Cosmic Frequency Episode 1 (ENGLISH): LUCID DREAMING In this Episode, we speak with Ben MacKinnon about Lucid Dreaming and Dream Yoga. About Ben: Ben was born in New Zealand and currently lives in Australia. He is a Dzogchen practitioner in the Nyingmapa tradition of Tibetan Buddhism. He has written three children's books introducing kids to yoga, meditation and dream practises along with his own personal dream journey in 'Diary of a Lucid Dreamer. He is a qualified Nurse and fire fighter, along with Yoga Teacher in Vinyasa Krama and massage therapist. He has been involved in Yoga, Bodywork and healthcare for 20 years and is passionate about sharing his love of Yoga, breathwork, bodywork and dream practises with those tired and weary in a world of ever increasing speed. In his spare time he is an avid traveller and surfer. During our conversation, we talk about what the practice of lucid dreaming and dream yoga is, the intention of the practice, we bring forth the connection to awareness and presence, we tap about the background of this buddhist lineage and practices, he offers tools on how to start tapping into the practice and its benefits, speaks about what happens when we sleep and its relevance and application to our daily living. Ben also shares some simple ideas of how to start connecting deeper with your dream practice and speaks about his book on Lucid Dreaming and other relevant literature to start navigating into the the lucid dreaming experience. En 1997, L'École du micro d'argent de IAM apporte un nouveau son dans le rap game, portée par des titres percutants devenus des classiques de “L’empire du côté obscur” à “Demain c’est loin” en passant par “Petit frère”, “Nés sous la même étoile”, “la saga” etc.  L'École... devient disque d’or dès le jour de sa sortie, et aujourd’hui encore il est l’album de rap le plus vendu en France ! Alors on a réécouté tous les trésors qu'il contient et on en parle avec Grégoire Bruni, notre spécial guest marseillais parce qu'on ne pouvait décemment pas parler d’IAM sans avoir un peu de couleur locale :)  A l'époque Olivia écoutait à fond l'album dans le mini bus scolaire, Manu recopiait à l'oreille les lyrics dans son cahier, Greg Sauvage citait IAM à chaque phrase ou presque, et Greg Bruni nous raconte la déflagration qui a suivi la sortie de L'École...à Marseille.  Chaque mois dans Radio K7 on vous raconte l'histoire d'un disque culte qui a marqué nos années '90s.  Une émission animée par Emmanuel Minelle, Olivia Godat, Grégoire Sauvage et Gregoire Bruni.
