This week we cover: Alien movie (6:55) Dead Orbit (28:16) October means more horror movies and more horror comics! This week we watched the movie, "Alien", an obvious horror staple. What started as a stand alone move spawned into a whole franchise, and in 2018 we got the comic book "Dead Orbit". Dead Orbit was set in the same universe but with the amazing vision of James Stokoe! We'll get to discuss both and see how they both tackled the themes of isolation and terror and desperate survival. Every week our show reads and reviews comic book arcs and then reviews a comic book shows or comic book movie based on that same character. At the end we will rank them all! We cover DC Comics, Marvel comics, and everything in between. Our comic book podcast will have a rotating topic. I found a Critical bug when starting the Faction Rallies in Destiny 2. This issue prevents the player from speaking with Dead Orbit and any other vendor once the bug is active. The fix is to return to Orbit and return to the tower. DO NOT teleport to the center while within the tower because this is how I was able to replicate it. For this issue to not occur, it's best to just take the stairs. That's it every Thanks everyone for listening and if you can we would appreciate the like and Sub. Episode 95 brings Blue, Green, and Justin back together to discuss those in the City who look beyond. Beyond the walls, beyond the earth, beyond even the Traveler and the supposed salvation that it offers humanity. They see another future among the light of other stars. They see the Traveler and Earth itself as nothing more than celestial bodies caught in a dead orbit - a name which, appropriately they have taken for their own. And yes, Justin and Green have decided to go with the themed names - so bear with Blue while he tries to keep up with the shenanigans that are happening in the Discord server. Episode 26 (05/015/2016) - Dead Orbit is Best Orbit This week brings us to Part 2 of our look at the Factions of the City and the choice of true professionals, Dead Orbit. Join us as we discuss the origins of Dead Orbit, the tenets and philosophies of the Arachs, the mysteries surrounding “The Fleet”, some very interesting Grimoire cards and what they may mean for the future of Destiny, and a whole lot more. We’re all also very punchy this episode (since we missed a week) so stay tuned for a colossal amount of sidetracking, derailing, and outtakes while we discuss Arach Jalaal’s mysterious puddle, Gabbleratchet’s horrible face, pronounce Russian names poorly, and all agree that Cayde-6 said it best with “I gotta get out of this Tower.” Contact Us: Twitter: @DGhostStories Email: destinyghoststories@gmail.com Facebook: /DGhostStories Instagram: @DGhostStories Email us for an invite to our Fan Chat on Slack.
