Rob is an Ex Millitary Serviceman who's served in Iraq and Afghanistan and was the youngest person at the time to be serving in Iraq at just 18 years of age. His story began with me when his PTSD and anxiety began resurfacing again... something he thought he left behind him since his military service. He took a dark parth of alcohol and partying to numb the pain of his past, but it only kept getting worse as other areas of his life took the toll. In this episode he shares his story, how we navigated through it and came out the other end as a more authentic, self loving version of himself.

She has been guided by me for the last 6 months and shares where she started from feeling lost, anxious, not living life as 'herself' and confused.
