Stefan spricht von Bereicherung und davon, dass dieselben Akteure die Bedrohungsdebatte vorantrieben; Wolfgang verweist auf Abgeordnete aus Rüstungs-Wahlkreisen. Im zweiten Teil spielt Wolfgang Clips von Ursula von der Leyen bei der Ukraine Recovery Conference in Danzig ein, in denen sie die ukrainische Drohnenproduktion, den Ukraine-Support-Loan und eine tiefere Integration der Verteidigungsindustrie lobt; Wolfgang stellt dem die These einer Verbilligung des Krieges gegenüber und kritisiert, dass ukrainische Männer im wehrfähigen Alter durch eine Absprache mit Selenskyj nicht mehr unter die Massenzustromrichtlinie fielen. Rentenpakt oder Täuschungsmanöver – Das wahre Gesicht der neuen ReformpläneJahrzehntelange Versäumnisse werden nicht aufgearbeitet, stattdessen wachsen die Forderungen an die Beitragszahler. Die Lasten sollen auf kommende Generationen verteilt werden.Ein Kommentar von Janine Beicht.Am 23. Juni 2026 übergab die Rentenkommission unter Vorsitz von Frank-Jürgen Weise und Constanze Janda ihren Bericht mit exakt 33 Empfehlungen an Bundeskanzler Friedrich Merz und Bundesarbeitsministerin Bärbel Bas im Kanzleramt. Merz und Bas nahmen das Paket mit sichtbarer Zufriedenheit entgegen und kündigten an, es zügig und unzerpflückt umzusetzen (1). Die Kommission hatte ein halbes Jahr beraten. Das Ergebnis ist kein großer Wurf zur Stabilisierung der Rente für die heutigen Beitragszahler, sondern ein umfassendes Programm aus höheren Abgaben, späterem Renteneintritt und neuen Zwangselementen, das die Bürger noch stärker belastet und die Verantwortung für jahrzehntelange politische Fehlentscheidungen auf die nächste Generation abwälzt.Friedrich Merz erklärte auf der Pressekonferenz unumwunden (2):„Die Kommission hat ein ausgewogenes Paket mit insgesamt 33 Einzelmaßnahmen vorgeschlagen.“Diese Formulierung verschleiert, dass das sogenannte stimmige Paket vor allem aus Belastungen für Arbeitnehmer, Selbstständige und Unternehmen besteht. Die aktuellen Probleme der Rente, zu wenige Beitragszahler durch wirtschaftlichen Niedergang, hohe Abwanderung qualifizierter Kräfte und sinkende Lohnsummen, werden konsequent ignoriert. Stattdessen richtet sich der Blick auf mittel- und langfristige Entwicklungen, für die Merz und Bas später keine Verantwortung mehr tragen müssen.Das Kernstück: Höhere Beiträge und eine neue Zwangskapitalsäule Die Kommission empfiehlt als politische Zielgröße eine Nettoersatzquote von mindestens 70 Prozent nach Steuern. (3) Derzeit liegt die tatsächliche Nettoersatzquote bei etwa 48 Prozent. Um das Ziel zu erreichen, soll eine verpflichtende kapitalmarktgedeckte Zusatzrente nach schwedischem Vorbild eingeführt werden. Arbeitnehmer und Arbeitgeber sollen nach stufenweiser Einführung jeweils ein Prozent des Bruttolohns zusätzlich einzahlen. Die Gelder fließen in einen staatlich gelenkten Fonds. Bis Erträge fließen, soll ein staatlicher Steuerzuschuss das Rentenniveau künftiger Generationen über dem heutigen Wert halten. Die Kommission legt damit ein Maßnahmenpaket vor, das tief in das bestehende Rentensystem eingreift und neue finanzielle Verpflichtungen für Arbeitnehmer, Arbeitgeber und Steuerzahler schafft. Für Bärbel Bas steht hingegen weniger die Diskussion einzelner Maßnahmen als die Zustimmung zum Gesamtpaket im Vordergrund (2):„Aber es ist so: Es gibt jetzt kein Rosinenpicken, sondern das ist ein Gesamtkunstwerk, wie ich bereits gesagt habe. Ich betrachte das auch so, weil alles ineinandergreift und man jetzt nicht das eine oder andere weglassen kann, sondern es ist schon so, dass man jetzt den Mut aufbringen muss, das in der Gesamtheit auch umsetzen zu wollen oder es nicht zu wollen.
