If we be not in good earnest in religion, and our wills and inclinations be not strongly exercised, we are nothing. The things of religion are so great, that there can be no suitableness in the exercises of our hearts, to their nature and importance, unless they be lively and powerful. In nothing is vigour in the actings of our inclinations so requisite, as in religion; and in nothing is lukewarmness so odious.

In this episode of the Your Dream Business Podcast, I talk about the big mistakes a lot of business owners make during their webinars that end up hurting their sales and costing them money. Based on my own experience with marketing and running webinars, I highlight three common slip-ups: treating webinars like free lessons, not showing your expertise clearly, and rushing through the part where you actually sell. I also break down how to set up a webinar that really works—like using case studies, setting the right tone, and confidently sharing your offer. If you're a course creator, membership site owner, or coach looking to make your webinars more effective and boost your results, this episode is definitely worth a listen. KEY TAKEAWAYS COVERED IN THE PODCAST Webinars aren't a free workshop—balance teaching with teasing – Give just enough helpful content to demonstrate value and spark “aha” moments, but leave room for curiosity so attendees still want the paid offer. Show your authority all the way through –Sprinkle in short case studies, quick wins, and personal proof as you teach; this builds trust and positions you as the obvious guide before you even reach the pitch. Slow down and sell with a clear structure –Warm‑up → story → offer → next steps. Move through each phase confidently, repeat the benefits, and handle questions—don't rush the close if you want conversions. If you enjoyed this episode then please feel free to go and share it on your social media or head over to Apple podcasts or Spotify and give me a review, I would be so very grateful. Simple Pin Podcast: Simple ways to boost your business using Pinterest
Let's talk about volume vs. conversion and how that relates to your Pinterest marketing strategy. There are two camps of people in my community – those who want more traffic and those who want more sales. There are some that have both but more often than not one of those goals wins out. Add to it the frustration of the internet changing and you have a lot of confused, overwhelmed, and frustrated people. But I would argue the frustration isn't always about what's happening TO us but it's the lack of a clear understanding of our business model and what our ultimate goal is. So the question I'm asking today is what's the difference between volume and conversion goals in online business and can you achieve both, especially with Pinterest marketing.—-------Here are some helpful links from the podcast:

Listen in as Nate Reineke and Ben Utley answer a cumbersome backdoor Roth question from a physician who fears they made a mistake, but the answer may be simpler than anticipated. We also answer your colleagues' questions. Investing Now: A retired physician in Alaska has a large nest egg, and they are concerned about the current economic and political situation. They want to know the best way to invest the cash. Practice buy-in: A specialist on the East Coast has a buy-in opportunity and is wondering the best way to finance it. Cash Balance Plan: An interventional radiologist from New Jersey is close to retiring and is curious if a cash balance plan is a good idea. A Clare social housing estate could lead the way in front garden driveway conversions. Sinn Féin Councillor Tommy Guilfoyle has proposed a pilot scheme be devised for Church Drive in Clarecastle to allow residents to convert their front gardens into driveways as a means of alleviating on-street traffic congestion. Responding to the proposal, Ennis Municipal District says the idea is "interesting and innovative" while committing to investigating the viability of such a project. Councillor Guilfoyle says residents are "suffering" due to the amount of cars on the road.
A lot of times when people do marketing and they're testing things out, they change a lot of elements all at one time. They might change a photo or a headline or the body copy, whether it's for a paid ad, whether for it's an organic post or a sales page, and then when you get a really great result, which is awesome, you're not exactly sure how you got there. That isn't going to work. You can't replicate it; you can't duplicate it. You can't use that information moving forward. When you are testing any aspect of your marketing funnel, it's important to test one thing at a time. This way you can really get really good information on exactly what change you made that really made the difference.Resources:Adaptive Marketing Program - The Adaptive Marketing Program is an exclusive opportunity for online business owners, coaches, course creators, and membership site owners to play bigger and bolder in their business and explode their bank account with more clients! For a list of our resources & recommendations visit: https://onlinemarketingpodcast.com/learn-with-paul-melissa/Connect with us on social!Instagram: @realpaulpruitt & @realmelissapruitt Facebook: @realpaulpruitt & @realmelissapruitt

Eric del Valle is the Director of Ecommerce at Onewheel, a self-balancing electric skateboard brand developed by Future Motion. With a background that includes experience at Google and various DTC startups, Eric leverages behavioral psychology to enhance customer acquisition and user experience strategies. Under his leadership, Onewheel has grown significantly by transitioning marketing efforts from mere awareness to deeper customer consideration. In this episode… Many brands struggle when their once-thriving marketing tactics hit a wall, leaving them wondering how to sustain growth in a shifting market. How do you take customers beyond simple awareness and move them into true consideration — especially when your product comes with a high price tag and a niche appeal? The challenge lies in breaking through audience assumptions and reshaping brand perceptions to tap into a wider, more willing customer base. Eric del Valle, an expert in ecommerce and behavioral psychology, shares how his team overcame these hurdles by focusing on authentic user stories and deep customer research. Eric highlights how Onewheel identified an unexpected core demographic, leveraged emotional testimonials, and restructured marketing to focus on relatability over features. By employing strategies like reducing product price points, simplifying purchase bundles, and removing unnecessary micro-decisions in the funnel, niche brands can make it easier for hesitant buyers to commit. In this episode of the Minds of Ecommerce podcast, Raphael Paulin-Daigle interviews Eric del Valle, Director of Ecommerce at Onewheel, about transforming marketing strategies for lasting growth. Eric discusses customer-driven marketing, price point adjustments, and optimizing the buyer journey. Got questions? Send Ericka a Text! Are you leaving money on the table while your patients remain undertreated? After analyzing over 300 dental practices across the country, I discovered a shocking truth: the average dental practice with a full-time hygienist treats only 17% of the periodontal disease they diagnose. That means 83% of diagnosed disease goes completely untreated—a staggering gap between diagnosis and care. This episode dives deep into the "hidden opportunity" within your hygiene department by exploring D4346: scaling in the presence of generalized moderate to severe gingival inflammation. This often-misunderstood code bridges the critical gap between a standard prophy (D1110) and scaling and root planing (D4341/D4342). For patients showing clear signs of gingivitis without bone loss—bleeding on probing, inflamed tissue, pseudopockets, and plaque that doesn't respond to routine cleaning—continuing to perform prophies isn't prevention; it's undertreatment.I walk you through a comprehensive, step-by-step process for properly implementing D4346 in your practice, from accurate diagnosis and bulletproof documentation to effective patient education and ethical billing. We cover common challenges including insurance downgrades, particularly when carriers like Delta may pay less for D4346 than for a prophy, and how to handle these situations without compromising ethics or revenue. The key message: this code is based on diagnosis, not difficulty or time spent, and represents therapeutic care designed to heal tissue, not maintain it.Whether you're a dental biller, office manager, hygienist, or dentist, this episode provides practical guidance for transforming your approach to gingivitis treatment. The benefits extend beyond proper coding—you'll deliver better care, improve patient outcomes, and optimize practice revenue. Pull a few charts this week and see how many of your "prophy patients" actually qualify for D4346. The results might surprise you. Want to learn Dental Coding and Billing? These days, people's attention spans are short. They prefer to watch quick videos rather than long ones from someone they don't know well. That is why short videos work - they respect your time and engage your emotions from the start. But "short" doesn't always mean "best." The video has to be long enough to explain what you need to know and make you want the product. Otherwise, you'll click away.Put yourself in your audience's shoes when they watch your sales video. What do you expect to see? Naturally, you want something concise and straightforward that communicates the content. Once you connect with the message and know what to expect, you will engage more and convert as soon as possible. In another Diamond Life Mentor Uncut episode, Balazs W Kardos answers questions from one of the Accelerator members about focusing on emotions to convert the audience. Is America really bringing manufacturing back? And what does that mean for real estate investors? In this episode of REady2Scale, Jeannette Friedrich is joined by Patrick Sentner, Executive Vice President at Colliers and longtime expert in office and industrial real estate. Together, they unpack how reshoring, power constraints, tenant behavior, and capital markets are transforming industrial and office site selection in 2025. From the behind-the-scenes dynamics of data centers to the rising cost of office buildouts, this conversation is full of actionable insights for passive investors, brokers, and developers navigating today's complex commercial real estate landscape. Key Takeaways: - Onshoring is real, but power access now drives site selection. Tenants increasingly prioritize megawatt availability over geography due to AI and advanced manufacturing needs. - States are becoming selective with incentives. Locations offering jobs with strong wages are winning competitive bids, while others shy away from low-job-impact data centers. - Private equity is betting big on data center land. Investors are securing power-ready sites even before corporate tenants commit. - Office buildouts now cost double. Tenants are facing $75 to $80 per square foot for basic improvements, driving new lease structuring and rate negotiations. - Cap rates diverge by asset type. Class A office properties are seeing steep declines in value, some with cap rates as high as 15 percent, while industrial assets vary by location but are ticking up again. - Blend and extend lease strategies are surging. Tenants are renegotiating terms for lower rates or rent relief in exchange for longer lease commitments, often amid distressed debt situations. - Lenders are becoming de facto landlords. More tenants are navigating lease agreements directly with receivers and banks as buildings change hands. - Conversions to housing are rarely viable. Despite calls to convert vacant office space into housing, construction costs and layout limitations often make it financially unfeasible. - What passive investors should look for: Poorly capitalized buildings with strong physical infrastructure may offer distressed buying opportunities, especially if acquired directly from lenders at a steep discount. This episode offers a rare, inside look at where industrial and office markets are heading and how investors can navigate the road ahead. If you've ever had to deal with fake reviews sabotaging your Amazon business, you know how damaging and frustrating it can be. That's why Shane Barker created TraceFuse, an AI-powered platform that helps Amazon sellers detect and remove negative reviews that violate Amazon's policies, without you having to lift a finger. In this episode, Shane joins us to discuss how TraceFuse came to life, as well as a behind-the-scenes look at how Amazon's rating and review system really works. We dive into how to spot fake reviews, the consequences of letting them slide, and which niches are the biggest targets for fake review attacks. According to Shane, “Reviews are the core of Amazon. They not only affect sales, they also affect your Best Seller ranking and your star rating. We've seen people lose anywhere from 10% to 50% of their sales because they dropped from 4.3 to 4.2 stars. If you're a seller, you need to really focus on reviews. They're the biggest thing you've got going.” Shane also shares some of the most surprising, and occasionally bizarre, fake reviews he's come across, and walks us through the difference between the traditional manual reporting process and the streamlined system TraceFuse offers. In this episode of The Russell Brunson Show, we're going deep into the funnel foundations that actually build sustainable businesses… And dismantling the flawed logic that's everywhere in online marketing right now. It all started with a question from my friend and longtime funnel architect Jake Leslie: Why are so many people skipping the core $97–$297 offer? Why do so many funnels go straight from free lead magnet to high-ticket sale, and then wonder why nothing converts? Jake's rant sparked one of my longest solo riffs ever… And it turned into a full-on masterclass in value ladders, offer sequencing, business longevity, and the difference between strategy and tactics. If you've ever wondered why your funnel isn't converting the way you want it to… This episode might save your business. Key Highlights: Why “free opt-in → high-ticket call” worked for a season (but won't anymore) The real reason 90% of online businesses flame out in 18 months or less What Dan Kennedy taught me about the evolution of advertising costs - and why it changes everything Why value ladders still matter more than ever (despite what modern marketers claim) How to keep your audience buying from you week after week with strategic offers What Napoleon Hill was teaching about customer acquisition back in 1917 (and why it still applies) The metrics behind our $100 front-end offer and how it ascends 5.5% of buyers into high-ticket coaching The actual difference between marketers who last 25 years… and those who peak for 25 months This is the kind of episode you'll want to re-listen to - especially if you're in that weird zone where people are clicking, leads are coming in, but nothing is converting. The problem isn't your funnel. The problem is your value ladder is broken… or missing entirely.
