The COVID-19 pandemic has forced many of us into isolation, a state that can be difficult to navigate emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. However, for some individuals, this time of solitude has provided a unique opportunity for deep introspection and a renewed connection with their spiritual beliefs and practices. In this context, spirituality can be a source of comfort, hope, and meaning in the midst of isolation. This is particularly relevant as many individuals are grappling with questions about the purpose of their lives and their place in the world. In this discussion, we will explore the ways in which isolation and spirituality intersect, and how individuals can use their spiritual practices to cope with the challenges of being alone.
How much blame can you give yourself for not following through to what you didn't do, what has happened to you or how you ended up where you are? It takes a lot of self reflection and acknowledgment to say to yourself, "You know what I'm gonna take the L and move differently". Most of the time it's that very phrase that will get you moving towards your next course of action which is change. Let's change the way we look at things and shift our perspectives to better the relationship we have with ourselves and others. Make sure to check my website out at www.BarzSaidSo.com
Long over due. I know I know I said I was going to post this three months ago but, I've really been just taking my time with this. Communication is something not lightly to discuss and I've found myself having my throat chakra misaligned because I needed to have certain conversations with myself and with other folks. There are people probably waiting on me right now to reach out to them and speak my peace but, I just haven't gotten there yet mentally. Some conversations are harder to have than others but through it all I want people to learn from this and start expressing more. A huge part as to why I decided not to speak is to also protect my peace and mental health. I like to do things on my time especially when it's energy that I am rounding up to give freely to the world.
Divine feminine energy to me is when you realize that you have the power to move forward even when the odds seem like they're against you. With compassion, love, kindness, nurturing, and love you can still have demands, be assertive, disciple, and bossy. You do not have to submit to being one way to accommodate any one on your life journey and if you lose people along the way by bettering yourself and awakening your true spirit then those people were never your people, and that is okay. www.BarzSaidSo.com

Owning your thoughts, sexuality, preferences, and ideas that's what a woman embodies to me. Someone who I think has set the iconic tone in the music industry is The one and only Nicki Minaj. A lot will have many opinions and try to be little her success due to personal life choices, but I think that after achieving the highs in her career, fuck it. Many would wish to have her accolades. I'm glad she's laying low keeping it cute and mute while her little bundle of joy bakes while STILL killing shit. www.BarzSaidSo.com
Long overdue episode. This episode was record in 2019 and some in 2020 and I figured why not release pre- and post of what my thoughts have been over both years, how I remain calm and allow the tides to flow. It's all about perspective. I hope that during these tough times in our lives we find the space to be grateful. This episode is talking about songs I handed picked to represent a reason to push thru, move on, and keep walking forward. There will be no turing back ya'll. What was the last album you played while setting the mood? Do people still play music to set the mood or is it still Netflix background noise? I think that's wack, if you don't put on some tunes for your partner while things are getting hot and heavy. Set the mood and take your time while you're enjoying each other's company. These are some of the songs that I put together for ya' to get into some things! Check it out on BarzSaidSo.com!
