My guest in Episode 15 of the BTR Podcast is one of my closest friends and one of the most inspiring women I’ve ever met - Gina Swire. Gina is a self-love mentor and manifesting queen who is on a global mission to help a billion women fall madly in love with themselves. I love the fact that Gina is going to share her very inspiring journey with us and her interesting foray coming into self-love from the super opposite vibe in the modelling industry. Gina will share some very helpful tips on how to cultivate more self-love in your own life. And, by the way, Gina is going to be holding a 4-day Infinite Self Love Spa Retreat on the 27th of June in an epic, epic place in the UK. Definitely check that out if you are in the area. Here’s a closer look at this episode: Gina’s journey to the work that she’s doing today. How she evolved from student to a plus-size model and her experience with criticism and getting attention and validation from other people during those years. How she catalyzed her decision to share without judging herself and pinning her worth on the metrics of social media and the internal and external results of doing that. What she has seen internally and externally as a result of that = this has massively grown and exploded her account and business. Finding self love by shifting to the magnetic manifesting state and realizing how powerful, abundant and complete we are. Process for starting with self-love and manifestation. The importance of going on retreats to develop yourself. The way Gina runs her business from her zone of genius with zero apology and amazing tips we can pick up from it. How Gina navigates being a public figure while owning her humanness. Gina’s mantra and how it impacts her life. Her personal experience with judging her own self and how she came back into alignment. Hey, Beauties! I’m honestly feeling both nervous and excited about this episode because I think this is one of the most important pieces of content I’ve shared since I started my business. Breaking out of your comfort zone isn’t easy but, I think, it’s also the reason why you have so much drive to do what you know you were born to do. In Episode 14 of the BTR Podcast, I will be shining the light on the reality of the massive risks and the hard work it actually takes to follow your dreams and chase down your goals because I think it’s about time for you to step out and be your most brilliant and radiant self! Here’s a closer look at this episode: The biggest reasons we stay away from taking risks and the detriment it causes. I share how the “Tall Poppy Syndrome” has affected many women including myself. One of the most challenging and heartbreaking experiences I had when I decided to step out of my comfort zone. Learning to get comfortable with being uncomfortable, to stand and expand in your radiance. The positive effects of allowing yourself to shine. My 3 biggest tips on how to cultivate a relationship with risk that supports you to thrive and shine. Also, I am SOOOOOO excited to share with you that the Radiant Living School Live Mastermind is now open! It’s a 6-month mastermind experience with me to help you elevate yourself into the most powerful woman you know. If you’re ready to take yourself to the next level but need support - this is for you! Friends!!! Episode 13 of the BTR Podcast is the definition of badass. Today, my guest is YouTuber and Women's Leadership Powerhouse, Kate Maree O’Brien. Kate is a visionary and voice for bold women's leadership, transformation, playing it big, and living from truth. She has created a global company specializing in empowering women’s leadership and leads trainings and workshops all around the world. She is the owner of multiple companies and runs an international team of over 12 full time team members from Bali. In today's episode, Kate and I have a transparent, ruthlessly honest conversation about her, where she started, how her personal challenges shaped her business growth, why the challenges she faced made her stronger, and Kate's golden advice and approach for moving through the muck and rising up. This is an episode you want to listen to with the volume all the way up. Plus, she has the best Kiwi accent ever! In other *VERY* exciting news, Kate is hosting the first annual SHE Conference in Gold Coast, Australia from August 16-18, 2019. This is going to be the most EPIC women's leadership event in the Southern Hemisphere in 2019 so if you're in Bali, Australia, New Zealand, or anywhere else in Southeast Asia, do not let this pass you by. The lineup of speakers at SHE is going to be off the hook, and it's an amazing opportunity to connect with inspiring women in the fields of business, personal development, and leadership. Click here to learn more about the event and grab your spot now before spaces sell out!! Here’s a closer look at this episode: The interesting story of how Kate’s business began. Her story of verbally and visually speaking powerful messages to women about embracing their bodies and making it a process of embracing her own body as well. The journey of Kate and Henare, her husband, navigating everything in their life and business together. Her perspective and advice for women stepping up in their lives but are currently feeling frustrated about not seeing results. Kate’s recent experience of going through a threshold and what we can learn from it. How she has learned to let go and trust her team. Changing your thinking and mindset from negative to positive and allowing yourself to be creative. Episode 12 of the BTR Podcast is a very, very special one because my surprise guest for this episode is my husband, Toby Loneragan! In this open and unfiltered conversation, we reveal our real experience working as a team, supporting and complementing each other’s skill sets and building each other up to achieve our goals, without ever stepping into the public role of “power couple.” Here’s a closer look at what we cover in this juicy episode: Where my business began and how we built our new married life together in Bali. Toby shares how he handled my extraverted desire to bring our relationship “online” — and what happened instead. How our honesty policy and love-first attitude has helped us respect and support each other on a much deeper level in both business & life. The importance of having our own thing separately and how running our own companies makes us more reliable and valuable to one another in business. How boundaries impact growth and why they’re a fierce non negotiable for us. Why veering away from being a public “power couple” has actually made us step into our own strengths and power MORE. The most challenging thing Toby has experienced as my partner, biz bounce, my best friend in seeing me build my business. Respecting each other’s values and having boundaries especially between our personal and professional life. How Toby’s strengths and skill set has complemented and helped me so much in my business. As business owners, we feel so compelled to be hands-on all the time which oftentimes lead to frustration and headaches. For me, one of the major reasons for burnout is feeling the need to do all the things by myself. In Episode 8 of the BTR Podcast, I share why delegating equals dollars for you and your business. We’ll talk about beneficial information and tips about delegation - something that many, many business owners struggle with. If there’s one thing that I’ve learned from scaling my 6-figure business is that delegating, while not always easy, is absolutely essential. We’ll talk about the whys, hows, whats of delegating to make you feel more sane and effective in your business. Here’s a closer look at what we cover in this episode: 3 essential reasons why delegating matters and why it equals dollars. 2 major categories of delegation that you need in your business to scale your company - head and hands. I share my own experience in delegation through the example of creating my podcast. The hows of delegating effectively: Get to know your own core skillset and play only in your zone of genius. It's August, and both the NFL Preseason and fantasy draft season are in full swing. In fact, Fantasy Football Feeding Frenzy hosts Gary Davenport and Walton Spurlin took part in a draft this past week that they discussed live as it happens -- you can listen to that here. This week we'll look at that draft from a different prespective, by re-broadcasting a show that aired last week while Gary and Wally yammered on. In it, the league's other's owners, including hosts from The Fantasy Guru, PFF Radio, FF Toolbox, the Fantasy Sideline Show, Her Fantasy Football, Football By Football, Next Fan Up, Thursday Night Tailgate and the High Stakes Fantasy Football Hour discuss the draft as it unfolded. Who made out like bandits? Who got robbed? And how badly did Gary and Wally screw up? Come on in -- the water's FINE!

Tonight will mark the final BTR podcast with BuzzWorthy Radio before moving to its new home. For 5 years, host NaVell J. Lee has been a part of the network with not one, but 2 shows. While he will miss the platform he has called home for the longest time, he hopes everyone will follow his show to the new platform. "BlogTalkRadio was my first home. It helped me branch out to do what I wanted to do. It gave me my voice. Am I nervous to leave and start something new? Of course...you wouldn't be human if you didn't. I am excited to see what is to come. Thank you, BTR, for everything you have given me. It has been a pleasure to be here for 5 years." We will do a special 15 minute segment to say GOOD-BYE to BTR as well as relive some favorite memories from the show and other BTR hosts. Feel free to call in.
