President Biden has come under new scrutiny after Special Counsel Robert Hur released his report on POTUS' mishandling of classified documents. While the special counsel will not issue any criminal charges, the report revealed that the President seemed confused and forgetful during questioning and described him as an "elderly man with a poor memory." President Biden's attorneys have disputed these descriptions, requesting that Special Counsel Hur amend the characterization of the President. Anchor of FOX News Sunday and the Livin' The Bream podcast Shannon Bream joins the Rundown to discuss the Special Counsel report, how it could damage the Biden 2024 campaign, and shares her insight on the Supreme Court hearing arguments in former President Trump's election case against the state of Colorado. The Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers are going head-to-head in Las Vegas this weekend in the Super Bowl...a rematch of the big game four years ago. Host of The Will Cain Show and FOX and Friends Weekend, Will Cain, joins to discuss who he thinks is favored to win and why he believes the NFL needs to be cautious about how much Taylor Swift they show during the game. Later, he weighs in on how sports gambling has begun to more accurately predict game outcomes and why he is excited to bring his son to the game. Don't miss the good news with Tonya J. Powers. Plus, commentary from FOX News contributor Joe Concha. Photo Credit: Associated Press Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
