She details the concept of yin and yang, explaining how imbalances manifest physically and emotionally, providing examples like dry, cracked tongues (yin deficiency) and fat, wet tongues (spleen deficiency). The interview explores the importance of Qi (vital energy), its flow through meridians, and how stagnation leads to various health problems. Dr. Kim emphasizes the three M's: medicine, movement (like Qigong), and meditation (mindset), highlighting the crucial role of self-awareness and self-regulation in maintaining balance and preventing burnout. #chinesemedicine #naturalmedicine #healing ==== Dr. Jenelle Kim IG: @drjenellemkim ==== Thank You To Our Sponsors! Fill out the form HERE! - Embracing a Wholehearted Life: Insights from Pastor Kevin In a world filled with uncertainty and chaos, the quest for meaning and purpose can often seem like an uphill battle. In the latest episode of The Erik Allen Show, I had the privilege of sitting down with Pastor Kevin, a husband, father, and the lead pastor of The Cause Church in Massachusetts. He shared his incredible journey of faith, the challenges he faced, and the profound lessons he learned along the way. His upcoming devotional book, Wholehearted, set to release just before Easter, serves as a beacon of hope for those seeking to deepen their relationship with God. The Foundation of a Faith Journey Pastor Kevin's journey began in Barnstable, Massachusetts, where his family was among the first Brazilian immigrants in the area. Growing up in a small community, he experienced a childhood filled with love and challenges. However, his path to faith wasn't marked by a dramatic conversion story; instead, it was a gradual unfolding of understanding who Jesus really was. Kevin described his early life in the church, where he played drums and sang in worship. He initially aspired to be a physicist until a pivotal moment in high school redirected his focus towards music and ministry. His journey took him to Kentucky, where he sought to establish himself within a community of faith. It was in this season of searching and striving that he encountered grace in a profound way. The Moment of Surrender Many people have a defining moment that leads them to surrender their lives to Jesus. For Pastor Kevin, this moment came when he realized that he had been relying on his works and achievements to feel accepted by God. It was a burnout season—a time when he felt overwhelmed by the demands of ministry. After a heartfelt conversation with his wife, he decided to seek a church that would allow him to be rooted and planted rather than merely searching for a job. This journey of surrender led him to a church that opened his eyes to the concept of grace—the understanding that he didn't have to earn God's love. This revelation sparked a transformative journey, igniting his passion for ministry and a desire to share that same grace with others in his community. Maintaining Balance in a Busy Life As a pastor, husband, and father, Pastor Kevin wears many hats. The demands of ministry can often overshadow personal and family time. However, he shared valuable insights on how he maintains a healthy family life amidst these responsibilities. Setting Boundaries for Freedom

Episode #103 - In this enlightening episode of the Awakened Heart Podcast, I'm joined by the inspiring Dawn DelVecchio, a Priestess with over 38 years of devotion to the awakening of the Divine Feminine within humanity. Dawn has dedicated her life to spiritual service, offering retreats, online courses, deep-dive Soul Astrology sessions, and a host of free resources to support those seeking to embody love and light. She is the host of the renowned Return of the Priestess annual summit, the lineage bearer of the MotherSpirit Priestess line, and the author of the Amazon #1 bestseller Spirit, Mind & Money, written for women in business. In our conversation, Dawn and I dive into the journey of the Priestess, the return of the Divine Mother, and how embracing feminine energy is more important than ever in today's world. We explore the challenges of navigating the 3D world, the balance required during these turbulent times, and the ongoing Great Awakening. Dawn shares profound insights from her spiritual journey, offering guidance on cultivating compassion and rising above the chaos to serve with love and light. This is a conversation filled with wisdom, heart, and inspiration— perfect for anyone seeking a deeper understanding of the transformative power of the Divine Feminine. Takeaways Dawn's journey into priestesshood began with a home birth in 1984. The Divine Mother Ray represents the nurturing aspect of God awakening within us. Compassion is essential in recognizing the hijacking of consciousness. We must discern what is in our lane and what is not. Our frequency influences the collective consciousness and reality. The ascension process involves clearing old systems that do not serve life. Finding balance in turbulent times requires going vertical and connecting with the divine. The Great Awakening is a shift towards unity and higher consciousness on Earth. Spiritual practices help us rise above the chaos of the 3D world. Living with an awakened heart means accepting others exactly where they are. Sound Bites "The Divine Mother Ray is awakening within us." "Your frequency matters." "We lift as we rise." In this episode of the Do Epic Shit Today Podcast, I reflect on two crucial components I learned in 2024: maintaining balance and navigating perspective. Personally, 2024 was one of the best years of my life, but it was also one of the hardest. After taking a couple of weeks off from rigorous training, I realized how my commitment to accomplishing a goal had become an obsession—one that no longer brought me the joy it once did. I had thrown myself so deeply into my goals that I lost myself in the process.By applying some personal "gauges" to my life and practicing gratitude, I've been able to find balance between my passions—running, podcasting, and other pursuits. My hope is to share some of my "growth opportunities" from 2024, as they may help others tackle their goals in a more sustainable manner. This episode is for anyone who feels stuck in a rut, has lost their spark, or needs reassurance that they are worth living a life they enjoy!Support the showSave 10% on Do Epic Shit Today Merch Discount Code: TALLISH10https://www.tallishx.com/

Welcome to the Beastlands, where the trees judge you, the clouds gossip, and there's a god who's just really into dinosaurs. In this week's episode of the RPGBOT.Podcast, we're diving headfirst into D&D's most feral vacation spot. We're talking everything from Beast Transformations (ever wonder what it's like to be your party's emotional support bear?) to power creep (aka: why your Fighter feels like a caveman next to the new classes). Ready to explore the Hunter's Paradise? Pack your polymorph spells and an extra can of bear spray—you're gonna need it. Summary Step into the wild and mysterious Beastlands, D&D's very own nature paradise with a twist! In this episode, the RPGBOT hosts explore one of the Outer Planes that isn't just green and beautiful—it's alive, it's hungry, and it might be slightly annoyed you're visiting. Our hosts begin with the Beastlands' unique layout, from lush forests and stunning landscapes that seem to be lifted straight out of a nature documentary to creatures you'd want to admire from way over there. They break down the gameplay impact of this vibrant world, where players might just find themselves turning into animals (ever seen a cleric turn into a duck? It's spiritual). They also dive into the 2014 Dungeon Master's Guide's Beastlands-specific rules, like the Hunter's Paradise and Beast Transformation. What does it mean for gameplay when players can tap into primal powers or even become their inner beasts? The hosts examine how these mechanics affect player strategy, survival, and the hilarious chaos that follows when everyone's suddenly sporting fur or feathers. As if that weren't enough, they get into the lore behind the inhabitants, including the Mortai—talking clouds with mysterious agendas—and Uptow, the dinosaur god who had a hand in creating Chult (because why not dinosaurs?). They go beyond just monsters, touching on the divine themes and wild escapism the Beastlands offer for players who are looking to connect with their inner animal (or just pet one). With plenty of laughs, some cheeky commentary on power creep, and a thorough look at balancing out a plane where nature and magic collide, this episode is your ticket to the Beastlands. Buckle up, roll your dice, and get ready for a chaotic adventure where even the plants might be rooting for you… or maybe just trying to eat you.
