Founded in 2010 and having over 70 employees, Cloud-Passage's team will be integrated into the Fidelis Cybersecurity organization.Better Tomorrow Ventures (BTV) led a $3.6 million seed round for Divibank, a Brazilian finance platform. Divibank is a place, where Latin American companies, can get growth capital through revenue-share funding.
