    Ivy Insights

The From the Kitchen Table: The Duffys podcast is a refreshing and relatable show hosted by Sean and Rachel Duffy, a Catholic conservative couple from the Midwest. As fellow Catholics who have relocated to Florida, I love how down-to-earth and genuine Sean and Rachel are. They share stories and traditions that resonate with me as a listener, and it's encouraging to see their focus on faith, family, and love of country.

One of the best aspects of this podcast is the authenticity that Sean and Rachel bring to each episode. As fans of theirs since their Real World days, my wife and I feel like we know them personally. It's evident that they are driven by their strong beliefs and values, and they aren't afraid to discuss topics that need to be addressed. Their busy lives as a married couple with children make their insights all the more valuable, showing that it's possible to prioritize faith, family, and country even in today's fast-paced world.

A standout moment in one episode was when Daniel joined as a guest. His thoughts provided much-needed relief during challenging times. Another highlight was Rachel's question towards the end about parenting and navigating different beliefs within the family. As someone who has experienced similar struggles with my own children, it hit home for me. I appreciate that Sean and Rachel tackle these tough topics in a respectful manner.

While there isn't much negative to say about this podcast, one potential downside could be its specific focus on Catholic conservatism. While this may limit its appeal to a wider audience, it also creates a niche for those who share similar beliefs or are interested in learning more about Catholicism.

In conclusion, The From the Kitchen Table: The Duffys podcast is an exceptional listen for anyone seeking genuine conversations about faith, family, politics, and culture from a Catholic conservative perspective. Sean and Rachel’s personal experiences are relatable and their commitment to truth-telling is commendable. I look forward to future episodes and highly recommend this podcast to anyone looking for thought-provoking discussions that inspire meaningful conversations around the kitchen table.

Many Americans only know the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the deep state, because the deeper you go down the rabbit hole, the more complex and disturbing it gets. Luckily, Sean and Rachel are joined by Monica Crowley — who, between her time serving as the Foreign Policy Assistant to former President Nixon and former Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Public Affairs under the Trump Administration, has learned quite a bit about the history of the deep state and how it still heavily impacts our world today.   Monica sits down at the kitchen table to reveal how she believes the deep state is working to undermine and remove former President Trump from the political realm, how our current political era eerily resembles the days of President Nixon, and why the stakes of the 2024 Presidential Election are even higher than most Americans realize. A week ago Vice President Kamala Harris had probably never heard of 'Brat Summer,' but now the internet has coined her the epitome of it (and oddly enough, they mean it as a compliment). But can Gen Z make enough Harris memes to get her votes after President Biden dropped out of the race, or will former President Trump's show of bravery in the face of near-death win over Americans? Sean and Rachel are joined by the host of the podcast 'Bongino Report Early Edition with Evita,' their daughter Evita Duffy-Alfonso to get her take on the "brat" trend reaching Vice President Harris' headquarters. They also weigh in on former President Trump becoming more beloved in the Hispanic community following the attempt on his life, and how social media will continue influencing voters over the next four months.
