Widzimy, czy chce z nami być, czy potrafi utrzymać skupienie i czy rozumie to, o co prosimy bez liny. Wolność buduje inną jakość relacji, daje koniowi przestrzeń, a człowieka zmusza do większej uważności. Często jest w niej mniej fizycznego napięcia, więcej obserwacji i prawdziwego połączenia. Jednak wolność ma też swoje ograniczenia. Jeżeli baza z liny nie jest stabilna, wyjdzie to bardzo szybko. Może wzmocnić uciekanie zamiast pracy, może utrwalić bieganie i unikanie, jeśli koń nauczy się, że odejście kończy trudną sytuację. Trudniej kontrolować ruch, trudniej domknąć zadanie, a w sytuacji paniki znacznie trudniej odzyskać wpływ.Wolność to narzędzie, bardzo cenne, ale wymagające od człowieka doświadczenia i wyczucia. A majority of the 24 artists represented are based in Minnesota, including Tia Keobounpheng, Sonja Peterson, Amber M. Jensen, Talon Cavender-Wilson, Pieper Bloomquist and Lucy and Gene Tokheim of Tokheim Stoneware. The exhibit will be on view through June 7.

Katarzyna Michałek / Trener Prowadzący AH Kiedy koń zatrzymuje się, nie chce podejść, odmawia wykonania przejścia, napina się, wyrywa, cofa albo „robi problem”, my widzimy tylko objaw. Objaw, który sam w sobie niczego jeszcze nie wyjaśnia. Ten sam obraz z zewnątrz może wynikać z trzech zupełnie różnych rzeczy: z bólu, ze strachu albo z dużej pewności siebie.Jeśli to jest ból, koń nie walczy z nami. On chroni ciało i każda próba przepchnięcia sytuacji zwykle pogarsza sprawę. Jeśli to jest strach, koń nie jest złośliwy ani leniwy. On nie czuje się bezpiecznie, a presja często robi mu jeszcze większy chaos w głowie. A jeśli to jest bunt, to znaczy, że koń jest fizycznie i emocjonalnie w porządku, tylko testuje granice i sprawdza, czy to człowiek podejmuje decyzje.I teraz najważniejsze: te trzy stany mogą wyglądać podobnie, ale wymagają zupełnie innej reakcji. Z obecności innych ludzi. Z poczucia bycia obserwowanym. Z lęku przed oceną. W naszych głowach pojawia się nieśmiałość, potrzeba pracy w spokoju, bez widowni. I pytanie, które wiele osób sobie zadaje: czy to jest dbanie o siebie, czy może uciekanie przed konfrontacją i wstydem. To są bardzo dojrzałe pytania. One pokazują, że ktoś naprawdę bierze odpowiedzialność za siebie i za konia, zamiast udawać, że wszystko jest zawsze w porządku.DBANIE O SIEBIE A UNIKANIE:W praktyce bardzo rzadko jest tak, że działa tylko jeden mechanizm. Najczęściej to jest połączenie dbania o siebie i unikania wstydu. Dbanie o siebie oznacza wybieranie takich warunków pracy, w których jesteśmy spokojniejsi, bardziej skupieni i uważni. A unikanie wstydu jest naturalną reakcją społeczną. Jesteśmy gatunkiem społecznym i bycie ocenianym jest dla nas realnie trudne. Świadomość tego, co nas blokuje, i umiejętne zarządzanie warunkami pracy to nie jest słabość, tylko dojrzałość.

Wędzidło nie jest narzędziem kontroli. Jego celem jest subtelna, precyzyjna komunikacja. Jeżeli koń nie rozumie lub nie akceptuje wędzidła, nie ma mowy o lekkości, niezależnie od tego, czy pracujemy z ziemi, czy w siodle. Wędzidło nie zastępuje relacji, równowagi ani pracy z ziemi.Nie wprowadzamy wędzidła „bo już czas”, żeby koń był bardziej posłuszny, żeby coś naprawić siłą.Akceptacja wędzidła – dwa poziomy. Akceptacja wędzidła zawsze składa się z dwóch elementów:Akceptacja fizyczna: spokojny pysk, brak napięcia w żuchwie, delikatna praca języka, brak ciągłego żucia lub „walki” z wędzidłem. To etap konieczny, ale niewystarczający.Akceptacja emocjonalna: koń spokojnie odpowiada na sygnały, nie ucieka mentalnie, nie blokuje się, widać, że wędzidło nie jest dla niego problemem.Najpierw musi pojawić się akceptacja fizyczna, dopiero potem emocjonalna. Bez fizycznej akceptacji nie ma realnej komunikacji – zostaje tylko siłowa kontrola. 

Bardzo często mówimy o lekkości konia i chcemy ją jak najszybciej zobaczyć w pracy. Problempojawia się wtedy, gdy zaczynamy traktować ją wyłącznie jako szybkość reakcji. To jedna znajwiększych pułapek w treningu. Lekkość nie jest prędkością ruchu. Lekkość jest reakcją konia nadelikatne fazy: na fazę 1 lub 2, a pod spodem tej odpowiedzi jest akceptacja. Dopiero wtedy możemymówić o prawdziwej lekkości. Jeżeli wzmacniamy reakcje na wczesne fazy, bez zbudowanej bazy, tonie wzmacniamy prawidłowej lekkości. Wzmacniamy szybkie reakcje bez dobrej relacji.Co naprawdę buduje lekkość. Bigelow, Arizona when a fast moving unknown point of light passed through a set of his images. After Greg reported his observations to the Minor Planet Center for the next 10 days it was tracked by observatories in Arizona, Italy, Hawaii, Australia, and Argentina.  Citizen scientist H. A. Güler analyzed these data. The Minor Planet Center published the discovery of the near Earth asteroid 2018 CN41. Comet COMET 240P/NEAT with a small version of itself cruising along beside it.It is virtually impossible to predict if Vivian's fragment 240P-B will survive to make another approach to the Sun in 2033 or so.

Of all the flavors of horror, few are as dreadful as that of being lost in the wilderness. What makes this film so gripping, they argue, is the way it lingers over the subtle stages of disorientation in a hostile place, from blithe denial to devastating gnosis.
