Italian record label Pregnant Void, run by Simone Gatto, welcomes back fellow Italian producer and DJ Cleptophonic for his second LP, 'Segreti di Un Viaggiatore.' As in the previous LP, he shows his mastery of the collage technique - both in sound and images - to create an experimental electronic, ambient, and trip-hop album with a singular sound that puts together pieces of life. The fourteen-track album closes with a beautiful track, 'Who Do You Love,' which we are premiering today. "Who Do You Love" is a standout composition, with its trip-hop beat and captivating piano melody perfectly complementing the melancholic and reflective tone of the track. The track is an instant earworm that will stick with you long after you've finished listening. Throughout the last year, everyone, yes everyone has been through a series of personal highs, and lows. How each of us has dealt with that emotional roller coaster differs. With that being said, a common theme has arisen. One that is a general appreciation of what we had before, and the stark absence of, was a truly humbling experience. For many in the musical realm, their focus turned inwards, drawing upon the inspirations that started them on the path that they're so far along today. Across the spectrum of music, there was a proliferation of non-club-focused music, the in-between, the esoteric, the experimental sounds. Today we're happy to premiere Imaginary Landscape from Simone Gatto's fourth full length album, titled Mindful Life. Throughout, Gatto focuses on the relationship between music and awareness, a connection that lends towards storytelling, and one that we love at Delayed. Imaginary Landscapes sits towards the end of the release, and acts as a sublime segue into the ending of the album. A taste if you will, of what is to come. The tempo slows, the textures appear, life seems to come to a crawl. All of this, packed to the brim with warm pads and a sense of serenity. What more is there to ask for? Imaginary Landscapes, and in turn Mindful Life will be released late June on Pregnant Void. Southern italian artist Simone Gatto ( owner of Out-Electronic Recordings / Out-ER ) versatile dj and composer, is an eclectic electronic music activist, specialized in music therapy, who finds into music a dynamic source of emotions, reminds and energy. Simone’s first contact with music was early in 2004 and since then, he’s been known for globe-trotting around the world to perform quality house and techno shows and managing his own label Out Electronic Recordings with his partner Andrea Santoro, releasing music from relevant house and techno artists like The Analogue Cops, Regen, Christopher Rau, Efdemin, Orlando Voorn, LaChriz, Conforce, Fabrizio Lapiana and many others. Simone has performed in clubs like :// about blank, Griessmuehle, Suicide Club OHM ( Berlin ), Output ( NYC ), Tempio del Futuro Perduto ( Milan ), Le Rouge Pigalle ( Paris ), Paradiso Noord ( Amsterdam ), showcasing a singular aesthetics united with a solid selection criterion. As a producer, he released his own works mostly on OUT-ER plus a restricted number of realities like Orlando Voorn’s Night Vision, Subwax BCN’s sub label Vosnos and Safari Electronique from Arnaud Le Texier, Souvenir Music and Sheik’N’Beik Records. The variety of experiences and musical stimuli has brought Gatto to research the music potential together with the Italian University San Raffaele on an ever-increasing scientific and emotional scale. The results have led to the organization of several seminars and workshops, organized throught Out Electronic Recordings and happening in between Italy, Germany and Holland, in which artists and music industry experts examine the relationship between sounds and emotions. The tangible findings and collected depositions will be put out on a book to be published in late 2017, where the personal path of the artist and the musical context he’s studied and lived, will be offered to the world of music enthusiasts. Simone’s world may serene, deep and sensitive at the same time – but it’s always been an intense place to enjoy. Berlin-based label @Suburban-Avenue releases a V/A compilation featuring 21 unreleased tracks for example from Drafted, Simone Gatto, Cyspe, Tripeo, Kwartz, Leiras and Pär Grindvik. Monument premieres track "Unreleased #1" by @TheGodsPlanet, a duo consisting of two Italian pioneers of hypnotic techno, @ClaudioPRC and @Ness. The Resistance Vol. II is out in digital format on September 23rd.

The Turin-based producer Astronomy Domine's label OVUNQVE releases a compilation of 23 ambient, deep, dubby and hypnotic tracks. The Deepwater Compilation Vol. 3 includes tracks for example from Yuka, Shaded Explorer, Fabrizio Lapiana and Simone Gatto, and Monument is happy to preview exclusively Italian duo Primal Code's track Is Azure Down There. The Deepwater Compilation Vol. 3 releases in digital format on 30th of April 2018.

Simone Gatto is a versatile artist from Salento, South of Italy, who has been playing from jazz to houseand techno for over ten years and producing melodic dance music since 2008. Gatto is the owner of @out electronic recordings - record label which has been releasing smooth, refined ambient, house and techno music from valuable national and international artists as Orlando Voorn, Juan Atkins, Efdemin, Christopher Rau, The Analogue Cops, Fabrizio Lapiana and many others. This mix was recorded live at OHM, the younger brother club of Tresor, during the release party held last November 2015 with Buck, Aubrey, Marieu and Limo. With his debut album coming soon, 'Detachment', Gatto aims to to represent, through an audio-visual experience, the path of life, the flow of time and the emotions occurring in human beings from birth to death - each track represents a way to relive, assimilate and react to the events and memories of the past, in order to reach a stage of happiness and awareness, obtainable exclusively in places that are meaningful and in the company of people who are dear to us. The album was filmed by the29nov films and it is out on mid February 2016 via American label Sheik'n'Beik.
