Episode Notes After a brief hiatus it's time for another informal and chatty episode this week with Dr John Richmond. We were all psyched up for the Lakeland Trails 18K Cartmel Challenge Race but the weather chipped in to rain on the plans. We still had a great day, despite the efforts of Storm Gareth (a name which seems more sinister for its complete normality) and we reflect on how it went as we slogged through 10K of mud and water, some thoughts on over-training and under-resting, and our plans for the next few months.  Links Lakeland Trails website Podcast Promotion I've moved away from most social media but I realise it is still an important part of many people's lives. If you want to share an episode or more on Twitter, Facebook etc then I'd be thrilled. Even better, why not mention it to a colleague, friend, or family when you next speak to them. In fact, why not give them a call and meet up anyway? All the evidence suggests you'll be healthier and benefit. And, if you can and it's relevant, thanks for mentioning the podcast to them.  If you got something out of this episode then please mosey on over to Apple Podcasts and kindly leave a rating, a review and you can subscribe there too! We battle against Storm Gareth to bring you episode 11. Discussing your small goals (more of those please), and Sweetie's childhood discovery of the new sport of finish tape hurdling. A wave to our international listeners in the US, Spain, Australia and (for 200 yards at a time) in Ireland / Northern Ireland. There's some insights into the Fetch Stickerbook (https://www.fetcheveryone.com/stickers.php) , some good news for Suunto users (https://www.fetcheveryone.com/suunto), and we pick out our favourite thread and blog for the week. We put our feet up and listen to Sam Jelfs tackling the 262km Legends Trail, then a different perspective from Raemond, who was volunteering at the same event. We finish with our final six nations round up :-) and wonder what on earth we're going to talk about now that it's all done. Please leave us an iTunes review (thanks to um and Elsie Too for leaving their reviews last week) - it really helps boost our standings in a busy podcast environment. And don't forget to leave your comments, questions etc at https://www.fetcheveryone.com/podcastSupport the show (https://www.fetcheveryone.com/invite.php)

This week Tim is very hairy, he’s had a night in A&E and he’s been to the zoo; we batten down the hatches and prepare for Storm Gareth and Rob announces that we’re celebrating our first podcast anniversary! We have some movies theories that fans have concocted online about ‘Ferris Bueller’s Day Off’ and ‘Back To The Future’ whilst Rob is getting dragged in to the ‘Fortnite’ craze and asks if buying things makes your character harder to kill? In the news we talk of a gentleman in Russia who has a knife in his back but is desperate for a cigarette, a sex oasis on a real estate listing and a foul mouthed police constable in Wales. Our movie choice this week is another John Hughes classic ‘Planes, Trains and Automobiles’ including clips, facts and the original movie trailer and just before that Rob brings this weeks 'Beat The Intro Quiz' and wings it with the answers (yeah, forget to write them down, sorry).
