Senior Curator of History, Dr. Karen Logan, sat down in conversation with Belfast-born mural photographer Bill Rolston. Bill spoke about his work, his relationships with muralists in Northern Ireland and his exhibition 'Drawing Support: Murals, Memory and Identity'. Senior Curator of Art Anne Stewart sat down with Guest Curator Kenneth McConkey to explore the fascinating story of Sir John Lavery's life, art, and his place in art history. Sir John Lavery was an internationally renowned Belfast-born painter. 'Lavery On Location' is, in many ways, a homecoming. The exhibition includes over 70 works, many from private collections, and offers a rare opportunity to dive into Lavery's life and travels, from his education in France to his ascension as a world-class portraitist.

Al describes what it’s like to ride a 70ft wall of water and how his time in the sea has impacted other areas of his life.
