This week French businessman Emmanuel Jayr is on The Frankie D Show! Frankie D asks Emmanuel about France, food in France, and French people. Emmanuel is asked if he fits the French stereotype of being romantic. He also tells where to get the best food in France. We also dive into the fact that French fries are not called French fries in France. Emmanuel was the co founder of an internet radio company called “GOOM radio”. Frankie D asks him about his experience in GOOM radio. Emmanuel started the company in France and brought it over to America. GOOM radio had a nice studio in Jersey City, New Jersey, which used to be the old Z100 studios. Emmanuel talked about what GOOM is doing today, his experience when GOOM was in the United States and talked about some of biggest memories such as a dinner with Jay Z. Frankie D also had to get Emmanuels opinion on pork roll since there was a GOOM radio studio in New Jersey. It was a fun conversation! Awakened...Now What?! EPISODE 309 PAST LIVES WITH SIMON BOWN Simon Bown is the host of The Past Lives Podcast. He has a diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and is certified in Past Life Regression Therapy. He specialises in taking people through past life regressions and has conducted a large number of sessions. He has had many paranormal experiences including psychic flashes, UFO sightings and a number of strange events not easily explained. These have proved to me that there is something more to us than flesh and blood and that we are energetic beings working through a cycle of reincarnation with the aim of experiencing everything there is to be experienced as a human being. He has had three remarkable incidences of feathers showing up in an unexpected and profound way while discussing angels with mediums. Jay-R Domantay used this strategy to get his first deal and then invested in a couple duplexes before making the leap to commercial multifamily apartments.   Born and raised in the Philippines, Jay-R moved to Chicago in 2007 and has used hustle, grit, and ingenuity to build a 27-unit portfolio.
