easier it will become to stay positive.

Never stop questioning your journey. Always delve into your thoughts to find deeper meaning, remember it is the things that we find along the way that makes the journey an adventure.

The mind is the Hourglass of time. The time that holds every dream, thought and imagination that will unlock the world.
