GuardingThe Well podcast is a podcast that is aimed at helping you have a healthier walk with Jesus by guarding your well. This is based off of Proverbs 4:23. Podcasts will be released every Wednesday.
If you had a whole day that you did not have to do anything, what would you do? For us to rest and find the rest in Jesus that He promises us if we follow Him, we need more than just a few minutes a day. We need to slow down and rest with Him for a whole day. But, how do we do this?
Where would you say rest is found at? Do you think that our culture is one of promoting rest, a rest from within? Jesus promises us a rest for you soul if you come and follow Him and pattern your life after His. But is it worth it? How do we find rest in Jesus? Join us as we continue our series on rest as we see where rest is fostered at.
What is the pattern or order of your life? The things you do everyday and the way in which you do them? Did you know that Jesus had a pattern to His daily life? Join us as we continue our series "Rest for your Souls" as we look at the pattern of Jesus' life so we can follow it.
Life is filled with choices. Every day we have to make hundreds if not thousands of choices. One of the daily choices we make is to abide with Jesus or not. This choice impacts the rest that we have or don't have. Join us as we start to see how we can rest in Jesus

What goes through your mind when you receive an invitation to something? I think for many of us we have a few questions that go through our minds. Jesus is inviting you to find rest for your souls in Him, but what does His invitation mean? What does it include? Join us as we see part one of Jesus' Invitation.

Have you ever noticed the world is filled with people telling you that you can't do something? Because of this we have this thinking in many areas of life. But did you know that part of your identity in Christ is that the world says you can't, Christ says you can.
How hard have you tried to be accepted by others? I believe at some point in life we have all tried pretty hard to be accepted by others. Did you know though, that in Christ you have been accepted because you are loved? Join us as we see that our identity in Christ is that we are accepted?
We tend to have dreams that we run after. Perhaps something we want to accomplish or win. Other times it is something within that no one else knows about. When it comes to our identity, we see ourselves far to often in light of who we were. In Christ we are a new creation, born again. But what does that mean? Join us as we see that in Christ, part of our identity is a new creation.
Have you ever done something and were disappointed about it but later found out that it had better results than you thought?
