"No-one at school had ever given me the attention and, needless to say, it was pretty miserable. I didn't enjoy school and I didn't enjoy being a teenager because of it...when you feel worthless when you're going to school just being that bad...its an awful feeling." I speak to Doug McMaster about how he dropped out of school at 16, overcoming both undiagnosed dyslexia and a lack of education to begin a food pilgrimage that culminated in him launching Silo in Brighton: Britain's first zero waste restaurant rated the third coolest place to eat in the UK by The Times. But before that I speak to The Snaffling Pig's Nick Coleman, winner of Virgin's Foodpreneur 2017, celebrating the UK's best new food and drink business. Back in 2010 Nick founded Medical Supermarket with his business partner Udhi Silva. Udhi then bet Nick that to see if they could set up another business for just £500. They eventually started The Snaffling Pig in 2014 with just the £500 selling premium pork scratching snacks in a variety of different flavours. With co-founder Andy Allen now onboard within two years they were turning over £1 million, had appeared on ITV's This Morning with an advent calendar and have now secured investment from Moonpig's Nick Jenkins on the BBC TV's Dragon's Den.

Sometimes we get so mired in stress, anxiety or wrapped up in our problems, it's hard to remember how to relax. So today I speak to one of the UK's top psychologists all about stress and balance. Anna Williamson used to be a pop band, then was one of the UK's most popular children's TV presenters. It's quite a journey from that to respected psychologist (yes, I just used the J word). She's now the resident psychologist for Big Brother and ITV's This Morning, two of the biggest shows on UK television. Join us as we discuss 'funny mind stuff'. She's had her own problems with anxiety and stress, and she's now all about balance. Anna and I met to record at a venue in Central London - possibly the noisiest hotel in the city. Somehow it doesn't sound too loud on the interview though, thanks partly to some very friendly people we met who talked sotto voce while we recorded.

The important point she asks you to think carefully about is that your best chance of getting through everything in a time of stress and turmoil, including working out how to communicate with your children and your ex-partner or spouse, is to start looking after yourself.Although the advice and the shoulder to cry on provided by family and friends can be vital, Sue asks you to think about some coaching even if that's online - and shake off that image you might have that it's only celebrities who instruct life coaches, because getting emotional and practical help from a professional who knows what you're going through and can look more objectively at how you can pull through it, could very well leave you with the peace you've been striving for.

It's 20 years since he opened the first edition of ITV's This Morning programme with his wife Judy Finnigan and, in the years since, pretty well everyone has sat on their sofa, from Madonna to Tony Blair, from the Clintons to, notoriously, OJ Simpson. Today, Richard Madeley is the epitome of a certain kind of smooth charm. In this frank interview though, he describes how he wasn't always so confident: he used to be so anxious about holding a conversation with his colleagues that he'd make excuses to hide himself away. He was in his 20s when he decided to become, he says, embarrassingly frank. He recognised how both his father and grandfather had deliberately stifled their own emotions and decided that he would be healthier and happier giving voice to them.
