The reality of Expectations.We set expectations and hire below expectations and wonder why we are a revolving door and under performing.Set the expectation and raise everyone to it. If you provide the tools, training and leadership and they don't meet it then its time to cut it. As a leader it is all your fault. Its your fault if they fail, succeed or keep them too long when they aren't a good fit.
We have bad days. We have been where we just want to kick some ass in our departments. Yesterday was a struggle but my advice to myself and others is to keep pushing forward.

Sometimes without ever noticing it at first negative people with start to get to you. The toxic environment will start to eat at you and then they win. This is tough and we all go through this. This is how I deal with it.
