Earl’s business career saw him serve in executive roles at 5 very different companies and as an owner in 3 businesses that experienced 20 years of increasing profits and a $230 million increase in company value.   The business and life lessons Earl learned  during this 25-year period were reinforced on the Little League ball field during his 10 years of coaching youth baseball.
