“Halfway Out” is for anyone who feels stuck between the person they used to be and the person they're trying to become. It speaks to people who are fighting old habits, healing from their past, and learning how to grow even when growth feels messy. This song is for someone who knows they're changing, but isn't fully out of the darkness yet, someone rebuilding themselves step by step, holding onto hope while wrestling with doubt.
'Running Toward the Fire' is about someone standing at the edge of a life-changing dream—terrified, unsure, but determined to move forward anyway. They're caught between who they used to be and who they're trying to become, fighting private battles nobody sees. Even though fear follows them at every step, they choose to chase something bigger than themselves, accepting that growth demands risk. It's the story of a person who would rather face the fire, fall, bruise, and rebuild than live a life that isn't true to their soul.

Classification and Dating of Meteorites 3. Cosmochemist Greg Brennecka details meteorite classifications, emphasizing chondrites—primitive, unmelted samples representing the early molecular cloud and serving as the "baby book" of the solar system—whereas acondrites have been melted and often come from differentiated or disrupted planets. Brennecka specializes in Calcium Aluminum-rich Inclusions (CAIs) found within chondrites, which are used as a precise clock to date the solar system at 4.567 billion years old, and another stunning type is the pallasite, believed to originate from the core-mantle boundary of a planet and featuring spectacular olivine crystals in an iron matrix. Modern cosmochemistry relies on techniques like solution chemistry, where samples are dissolved in acid to precisely measure isotopes and elements. 1958

Through the lens of science and soul, we break down why boundaries are sacred, how ego contaminates growth, and what it means to protect your peace when things get weirdly mystical.

Chapter 24 is the center of the Book of Sirach. It is the climatic poem of Wisdom praising herself in creation as she describes her eternal origins in God and favored dwelling among God's people. When she tabernacles in Jerusalem, she restores us to Paradise, the Garden of Eden through worship of God. Enjoy this sample from Lesson 5, "In Praise of Wisdom (Chs. 24:1—37:17)" from Dr. Nick's seven-part course, "Sirach: Fear the Lord." Interview by Spitty / spittywill We recently traveled up to New York to holla at legendary producer, Rsonist of The Heatmakerz for a special Fat Beats Edition of “Off The Porch”! Best known for producing most of your favorite Dispet songs to Lil Wayne's “Tha Mobb”, Rsonist shares his experiences growing up in the Bronx in a Jamaican household making music out of his moms basement and how his diverse music taste helped him create a lot of his ground work for sampling, while carving a lane for himself within the culture. Rsonist talks about jumping off the porch around 15 years old, often getting in trouble because he would sneak out the house to DJ parties and how he didn't hear his first Hip-Hop record until he was a sophomore in high school. He discusses his first production placement with Canibus, transitioning from being a beat maker to being a producer, how he met Cam and how he ended up getting 9 beats on the Diplomatic Immunity project. He also gives his perspective on producers clearing music so that they can use the sample along with telling artists and producers how to peep game and pay attention to the business side of things as well as his new instrumental album The Anti Social Experiment, the motivation to do an instrumental album and more!
