This week we sat with Jay Crawford who knows that "every assistant is a CEO in training". With an impressive resume as a singer and songwriter, Jay had the moment that many artists have and decided that the music business wasn't her friend anymore and walked...well, moved away to Atlanta and found her place in the world working with music executive Ray Daniels as his Executive Assistant.
