THE NEW SEASON IS FINALLY UPON US! We were both working today so we sat down at the office after the games had concluded to do a quick recap of the action today. Enjoy!

As we approach the ten year anniversary of the Lokomotiv Yaroslavl plane crash we start the episode with a look back on the victims and how it affected the hockey world. We also recap the first round of CHL action, talk about pre season games and touch on a few non SHL moments over the past couple of weeks

The pre season is underway and we'e less than a month from puck drop on the regular season! We discuss the pre season action so far, touch on player acquisitions and departures and do some predictions for the season to come

The situation in Brynäs is not looking bright as they still have yet to appoint a new Sports Director. Växjö, Timrå and Linköping all add new players to their roster.

Lots of player movement to update you guys on, Linköping signs a big name between the pipes, Malmö inks an NHL veteran and much more! We also discuss an interesting idea by Sixten about a potential fifth referee.

Lots of player signings and movement this week. We also talk about the NHL playoffs, primarily the Habs/Jets series and also touch on the lottery draft that happened last night... All while Sixten enjoys the lovely sounds of his neighbours drill into the concrete wall behind him!

Rögles first year forward Adam Tambellini joins David for a chat about his time in North American leagues, his time in Sweden, and Rögles success and team culture. We also touch on the ongoing scheduling situation, recap Tuesday nights games and talk about the struggles of the OHL trying to get back on the ice.

With just two games played since our last episode we focus in on the key races as the push to the playoffs continues. Malmös success and the bottom 5 race is heavily focused on. We touch on the race for top spot and the middle of the pack push for a top 6 finish. We also have a chat about the NHL and David rants about the Canucks... again
