Other key points - we need school systems that adapt to kids rather than kids adjusting to the school system. Preparation - there is utility in practice (hard skills, soft skills, emotional intelligence, power skills etc) 3. Experiences - experiences are indicative of trajectory 4. Connections - your circles are critical 5.
