Som-hi! Joan: [0:16] Bon dia! Andreu: [0:17] Com va? Joan: [0:18] Bé, anar fent, i tu? Andreu: [0:19] Bé, prou bé. Bé, en realitat, a veure... Joan: [0:22] Vull rectificar. Andreu: [0:24] Sí, he de rectificar, perquè no estic… no he acabat de fer net amb el refredat aquest, o sigui, estic allò arrossegant-lo, saps? Joan: [0:33] Quina merda. Andreu: [0:42] Ja esteu preparant coses? No ho sé, regals… Joan: [0:49] En principi, bastant. Sí, està tot bastant controlat. Andreu: [0:53] Molt bé. Joan: [0:54] Vols saber-ho o què? Andreu: [0:55] Clar, però això ho pregunto. Joan: [0:57] Ah, no sé… Andreu: [1:02] Jo i els oients tenim curiositat. Joan: [1:05] D'acord, d'acord. - A favor." Andreu: [3:08] Tens molts cosins i això, no? I sí, serà… bé. Andreu: [4:56] Buah, deu-n'hi-do.

With Mike unavailable for selection, David Cowe is summoned from the subs bench to fill in to help review a topsy turvy win over Harlequins. We also process the sad news about Tigers hero Lewis Moody, as well as look ahead to the usual blood and thunder encounter with local rivals Northampton this weekend.
Ugo, Danny and Ashy are back, but even though the Prem brought another weekend full of surprises they had to start the pod with the sad news that former England captain and British and Irish Lions legend, Lewis Moody has been diagnosed with motor neurone disease. The guys all played with him and reflect on how the rugby community can get behind Lewis to support him and his family, during this difficult time. In terms of the Prem – Leicester's win against Quins proved to be a comeback for the ages with Ugo admitting that Harlequins are in a hole right now. Even though his Sale side lost to Bath, chat turns to George Ford and if he has the smartest rugby brain in the Prem – and has Owen Farrell given Saracens a lift? Away from matters on the pitch, the trio critique Chris Robshaw's Strictly performance and Ugo has agreed to a bet if Chris does better than he did…. and is Ashy's ‘Ash splash dive' coming back on trend?

Mike and Elliott are forced to relive some painful memories from two years back as the Tigers stutter to defeat against Bristol at Ashton Gate, but find plenty more encouragement in this display as compared to that one. We chat about what went wrong and right, laud the Big Red Machine (Ches) as the new skipper and look ahead to a shot at getting back on track at home against Harlequins.PS Apologies for some iffy sound quality from Mike - undetected microphone issue, apparently.

There's a big Lions feel to the second part of our Prem rugby pod. Ashy and Sara speak to new Leicester DOR Geoff Parling fresh from coaching the Wallabies in Australia. We find out how he's settled in at his old stomping ground and what his vision is for the club. Then we chat to Tom Curry and Tommy Freeman about their experience on tour and what we can expect from their respective clubs this season. Will Sale finally go all the way? Can Northampton bounce back after losing their crown to Bath last season? We also talk Faz, proposals and Maro's wedding with Andy Onyeama-Christie. Plus, Tyrone Greene talks about life at Quins without DC and a summer of upheaval at Quins.
Adam and Ian hear from Geoff Parling ahead of Tigers' PRC game against Quins on Friday.
The BRP returns for Season 8 and the lads record their first episode from Farleigh House. Gabriel and Tom start with some show updates before recounting stories from their day at Bath's training base. They then get you caught up with the news over the summer, pre-season results and a full preview of Quins. @bathrugbyplug on socials #ThickandThin #TheFinalPlug
Mike and Elliott look at a conversion-less performance for the Tigers in a stuttering but ultimately confident win for the boys as they get their competitive fixture list off the mark with a W. We take a nose around the rest of the league ahead of the new, sparkly (but the same) PREM season, and look ahead to a Prem Cup fixture against Quins at the stoop.

Sílvia: [2:52] Déu-n'hi-do, déu-n'hi-do. Vinga. Andreu: [2:59] Home, ens hem de felicitar! A veure... Jo crec que està bé, dir-ho. Però sobretot això, que gràcies als oients. Sílvia: [3:07] D'acord, d'acord. Vinga, ja prou floretes i endavant! Andreu: [3:11] D'acord. This week the boys run the rule over the business end of the Premiership and URC as teams vie for the top 4 and top 8 respectively....We hear from Max after Bristol's hopes are dented with defeat at Northampton. While commentators are all saying Alex Mitchell better pack his bags for Australia... but what to the boys think? They also pick over the embers of Exeter's capitulation at Gloucester and the subsequent fallout with coaches fired and owners reading the riot acts....But has Tomos Williams's outstanding performance earned him a ticket down under?Leicester roar to victory over a Quins side that seem to have suffered a case of the yips while the mighty Sale slay Saracens... Another commanding performance from George Ford.... why is he not in the mix or in the conversation for Lions recognition and should he be?Meanwhile in the URC, the unstoppbale juggernaut Leinster losing to the Scarlets... how much of a shock is that (it was their second team) and does Ryan Wilson finally, begrudgingly, admit that they haven't peaked too soon and they wont care a jot about this loss? And what about the Warriors losing at home to the Bulls? The boys wax lyrical about the man mountain that is Jan-Hendrik Wessels....We then turn out attentions to the Champions Cup semi finals..... who do we think will get a chance to go for gold in Cardiff on the 24th May?Head over to www.debra.org.uk to support this incredible charity! As always, like subscribe and enjoy!!! The boys are back, coming to you from Pau ahead of the Blue Black and White's Quarter Final clash tonight! They chat selection, tactics, red wine and give a quick reaction to the festival win at the Rec vs Quins! #ThickAndThin
This is the story of one of rugby's most notorious matches, told by those who were there. A European Cup quarter-final between Harlequins and Leinster was always going to be big - but nobody knew how big. Players from both sides including Ugo Monye and Brian O'Driscoll, commentators, coaches and referee Nigel Owens recall how events unfolded before, during and after the moment that Quins winger Tom Williams staggered from the field with fake blood dripping from his mouth. The Leinster officials see through the plot straight away - but can they expose the wrongdoing? To listen to the full series, search for Sport's Strangest Crimes on BBC Sounds.

Transcripció Andreu: [0:15] Bon dia, Joan! Joan: [0:16] Bon dia! Andreu: [0:17] Bon dia a tothom! Què? Ja et puc donar l'enhorabona, no? Andreu: [0:54] Déu-n'hi-do. Andreu: [3:39] Doncs jo estic enganxat a Discord. Jim and Goodey unpack a massive weekend of rugby, starting with Quins pulling off their first away win over Saracens in 13 years at The Showdown in front of 54,000 fans — and with a few famous faces in the crowd too. There's more drama in the Prem as Leicester smash Saints, Bath flex against Glos, and Bristol and Exeter set a new record with ten first-half tries. We also head stateside for a cracking chat with Peter Bernick, co-owner of the Chicago Hounds, who lifts the lid on building rugby in the US, the upcoming United States of Rugby doc, and how MLR is gearing up for RWC 2031. Plus, the Bulls break Leinster's unbeaten URC streak, Fin Smith to Toulouse rumours, and the lads react to a rabbit punch and a big shout to Rassie's new pod — all that and more.
