In this episode of the Jesus Everyday Podcast, hosts Andrew McPheron, Matt Thieman, Ethan Callison, and Ken Nienke dive into John 2:1–12—the miraculous story of Jesus turning water into wine at the wedding in Cana. This first sign in John's Gospel reveals Jesus' divinity, the power of simple obedience, and His abundant grace even in the midst of chaos. Together, the team unpacks: • Why Jesus began His public ministry at a wedding • The cultural and spiritual significance of the miracle • What the six stone jars symbolize in Jewish purification • How this miracle points to the greater story of redemption and Jesus' ultimate “hour” • What it means for us to see the glory behind the sign You'll also hear behind-the-scenes highlights from VBS week, inspiring stories of students stepping up to serve, and how the church reflects the heart of Christ in both big and small ways. Key Verse: John 2:11 – “This, the first of his signs, Jesus did at Cana in Galilee, and manifested his glory. And his disciples believed in him.”Whether you're a Bible teacher, small group leader, or someone wanting to follow Jesus more faithfully, this episode will help you grow in awe of Christ's presence and power. The glory of Jesus is revealed at the wedding in Cana. He turns water into wine, not just to help the couple, but to reveal His identity. If you want to know who He is, listen and find out.
Why would Jesus choose to reveal His Glory at a wedding? Why is the Gospel of John the only writer to document Jesus' first sign/miracle? More importantly, why would “Water to Wine” be the first of His signs as He prepared for His journey to the Cross? What significance did this sign play for those at the wedding? Why does this sign matter to us today?

Wild week for a market that's supposed to be boring and go unnoticed. For the second straight month, heavy buying in bills right ahead of the payroll report. Except, in this case, buyers went utterly crazy for the 8-week bill in one of the most incredible bill auctions. But what is all this mess about? Yen, securities lending, and recession. Another recession warning and this one is related to brewing problems with unemployment. The September payroll report has put mainstream focus back on a soft- or no-landing scenario, but we've been there before not long ago. Meanwhile, apart from the unreliable payroll figure everything else continues to point to bigger trouble, including Americans who have stopped using their credit cards. When I am looking for subject matter for a new Podcast, many times I will go with what the main or top story in the news happens to be if it has some relation on Bible prophecy. This morning, while looking for material, I at first was a tad flummoxed when, despite all the headlines, I was finding no singular compelling story to talk about. It was then the Lord showed me it was staring me in the face the whole time. Deception, the first sign of the end times, and it is coming at us from every angle on every front. On this episode of the NTEB Prophecy News Podcast, we find ourselves in a time where everyone seems to be lying to us all the time, it is truly a 'marvellous thing' as your King James Bible says. We were lied to about the COVID virus, about the lockdown, about the mRNA vaccine, about the death count, and are now being lied to about the state of our nation, about the lies being force-fed to our kids in school, it is all lies all the time with no end in sight. A spirit of anger and hostility pervades our land, and upon further inspection through the Bible, we see that it is the spirit of Antichrist that is now present amongst us. Jesus says the Devil is the 'father of lies' in John 8:44, and since Antichrist is about to come on the scene, we are awash in lies, deception and deceit. On this episode, you will hear in their own words just how bad things really are, and just how close we are to Flight #777 taking off. **PLEASE NOTE** As it is Camp Meeting Weekend, the Podcast will begin today starting at 11:45 AM EST.

Today, I'm going to share 22 signs of a magnesium deficiency. Sixty percent of magnesium is in the bone, 20% is in the muscle, 19% is in the soft tissue, and 1% is in the blood. Magnesium deficiency is the most overlooked deficiency because it cannot be detected by a blood test. The top causes of magnesium deficiency include: • Consumption of sugar and refined carbs • Alcohol consumption • Cirrhosis of the liver • NPK fertilizer leads to crops that are low in magnesium • Malabsorption from gut inflammation • Diuretics • PPIs • Gastric bypass surgery • Low vitamin D • Inflammation Diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis, osteoporosis, and cardiovascular disease are all associated with low magnesium. The best sources of magnesium are leafy greens, almonds, and dark chocolate, but some of these foods contain oxalates. Oxalates block the absorption of magnesium. Meat, cheese, and shellfish contain magnesium and do not contain oxalates. Here are 22 surprising signs of magnesium deficiency: • Anxiety • Insomnia • Depression • Migraines • Restless leg syndrome • Muscle cramps • Fatigue • Tourette's syndrome • Oxidative cholesterol • High homocysteine levels • High blood pressure • Calcification of the arteries • Arrhythmias • Stroke • Metabolic syndrome • Polycystic ovarian syndrome • Kidney stones • Higher levels of calcium in the blood • Inflammation • Nystagmus • Asthma Neuromuscular excitability, or tetany, is the number 1 earliest sign of a magnesium deficiency. Tetany is a twitching of the muscles, often affecting the left eye. Magnesium is required for proper nerve function. When you're deficient, the nerves become more excited, leading to faster nerve impulses.

Today, I want to cover the first sign of magnesium deficiency. Many people don't get enough magnesium from their diet, not to mention other factors that deplete magnesium. Magnesium is a cofactor involved in 350 enzymes. A cofactor is something that is required by an enzyme to work. Symptoms of magnesium deficiency: • Cramping • Twitching • Arrhythmia • Osteoporosis • Osteomalacia • Insulin resistance • Insomnia • High cortisol • Depression However, the number one symptom of magnesium deficiency is fatigue. The top cause of low magnesium is not consuming enough magnesium in the diet. Foods rich in magnesium are vegetables and leafy greens. Consuming large salads is a great way to get the magnesium you need. But you can also take a magnesium supplement. If you do take a supplement, consider magnesium glycinate. Other causes of magnesium deficiency: 1. Refined foods 2. Fructose 3. Alcohol 4. Certain medications
Today, we're going to talk about the most common symptom of gallstones and natural remedies for gallstones. It turns out that the most common symptom of gallstones is having no symptoms at all. 80% of people with gallstones don't experience any symptoms until the situation worsens. Other symptoms of gallstones or a gallbladder problem: • Pain or tightness under the right ribcage • Pain under the right rhomboid • Pain in the neck that runs up the side of the face • Nausea • Vomiting • Bloating • Belching • Jaundice • Dark urine • Pale stool Gallstones can form when a person has high cholesterol and a lack of bile. Bile helps thin and eliminate cholesterol. A deficiency of bile is the real problem. The gallbladder is an important organ that helps you store and concentrate bile and absorb fat-soluble nutrients. Bile sludge is a common problem that can also cause pain, even when there aren't any stones. Bile sludge can occur at different times but can be a complication after having your gallbladder removed, causing some of the same symptoms that lead you to have surgery. Risk factors for getting gallstones: • Pregnancy • Birth control pills • Obesity • Type-2 diabetes • Liver disease • Constipation • Low folate • Taking PPIs • Consuming a high-carb diet • Consuming a low-fat diet Natural ways to help get rid of gallstones: 1. Take purified bile salts and probiotics 2. Consume salad 3. Use acupressure 4. Decrease your insulin (do intermittent fasting and go on the keto diet)
