Buy These 2024 Players Instead of Spending Picks on 2026 Rookies Jagger May and Andrew Mott break down why dynasty managers should target undervalued vet players instead of chasing 2026 rookies. With the 2026 class lacking depth, buying low on players offers better value for contending teams looking to maximize their rosters. Marvin Harrison Jr. tops the buy list after a disappointing rookie season hampered by injuries and poor offensive coordination. With Drew Petzing gone and a potential offensive overhaul in Arizona, Harrison could be acquired for a fourth or fifth round startup pick. Brian Thomas Jr., Rome Odunze, and Ladd McConkey all offer bounce back potential, with McConkey especially appealing after Greg Roman's firing in Los Angeles opens up the passing game. Zay Flowers quietly delivered consistency despite limited touchdown equity, while Woody Marks presents running back value despite a struggling Texans offense. The hosts even highlight veteran quarterback Jared Goff and breakout tight end Kyle Pitts as targets now that Kevin Stefanski is coaching the Falcons. Start Using the Film Room Today! Rich Dotson and Matt O'Hara dive into third year players poised for fantasy football success or decline in 2026. With the Chargers firing Greg Roman and committing to protect Justin Herbert, Ladd McConkey emerges as a prime bounce back candidate after finishing as wide receiver 23 in 2025. The hosts debate whether McConkey can return to his rookie form when he posted 82 catches and 1,149 yards. Ben Sinnott gets the spotlight as a potential third year breakout with Zach Ertz likely gone from Washington. Sinnott outperformed John Bates in routes run and air yards when Ertz went down, making him a worthy third round pick gamble. On the breakdown side, Xavier Worthy and Trey Benson face uphill battles with unclear roles and injury concerns limiting their dynasty value heading into year three. Start Using the Film Room Today! In Episode #332 of My Favorite Mistake, Mark Graban talks with Dr. Josh McConkey — emergency physician, Air Force Reserve Commander, combat-deployed medevac leader, and Pulitzer Prize–nominated author. Known as the “MacGyver Doc,” Josh has spent his career solving problems in high-pressure environments where you rarely get a second chance. Episode page with links, video, transcript, and more Josh shares the most painful mistake of his professional life: entering a business partnership without doing the proper due diligence. What followed was a cascade of red flags — Medicare violations, skimming, financial misconduct, and even a $3.4 million bribe offer he refused. The ordeal ultimately cost him nearly $5 million and forced him to rebuild his career and life with integrity front and center. In our discussion, Josh explains how this experience reshaped his understanding of leadership, accountability, and courage — especially in systems where incentives can push good people toward dangerous choices. He also reflects on two decades in emergency medicine, including the structural failures that helped fuel the opioid crisis and the pressures physicians faced to prescribe narcotics. Josh shares why he wrote Be the Weight Behind the Spear and his new children's leadership book The Heart of a Leader, and why he believes character development must start far earlier than most of us realize. We close with his decision to run for Lieutenant Governor of North Carolina in 2028 — a move grounded in service, accountability, and a desire to strengthen public leadership. This episode explores integrity, systemic failure, resilience, and the lessons we carry forward after a mistake that changes everything.

Dr. Josh McConkey has lived through what most people only read about—combat zones, life-or-death medicine, and a financial betrayal that would have ended most careers. In this conversation, we trace the hidden through-line behind it all: the mindset that survives the unthinkable and still chooses purpose over collapse. What emerged from that journey isn't a comeback story—it's a blueprint for what real resilience actually looks like.⬇️The 3-Day 180 Retreat (Feb 26, 2026)https://www.nicolefrolick.com/3-day-180-retreat⬇️The Unf*ckable YES 11-11 Transmissionhttps://www.nicolefrolick.com/unfckable-yes-p⬇️Work With Nicole 1:1https://www.nicolefrolick.com/work-with-nicole⬇️Healing Game Changerhttps://www.nicolefrolick.com/healing-breakthroughJosh McConkeyWebsite: www.weightbehindthespear.comInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/joshmcconkeymd/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/joshua.mcconkeySUBSCRIBE & FOLLOWIf you're enjoying the show, please subscribe to iTunes and leave me a 5 star review! Hour 1 Hour 1 of https://RushToReason.com kicks off with fiery debate and unapologetic truth. John Rush and Andy Peth welcome back America's Money Answer Man, Jordan Goodman, to unpack the chaos of a government shutdown, its ripple effects on the economy, and what it reveals about America's growing dependence on government aid. Will the shutdown be a wake-up call—or just another chapter in Washington's spending spree? As federal workers await back pay and air travel across the nation melts down, the conversation turns sharp: Should millions of Americans on SNAP benefits be expected to work? Is “something for nothing” destroying the nation's work ethic? With strong opinions, real-world economics, and no political sugarcoating, this hour delivers a bold challenge to how America views responsibility, resilience, and reward. HOUR 2 Hour 2 of Rush to Reason dives deep into one of today's most heated political divides—America's stance on Israel. Andy Peth and John Rush challenge the growing anti-Israel sentiment within conservative circles, exposing what they call false narratives driven by media voices like Tucker Carlson. Is support for Israel really a betrayal of “America First,” or is that a dangerous distortion of the truth? Andy dismantles common misconceptions—arguing that his backing of Israel isn't rooted in religion but in strategy, principle, and reality. Together, he and John confront claims of “genocide,” clarify biblical context, and defend Israel's right to survive against enemies who target civilians. As they call out hypocrisy and misplaced outrage, one question looms: has America forgotten who its true allies are? HOUR 3 Hour 3 opens with a Veterans Day salute that turns into a robust, personal conversation with Dr. Josh McConkey (https://www.joshmcconkey.com) —a North Carolina lieutenant governor candidate, combat veteran, emergency physician with over two decades of experience, and author of the Pulitzer-nominated Be the Weight Behind the Spear. What happens when the people who carried the weight of war come home to a VA bureaucracy that treats them like numbers? McConkey spotlights the unseen “weight behind the spear”—families, coaches, teachers, and communities—and shows how their sacrifices sharpen every mission's tip. From IED injuries tragically dismissed as “depression” to a “COVID generation” struggling with lost resilience and leadership, John and Andy challenge listeners on how to take action. Hour 3 of Rush to Reason shifts from honoring veterans to confronting political reality with unfiltered honesty. John Rush and Andy Peth dissect the GOP's crushing losses, asking whether it was a “blue state sweep” or a failure to communicate. From affordability to local elections, they reveal how poor messaging—not policy—cost conservatives dearly. As Andy highlights party infighting and John rejects blame-shifting, both warn that unless Republicans reconnect with voters and sharpen their message, 2026 could bring an even bigger reckoning.
