On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, we bring you the best of Mark Levin. We need to become interested in the founding of America because there are those who are telling us how awful America is. We need to trigger a deeper interest in our history. It's good to learn some of the men who signed your Constitution aren't very well know, such as Rufus King, John Langdon and Jonathan Dayton. Also, it was only a matter of time before Stephen A Smith came under attack for being an independent thinker. Smith will not be intimidated by anyone, especially Stephen Jackson. Afterward, President Trump has never flinched in his support for the state of Israel, and he's very concerned about the antisemitism taking place in the U.S. and around the world. But there are some Tucker Carlson and Nick Fuentes types who say they're done with Trump because he's Israel first. These people are trying to destroy MAGA, the Republican party and the Trump presidency. We won't let that happen. In addition , you're not hearing any condemnation from the Palestinian world on the Australia terror attack because it's considered an accomplishment. This kind of slaughter is encouraged there and it's not just against Jews; they are targeting the entire West. Finally, documents reveal that the FBI's Washington Field Office doubted probable cause for the Mar-A-Lago search warrant and preferred negotiating with Trump's lawyer to resolve the issue amicably, noting Trump's potentially strong legal arguments on the documents. However, Merrick Garland and his Department of Justice overruled these concerns, insisting on the raid despite the FBI's reservations about its necessity and professionalism. In this episode of The Sidebar Podcast, Leise Winny and Royce deliver a true Christmas miracle of chaos, culture, and commentary. From watching the Diddy documentary and deciding once and for all that Mase won, to questioning why cartoons are disappearing and whether SpongeBob has been a victim all along, nothing is off limits. We get into sex as a “gift,” why people lose their minds when Black women run for office, and how society feels dangerously close to becoming the movie Idiocracy. Leise revisits her goth kid era, Royce unpacks white culture, and we pause to give flowers to Black horror legends who shaped the genre. Then we ask the fundamental questions: What changed Stephen A. Smith? Are podcasters actually the problem with society? And is Jake Paul really ready for Anthony Joshua? We close it out with football talk, TikTok trends, and a very Sidebar Christmas send-off.⏱️ TIMESTAMPS2:10 — Royce watched the Diddy documentary… Mase won4:40 — No more cartoons for kids + SpongeBob is a victim6:12 — Why do cartoons wear gloves?11:12 — Is sex a real gift?23:32 — Why people hate when Black women run for office33:42 — Are we living in the movie Idiocracy?36:06 — Goth kid Leise39:15 — White culture45:57 — Paying tribute to Black horror figures49:55 — What changed Stephen A. In a deeply personal and raw final hour, Brandon Tierney delivers his ultimate sign-off from the legendary WFAN. The segment kicks off with a surprise call from BT's biggest fan and toughest critic—his father—who takes listeners on a 25-year trip through BT's career: from packing up for Allentown to the drive-time battles in San Francisco, and finally, his "dream fulfilled" return to New York. BT reflects on the "unrelenting drive" that defined his run, acknowledging that while his time in the midday slot is ending due to station shifts (the return of Craig Carton), he leaves with his head high and his competitive fire unquenched. He shares his pride in sharing studios with titans like Stephen A. Smith, calling Knicks games at the Garden, and building the "Unkillable" brand with co-host Sal Licata. It's a tear-filled, high-energy goodbye to the city he loves, ending not with a whimper, but with a promise that the next chapter will be his biggest yet.

On Friday's Mark Levin Show, we need to become interested in the founding of America because there are those who are telling us how awful America is. We need to trigger a deeper interest in our history. It's good to learn some of the men who signed your Constitution aren't very well know, such as Rufus King, John Langdon and Jonathan Dayton. Also, it was only a matter of time before Stephen A Smith came under attack for being Nextan independent thinker. Smith will not be intimidated by anyone, especially Stephen Jackson. Later, Marjorie Taylor Greene has gone from dumb to evil. She is now plotting to oust Speaker Mike Johnson on her way out of Congress. She wants the Republicans to lose and is trying to figuratively burn it all down. Afterward, Mehek Cooke has blown the whistle on a massive Medicaid fraud scheme in the Somali community in Ohio, describing it as far larger than Minnesota's ongoing scandal and dating back over a decade, involving millions in stolen taxpayer dollars. The issue stems from criminals exploiting Ohio's easily gamed system rather than the community itself, urging audits of Medicaid programs nationwide to protect hurting taxpayers. In addition, criticisms from Republicans and President Trump target the Somali community's culture and lack of assimilation as recent immigrants, not their race. Conflicts arise from ideology and culture, not race – reject the left-leaning tactics that inject race into non-racial issues. Finally, what's been done to the Israeli hostages was unconscionable. According to reports, a Palestinian doctor murdered Noa Marciano by injecting air into her vein while she begged for mercy. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

SEASON 4 EPISODE 38: COUNTDOWN WITH KEITH OLBERMANN A-Block (2:30) SPECIAL COMMENT: It’s not simple gaslighting about the price of gas: It’s neurological disintegration; obsessive repetition of the same lie. He has now - for the 14th time in 28 weeks - announced with shock and excited surprise that gas has "just hit" $1.98 a gallon (or "$1.99" or "under $2.00"). It's not just a lie; it's something he heard, could not understand in the first place, and is repeating at regular intervals as if he just heard it moments earlier. It is a classic sign of neurological crisis. And it is proof that invoking the 25th Amendment is imperative. And won’t happen. Any more than Trump realizing he already TOLD that lie. ALSO: Jack Smith still has a way to make the second half of his report convicting Trump public, while it turns out he tried to get rid of Aileen Cannon a year ago. It is also becoming increasingly apparent that ESPN's Stephen A. Smith may be the Jill Stein of 2028 - a stalking horse pretending to be a Democrat while being pushed by fascists. We know this much: he's mailing it in. He thinks the name of the governor of Florida is named "Ron Santis." AND TRUMP AND MELANIA talking about "Pile Driving" at night in the White House? That must be the first time in eighteen years. B-Block (35:00) THE WORST PERSONS IN THE WORLD: The Shamwow guy is back and, what else, running for Congress as a MAGA because he can't keep this up all day. Bari Weiss obviously never saw the Mary Tyler Moore Show: she's fired her old CBS News Anchors before she's fired her NEW CBS News Anchors. And Jake Tapper really does it: after he put his thumb on the scale for Trump in the Biden debate and wrote a book and sold it on CNN about Biden's acuity, he's defending Trump's mental instability. C-Block (42:00) THINGS I PROMISED NOT TO TELL: Hal Steinbrenner, owner of the New York Yankees whose franchise has increased in value by three billion in just the last four years, is trying to convince people that maybe the Yankees aren't profitable. This is clownage as old as sports itself: the saga of the year the owner of the Los Angeles Dodgers insisted "we lost two million last year!"See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Jason Whitlock responds to Stephen A. Smith's 40-minute personal attack against the Fearless host. Whitlock details how Smith's dishonest tirade on Friday night was a ploy to deflect from Smith's anti-Drake Maye rant. Whitlock argues that Patriots owner Robert Kraft contacted Disney CEO Bob Iger to complain about Smith's personal attack on Patriots quarterback Drake Maye. Friday morning, in an attempt to defend Cam Newton, Smith called Maye a “liar” on First Take. Smith is under intense pressure and scrutiny as his ESPN show First Take becomes more embarrassing, more ghetto and more difficult to defend. Learn more about your ad choices. On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, a three-judge panel issued a 160-page order blocking Texas's new congressional redistricting plan, alleging it was unlawfully based on race rather than partisanship. In a scathing 104-page dissent, Judge Jerry Smith accused majority judges Jeffrey Vincent Brown and David Guaderrama of "pernicious judicial misbehavior" by denying him adequate time to review and respond, calling it the most outrageous judicial conduct he had encountered in 37 years. Smith argued the redistricting was driven by partisan gain, not racial animus, dismantling the majority's claims as deceptive, misleading, and factually erroneous. Hans von Spakovsky calls in to discuss this decision. Later, six Democratic members of Congress urged the U.S. military and national security personnel to reject and defy ‘illegal orders' from President Trump as commander-in-chief, which is an attempt to undermine the government, and overthrow the elected president. Trump has not issued unconstitutional or illegal orders and complies with court rulings. Their actions are disgusting and frightening. Also, Stephen A Smith calls in and addresses Michelle Obama saying men aren't ready to have a woman president. He also criticizes Democrats for the 43-day government shutdown over Obamacare subsidies, highlighting unfulfilled promises on costs and doctor retention. Afterward, Sean Hannity calls in to discuss law and order on the streets of America. Finally, Gabe Kaminsky calls in and exposes Nick Fuentes' nonprofit (tax exempt) America First Foundation group which is revamping for the 2026 midterm elections to "infiltrate politics" by evaluating candidates, guiding voter decisions, and mapping the "patronage networks" of the "Israel First lobby."
