Do you have a dream. What is your dream? Do you have something that you are working on or aspiring to be or become. Do you even have a dream, a vision or a goal? My dream - is to help people…People just like you. A dream help people make money, a dream to change people’s lives, to impact on generations to come Maybe you are already making money but could do with some structure to maximise that money and have it start to work for you. Or maybe your just not sure where to start - but you would love to see that in your future. A future of clarity, certainty and freedom. Ive have experienced what it is like to make a lot of money. My mates have experienced what wealth is like and the emotions and mindset it takes to make money. Equally, both my mates and I have lost a lot of money. Why is that…? 1.Everything moves in a cycle and money is no different 2.Maybe there were some valuable lessons in there that needed to be taught 3.Finally because we didn’t have the financial mentors and guidance My goal - my goal is to help you. Help you be successful. Help you to live a life of fulfilment and achieved dreams… and teach you the laws of money and nurture what money you do have so that it can go out and work for you…not you working for it. So, who might not quiet be there yet? Some of you may have started, others are are not sure how to get to the start line. Can I ask - When you are carrying a few extra pounds and are unfit…. Do you get fit first and then go to the gym….. or do you enlist a professional… Do you get a trainer to fast track your performance and get you fit in a safe and efficient manner. All my life I have been a coach… A performance coach! My job is to get people financially fit. Some of you are going to hear me with your ears… others of you are going to feel me in your heart. At the end of this presentation… for those of you that feel what I have been saying resonates deep within you… For those of you that are motivated by what I I am saying. Im going to give you the opportunity to work with me. The opportunity to bring your dreams into reality. My dream started many years ago… is it ok with you if I share something with you? I want your permission to be open and transparent today. Is this ok? Alright.. Thank you… So who am I to be standing up here talking about your dreams and your goals. Now that I have your permission i want to give you an insight into who i am and what makes up Michael Cooper https://iammichaelcooper.com

A way to accelerate your learning of new skills, is to practice, repeat, review and test yourself! So the goal here is how quickly can you test yourself? How fast can you fail and learn from your lessons or mistakes? The key indicator to adapting to a new skill is the ability to realise what works and what doesn’t quickly. So let’s look at 10 quick ways to accelerate the learning process:1) Re-memorise before bed.2) Share with someone close to each and every day.3) Be curious. If you simply ask your mind a question, it will go out and find the answers to it at an unconscious level.4) If at any point you lose focus or fear starts to creep in. (And as we discussed in previous calls is a good chance it may)… Go back to your WHY? Because if your WHY is big enough for HOW will present itself. 5) Create Triggers and anchors6) Visualise the end result.7) State - Before you sit down to learn any new skill you want to put yourself in a peak state.8) Take breaks - it is really important that you take breaks to let this new material set into your mind, find its neural pathways and become a part system.9) New environments - learn more about your new skill in different and new environments. 10) Journaling - Basically what you can do is read a book or listen to an audio, take a 10 minute break and get fresh.
This will be the difference between you being average and extraordinary. Summary:1) Get clear on the skill that need2) Be specific3) Narrow it down to 1-2 skills4) Research (the common topics) – so that you can be efficient5) Be consistent with your skills
Not many people are willing to look themselves in the eye and address the belief systems. Throughout the day we all make decisions and most of the time those decisions don’t rule in favour of your heart or your purpose. They fail to move us to be our higher selves. So when you look at yourself, I want to look into your eyes examine your face and learn to get comfortable with yourself. Think about your existence, why are you here and what is your purpose? Write your own vision!SWOT analysisMonitor Your Daily ActionsRemove the Comparison to Others
Has anyone ever heard of the term called VUCA world. It’s a term coined by Terence MauriVolatilityUncertaintyComplexityAmbiguity This VUCA world that we live in; as individuals presents tremendous risk, but also tremendous opportunity. The best antidote or the best strategy for not just surviving but thriving is by having a leader’s mindset. Bold thinking - which is really about thinking bigger; it’s raising the scale of ambition, raising your levels of energy and raising your levels of activityBounce back - this is a systematic approach to rapid learning from failure. Being your best self - means amplifying your strengths, maximizing your talents and that also means effort. It means daily effort to turn your natural strength and focus them into laser like focus. To be your best self you have to find your purpose
Special Guest and Coach Les Gordon - Speaking on pressure The three great pressures:TimeEnergyMoney "Quiet Be Still" - A form of mind power. If you can control the thoughts / emotions on the inside - the outside has no power over you.
Create a success board - This is basically a calendar for the month and you put either a smiley face or a sticker or a star that shows that you’ve achieved your goal for the day. I know it is so simple and it’s a little bit childlike, but you know what? We are all looking for acknowledgement and acceptance… it’s one of the highest human needs and why not give yourself that acknowledgement as opposed to looking towards others. So in summary:1. Small bite size pieces2. Start today3. Reward yourself4. Celebrate success5. AND stick with it - habits take time, perseverance and consistent effort Tony Robbins says: “people grossly overestimate what they can do in a day; and grossly underestimate what they can do a lifetime”
So what are some of those steps that you can take you to the next LEVEL! ARE YOU READY? 1. Prepare your to-do list the night before - Then prioritise them (Delete, Delegate, Schedule and finally DO) 2. Mind, Body Soul - 90% of super successful people practice some form of physical exercise, meditation or yoga 3. Goal setting and visualisation - Sit down and visualise the future you would like to have. The person that you want to become and the life that you want to lead 4. Gratitude and positive self-talk. - What’s the point of achieving all these goals if they don’t make you happy 5. Self-Development - Super successful people are always learning new skills, reading practical books, listen to podcasts, go to seminars 6. Network - You network determines your net worth. 7. Meetings and accountability sessions - Have a friend or mentor that you can call on each week to hold you to account
People operate out of Eye sight - judging on what you can see. The vast majority of people operate out of personal history; things either done to them or experienced by them (or worse still others around them) Mind Sight - Is how you interpret what you see - what’s possible?I want you to operate out of a larger vision of yourselfOperate out of your imagination - believe in whats possible As Will Smith says… if you stay ready, you don’t have to get ready!
