The Promise of PresenceToday's Passage: John 14:25-27“These things I have spoken to you while I am still with you. But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you. Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid."For more information about this Advent season, visit our Christmas at Fellowship page. Christmas celebrates more than a birth. It celebrates the arrival of The Way: the only way to God. This may sound exclusive, but it is just the opposite. We are rescued from eternal death not by a religion or rulebook but by a person. Christmas isn't just about a birth, it's about an invitation given to everyone. Passage: John 14:1, 6 Speaker: David Wyman

This episode originally aired on November 28, 2022. John begins his biography of Jesus as an adult and with what seems to be a philosophical introduction–but one that is packed with rich theology. Contrary to what we might think, the Christmas story did not begin in Bethlehem or even when the angel Gabriel appeared to Mary. The Christmas story–God coming from heaven to earth–has existed in the heart of God since the very beginning. That's what John wants His readers to know. The Christmas story is part of a larger story–the overarching story of God's redemptive plan. To truly understand the importance of Christmas, we must place it within this larger story.Passage: John 1:1-14Support the show

In this powerful message from John 18:1–11, Pastor Steve Henry walks us through Jesus' betrayal in the Garden of Gethsemane and reveals how we can respond when betrayal comes into our own lives. Before the cross, Jesus modeled three key principles: 1. Worship — keeping our eyes fixed on God 2. Stay humble — trusting God's higher purposes 3. Face your challenge with faith — surrendering to God's will Betrayal is painful, but in the hands of God, it becomes an opportunity to reflect Christ.

Passage: John 11:1–27Where is God when life feels like a pressure cooker? When the world is filled with chaos, anger, confusion, and pain—it's natural to ask, “Lord, where are You?” In John 11, we find that even those closest to Jesus wrestled with His timing. Mary and Martha called for Jesus, but He delayed. Lazarus died. Yet in the waiting, God was working. This story shows us that God's delays are not denials. His love isn't always measured by immediate action, but by the deeper deliverance He is bringing for His glory and our good. Jesus reveals Himself not just as a miracle worker, but as the Resurrection and the Life—the One who offers unshakable hope in the face of death itself. In this message we'll see:-Why God's delay precedes His deliverance.-How His love can't be judged by present circumstances.-Why saving faith endures when Jesus seems “late.”-How to trust God in the mystery of unanswered prayers.-The hope of resurrection life—both now and forever.Ultimately, our role is obedience; the outcome belongs to Him. And just as Lazarus was raised, everything Jesus did for him, He will one day do for all who believe.

In this episode of the Jesus Everyday Podcast, Andrew, Ethan, and Josh dive deep into John 5:30–47, where Jesus wraps up His defense to the religious leaders—one that reads like a courtroom scene. The claims are bold: Jesus is equal to the Father, has authority to judge, and receives witnesses from John the Baptist, His miracles, the Father, and the Scriptures themselves. And yet… the leaders refuse to believe. Why?
