To rozwija respekt i uważność. Ważne, by spiralę zmniejszać tylko do granic możliwości konia i naszego poczucia bezpieczeństwa. Gdy pojawia się napięcie czy emocje, warto powrócić do większej spirali, aby przywrócić spokój.Dla ciała spirala motywuje do rozluźnienia. Naprzemienne zwiększanie i zmniejszanie koła zachęca konia, by odnaleźć komfort na większej linii i rozluźnić ciało. Zmusza go do drobnych zmian równowagi, eksperymentowania z własnym ciałem i odnajdywania nowego balansu. Dzięki temu przygotowuje stabilne, wygięte koła, które stają się bazą do dalszej gimnastyki i bardziej zaawansowanych ćwiczeń.Spirala to proste, ale niezwykle skuteczne narzędzie. Działa kompleksowo i łączy w sobie pracę nad emocjami, równowagą i biomechaniką konia.
Faith doesn't collapse under pressure—it crumbles under misplaced authority. Pastor Josh Hotsenpiller shares how indestructible faith begins when we surrender control and trust God's authority over our lives.

In a rare surfacing in the contemporary world, JF and Phil discuss a film that has just been released. Bryn Chainey's Rabbit Trap is psychological horror in the tradition of Repulsion, Jacob's Ladder, and Angel Heart. But it is more: a metaphysical film exploring the mystery of sound and the Otherworld of Faerie—an excursion into that weird country, so deftly explored by Arthur Machen and Algernon Blackwood, where wonder and terror perform their eldritch duets. Do osiągnięcia nieruchomości prowadzi długa droga.

Tutaj zaczynamy ćwiczyć precyzję pomocy i świadomość dosiadu. Dołącz do Klubu Alfa Horse.
Well, we thought about AI again. This time Andy joined us. Jake, as promised, went Marx Grudge. He read from Marx's "Fragment of Machines," and listed the many lawsuits currently levied against "AI vendors." That said, he also couldn't help thinking about the future of porn. Sagi spoke about the metaphysical utilitarian progress underpinning AI, certain that the only real thing AI can do is solve the stupid analytic philosophy trolley problem. Oh, that and get a high score on an IQ test. Andy introduced the Tower of Babel and helped us think about how concrete thinking is overtaking the younger generation. AI, entirely focused on space, and against time, leaves no room for ethics, for thought, for enjoying petites madeleines. Listen past the end, for a Proustian surprise.

Opowiadam o s. Eligii (Leopoldynie) Staweckiej: żołnierzu, który został zakonnicą; o mundurze wiszącym obok habitu; o odwadze, wierności i… butach oddanych dziecku z ochronki. To odcinek o sile wartości, które potrafią ustawić kurs całego życia o „jeden stopień” — i to wystarcza, by zamiast błądzić, trafić do celu.Zajrzymy też do życiorysów Carla Acutisa i Piera Giorgia Frassatiego – młodych, a dojrzałych świętych.
To podejście chroni przed utrwalaniem błędów i pozwala koniowi zapamiętać dobre reakcje.

Of all the flavors of horror, few are as dreadful as that of being lost in the wilderness. In this episode, JF and Phil revisit The Blair Witch Project, the classic 1999 found-footage film that inspired a thousand imitators. What makes this film so gripping, they argue, is the way it lingers over the subtle stages of disorientation in a hostile place, from blithe denial to devastating gnosis. The Blair Witch Project isn't a ghost story so much as a work of cosmic horror. Ultimately, the woods themselves—vast, indifferent, inescapable—are the monster. Support Weird Studies on Patreon.

Alte Rätsel lösen, geheimnisvolle Schriften entziffern: Gibt es was Spannenderes?
