You may know that Ordinary Days matter but are wondering HOW you can make them matter. In this brief episode, I share 7 tips on how you can make your ordinary days matter.
Motherhood isn't easy and motherhood is messy. Join me in this conversation with Richelle as she shares how she deals with the "Motherhood Messes" whether they be literal, emotional, or mental. She shares some raw and real examples from her own motherhood as well as some resources that have helped her. And she encourages us on how we can have joy in our motherhood for God's glory.
Join me as I dive into this topic of using our Ordinary Days for an Extraordinary God. You will either hear from me or from other ladies who share encouragement for making our Ordinary Days matter. You can have Ordinary Days for an Extraordinary God. Your ordinary days don't have to be boring or worthless! If what you're doing is for God's glory, then my friend, what you're doing is far from worthless! What you're doing is mattering for eternity.
We kick off the series, Ordinary Days for an Extraordinary God and Michelle gives us great reminders on how we can still find joy in the ordinary. Motherhood and Marriage can seem overwhelming at times and so often it's because we have a me-first mentality. JOY is often spelled Jesus, Others, You. It's not that we are not to think of ourselves but that we are to put Jesus as our number one priority, others next, and ourselves last. In the same manner, we are to make sure that we are taking care of ourselves so that we can care of others and their needs.
Following Christ is not the norm. At least true followship isn't. There are so many fans of Christ, but I wonder how many genuine followers of Christ there are? Don't follow your feelings, follow Jesus. Don't follow your heart, follow Jesus. Your heart is deceitful. Following Christ does not mean you have to be perfect but rather accept the fact that you are loved in your imperfections. It doesn't mean that you necessarily have to give up everything, but rather remember that God gives and takes away but He is still good. “Jesus fed 5000 but only 500 followed Him after lunch. He had 12 disciples, but only 3 went further in the Garden and only 1 stood with Him at the cross. The closer you get to the Cross, the smaller the crowd becomes.” Are you a fan of Jesus or a follower of Jesus?
What do you do when someone you love is gone sooner than you would have ever expected? Join me in this conversation with Jessie Tanner as she shares how her love story began and how she is now navigating her life after loss with three children. Truly, God's grace and God's provision is evident in her life.
Setting goals is great but growing is the true goal. You may not reach all of your goals but the important thing is that you grow in the process. Remember, failure is not fatal but rather failure is vital to success.
Abigail has been a friend of mine for the past 17 years! We have served together, attended high school and college together and are raising our own families together even though we are in different cities. In our conversation, she encourages us on how to biblically raise our children, love our husbands, and continue serving Jesus with our whole hearts.
In this interview, Amy shares her experience as someone who served in the military, had a spouse in the military, and was a military mom. She shares practical truth on how she navigated through the tough seasons and encourages us as wives and moms of the importance of having a relationship with Jesus, with your family, and the necessity of having a church family.
Cassandra and her family are missionaries to Uganda, East Africa. She shares a little about how they are adjusting to their new home, new lifestyle, and new ministry. Being on the mission field has its own set of struggles and Cassandra demonstrates such grace as she embraces this season that she is in and continues to fulfill the calling that God has on her life. She encourages us to keep on going -- to not give up-- on the Lord, on our spouses, and our families. She also shares why it's vital for our children to see us walking with the Lord, loving the Lord, and loving others. Tune in and be encouraged!
This interview with Kristine reminds us that we are not alone in our Marriage, Motherhood, and Ministry. She shares how we can encourage other pastors' wives and how we can encourage our children to live godly in a godless society.

Join me for the next few weeks as I begin a series titled, "Numbering our Days." In this series, we will talk about our life and priorities and how we can not only number our days but make our days count for Jesus.
When things don't go as we planned, we have trust. We have the power to put our trust in ourselves, in others, or in God. I don't know about you but I would choose God in a heartbeat because He made me, He loves me, and He knows what's best for me. Nothing happens in my life without first being approved by Him. Trust Him because He is God and trust Him because He is good!
In difficult times like this, we may forget who God is and even doubt His sovereignty but I want to remind you that we can still worship in times of uncertainty or difficulty. With God’s help and with each other, we can overcome COVID19 and any other things that come our way. We don't have to be victims of our circumstances. We can rise above them and become victors and vessels, fit for the Master's use because we are valuable.
Failure is not final and it is not fatal. We can learn from our failures. Success can only come about by first experiencing some failures. In my 30 years of life, I've learned 30 things that matter. Join we as I conclude the last part of this three part series.
Lessons are learned for a reason and many times they are great for sharing with others. On this episode, I share the next list of 10 things that matter or 10 lessons I have learned in the 30 years that God has given me. Tune in! I'm sure there is something that can benefit you.
No matter how long you have been living, I'm sure there are lessons you could share with someone. On this episode, I share the first part to my three-part series of 10 lessons that I've learned or 10 lessons that matter or should matter to us. I am positive there is something you can glean from this episode.
Sometimes work can be seen with a negative connotation. But work comes from God. We all have duties and responsibilities and many times when we see them just as that -- duties -- we can become complacent and calloused to them. Today, I would like to encourage you to see the tasks before you and future tasks ahead of you not as mere duties but as opportunities for you to demonstrate your devotion to and for Christ. Let us go above and beyond that which is our duty to do!

Today's episode is focused on how each and every one of us can be a mentor to someone. Whether we admit it of not, we are slowing losing the next generation. Someone said, "Christianity is just one generation from extinction." Folks, let's not allow that to happen. Let us take someone under our wing -- to teach, to train, and to mentor for the cause of Christ.
The Proverbs 31 woman is a lady in the Bible with such great qualities and attributes. However, it can be overwhelming when we constantly fail in trying to measure up to her. But we can find comfort in the fact that we don't have to measure up but rather we can be encouraged by the example that she had and grow to be the women that God created us to be. In this episode, I go through a pretty detailed description of the Proverbs 31 woman and how we can model after her for God's glory.
