He is based in Orlando, Florida. Prior to joining UIB, Ken co-founded software company SocialGrow. Prior to SocialGrow, he was CMO for Online Buddies and before that, Vice President of Interactive Strategies at Realogy. Ken spent 17 years with AT&T/Lucent Technologies/Avaya, most recently as a Director and Technical Manager in Avaya Labs where he managed a 200+ person global team. He serves as a member of the advisory board of digital health company TraveDoc. Ken earned his Executive M.M.P. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, a Masters of International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Economics and German from Drew University’s College of Liberal Arts.
