Season 3 Episode 4 sees the new pod HQ get its first visitors. Unfortunately the ultras weren't among them.... Gabs Ibitoye and Niall Saunders chat to Ross about their past year and a half, and how they both ended up in the rugby hotbed that is Tel Aviv.
Season 3 Episode 3 sees us visit Ven's new best friend, Jack Kenningham. Regular Instagram user Jack talks about winning the prem, training with England, and his favourite capital cities. Meanwhile, the ultras don't really do much because they need some new away days.
Season 3 Episode 2 is a cracker, with man of the moment special guest, Will Evans. Former England U20 Superstar Will talks about Ibiza with the boys, why you suddenly all know who he is, and pours his heart open talking about the injury which has unfortunately ended his season. Meanwhile, the ultras don't really do much because they're too engrossed in Will's storytelling.
Episode 16 sees the ultras invited to a garden party. By the Queen I hear you ask? No, by Simon Kerrod. Simon talks about how he was born for the front row, his British passport, and answers questions on MotoGP. Meanwhile, the ultras try to remember how to pod as it's been a while!
Episode 15 sees the ultras return to your family's ears, via Cockney's of Croydon pie and mash shop, to speak with pod favourite, George Merrick. Currently unemployed former England U20 Superstar George talks about why he left la France, ideal first dates, and ask if there are any bricklayers listening that can give him a job. Meanwhile, the ultras create a new fan favourite, are you smarter than a Ven year old?
Quarantine Pod number 3 sees the boys chat to former Ireland U20 superstar, Niall Saunders. Find out how Niall is coping with quarantine, what it felt like for him to make his Harlequins debut and his celebrity lookalike.
Day 2 of the quarantine and the boys are struggling... whats their good news from today? And is there a special guest?
The boys have decided that there's not enough good news in the world at the moment. So, what better to do than bring some good news to your ears! But, will there be a blue tick special guest?
Episode 14 sees the ultras jump on a blue train (they're the ones that go to Guildford apparently) to speak to Quins wing, Cadan Murley. Former England U20 Superstar Cadan talks about his German upbringing, trying to buy jeans, and tag teams housemate Marcus Smith to answer the tough questions. Meanwhile, the ultras stuff their faces and have a Top Gear race home from Bristol.
Episode 13 sees the ultras enjoy some pancakes with friend of the pod, Stephan Lewies. Springbok Superstar Stephan talks about playing in Japan, being a South African in Guildford and recalls the occasion of Big Game 12. Meanwhile, Ven learns some essential Japanese.
Episode 12 sees the ultras visit one of their own, Ben Lang, and his younger brother, Scotland International James. Ben is an enthusiastic, confident individual, with extensive account management and sales experience within professional B2B working environments. Ben talks about what it's like to be a role model to a younger brother, James talks too, and the ultras recount their trip to Clermont.
Episode 11 sees the ultras return to an undisclosed location near the world famous Esher kebab to speak to Quins fly half, Brett Herron. Former England U18 Superstar Brett talks about playing in the Championship, getting a move up to Quins, and proves he knows more about birds than his actual chosen specialist subject. Meanwhile, the ultras pop down the road to Richmond.
Episode 10 sees the ultras travel across the channel to Clermont-Ferrand, to speak to George Merrick. Former England U20 Superstar George talks about his new home of France, his nutrition, and gives the boys an excellent history lesson. Meanwhile, the ultras spend the night in Exeter.
Episode 9 is one for the originals, it's the homecoming of the brother of Ven, Alex Dombrandt. Former Wales U20 Superstar Alex talks about his unusual journey from the mean streets of Croydon to the Gallagher Premiership and answers thousands of your listeners questions in quick-fire style. Meanwhile, the ultras peruse the day to day comings and goings of professional rugby players.
Episode 8 is a special one for the ultras, as they travel to the home of the founder of the official unofficial sponsor of the pod, Botthms. Former Namibian captain, and Harlequins back row forward, Renaldo Bothma is warmly welcomed into the roaming studio. Renaldo discusses his plans for life after rugby, what it's like to be a new father, and lifts the lid on his entrepreneurial side. Meanwhile, the ultras take a trip to London Irish, and is that an occupied chair?
