While Maitreyi's work deals with a span of topics, I remember one of my first experiences of being struck by some of their work that had to do with the passing of their father. September is the 3 year anniversary of that loss for them and it seemed fitting to dedicate this episode to grief. We talk about the different faces of grief as well as different ways we've dealt with it. This was a really tender episode and I'm so thankful it's something that we both wanted to talk about.
