    Life can get heavy, can't it? Yet I think we all need to remember, especially for the people that feel “strong,” that every strong person can feel weak too, but every "weak" person has access to strength. Nonnie starts off the episode about building strength, we need to remember that we have weak moments (2:02). She continues to explain more that asking for help is okay, and building off your weaknesses is your strength (8:55). Then, Brandon proposes a thought of why people stay in their weakness because they can't accept them (12:00). Furthermore, Nonnie explains the more we can make a regular practice of never giving up, we can build strength and determination to keep moving forward (16:55). Shanard starts things off sharing his testimony on how he gave his life to Christ at a very young age (3:04) and how his faith was tested during his childhood and in school. Shanard also speaks on his hardships with homelessness and how his faith had an impact on his family. With his life stressors from school and his family, he opened up about trying to take his own life at 14:15. But as a person of faith, God had other plans. On this subject, Brandon talks about his faith and how it's apart of his lifestyle at 22:04. Furthermore, Brandon speaks with Kyle about why having faith is important while going through things at 26:19. In addition, Brandon talks about having hope when things feel overwhelming in life 34:35.     Self-Sufficient

On the last episode, Ian described to the guys how he went on a date with someone (FINALLY) who didn't express the same interests as he does.
