Tensions are growing between some Trump administration officials amid the fallout over the handling of the Jeffrey Epstein documents. The Department of Justice announced last week that there's no new evidence to reveal, prompting criticism from some. Sources say FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino didn't show up to work on Friday and was weighing whether to resign after a heated confrontation with U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi. CBS News' Scott MacFarlane reports. As the Americans with Disabilities Act turns 35, CBS News' Lisa Ling speaks with a family navigating unequal access to adoption services and the fight to secure rights many take for granted.Women make up more than half of U.S. drivers, but are 73% more likely to suffer serious injuries in a crash than men, and are 17% more likely to be killed, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. A bipartisan group of women senators are hoping female crash test dummies could help solve the issue. In a statement, the DOT said Secretary Sean Duffy "appreciates Congress' interest in resolving this issue and is committed to accelerating the process to improve safety for all Americans," adding regulators are in the process of testing and evaluating updates to the new test dummies. CBS News senior transportation correspondent Kris Van Cleave reports. As part of "Dear David" month on CBS Mornings, David Begnaud spotlights three powerful stories: Jessica Caldwell, a Texas custodian who earned four degrees while raising four kids; Ian Burke, a mailman who rescued a beloved dog after its owner died; and Jaden Brunz, a former graffiti artist who transformed his second chance into a citywide art project in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. As part of our "Never Too Late" series, Paula Ebben of CBS Boston's WBZ fulfills a lifelong goal by spending the day as a Red Sox ballgirl at historic Fenway Park. Author Daniel Silva joins "CBS Mornings" to talk about his newest novel, a fast-paced international mystery filled with stolen treasure, murder, and secrets inside the Vatican. Ian Burke wanted to join Air Cadets because his father was in the Air Force during the WWII, but his older brother (David Burke) and a couple of neighbours made sure he joined Sea Cadets at RCSCC Malaspina in 1963.  Ian spent a number of summers at HMCS QUADRA as a trainee, Staff Cadet and Staff Officer.  He also attended the Boatswain Course in Esquimalt in 1966 and was part of the travelling Centennial Sea Cadet Guard for Expo 67 the next summer.  Ian later worked for PacReg HQ and CTC Pat Bay before moving to Winnipeg and changing into the light blue Air Force uniform. His favourite memories include being the TWGT O in 1975 the first summer female Sea Cadets showed up to the Q and how so many people he met at Quadra became life long friends and how easy it is to chat with those friends.  Ian retired back to Powell River after a full military career and fondly remembers marching with RCSCC Malaspina for one last Remembrance Day parade.Audio editing done by Todd Mason.More about the Quadra Alumni Podcast: - Join the Quadra Alumni Association at https://www.quadraalumni.com/ - Follow on Twitter at https://twitter.com/QAAPodcast - Follow on Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/q_alumni_podcast/?hl=en Email us at quadraalumnipodcast@gmail.com for any inquiries or requests to be on the Quadra Alumni Podcast

Sunken treasure. 5  - Sorry to throw you on the train. 10 - Once you're in you can pretty much do whatever you want. 15 - I'm still kind of behind the train. 20 - Or as Ochster would say "Een." 25 - I know these words are English but I have no idea what they mean in that order. 30 - Where does the song take me? Hey, this is a pretty good encapsulation of Brian and Dave's approach to recording and mixing. Compress the atom Bomb!

MELTDOWN HEAVY You some punk motherfuckers while you're sitting in your high chairs In your seats that be controlling the world You don't care about the people build your liquor stores and steeples Hold the roughest of the roughest of the pearls The people act as lemmings all distracted and the same is true For all this fucking lying crying blues Distract us from our misery lie to us to keep us busy While you tell us what our thoughts are and our views Manipulated prayed for fellated The dream is a lie and I'm craving a meltdown Lead like a herd mindless retro absurd And the scheme is a pyramid oligarchs abound The rich elite lie to you and they motherfucking use you If you're left well then they make you hate the right And the other way too, punks, it's fucking junk they use the trunks And pack their lies up so they seem like truth and light They keep us all distracted while their riches get impacted By the oligarchal lurching huge machine They twist up information hide the overall stagnation And they make you wonder what it all can mean (chorus) Dave Linantud - guitars and vocals Brian Lutz - bass, engineering, mixing Sharon Santos - drums Ian Burke - mastering

RUST I didn't know that the show would not go back to you I didn't know that the lies that were told would come true I didn't think or even care if it all went down in rust I didn't mind if it did but I guess it wasn't just The consequence was begging For a thing that smelled like true And the operator called up And the financing fell through At least we got it demoed and my wife was sick and everybody cried  Got laid off a couple times but kept on writing, man, because that's what you do Every path of atmospheric musings keeps me coming back to you The plot holes got dismembered I lost my mind a bit We put it on the podcast Because we worked out the apocalypse Spare you all the details Just trying to write some songs I'd like to keep on adding It just takes so goddamned long Let it rust Dave Linantud - quitars, vocals, harmonica Brian Lutz - bass, engineering, mixing Sharon Santos - drums Ian Burke - mastering

ARCTIC WAR I'm in the Arctic War and the Antarctic War The ice is pink and black the sky is brown and grey It's arbitrary, man, who you fight for today It's geographic, man, for that they make you pay For that they make you pay This murder's never stopped since hands picked up a rock It's cities and it's dust it's all downhill from here We blew it when we tried to kick it into gear Philosophy is dead on that we all are clear On that we all are clear FIGHT! The rumblings wake me up with blazing guns and then The sky it opens up and Dawn she blazes fire Through Elvis Presley's face the Czar and Khan retire The mood it lightens up and Dawn douses the fire So Dawn she saved the world Or maybe just my brain Or maybe all of us Or maybe just the pain   Dave Linantud - guitar and vocals Brian Lutz - bass, sound engineering, mixing Sharon Santos - drums Ian Burke - mastering
