In February 2026, Henry Tenon stood in front of Judge London Kite in Duval County and said he wanted a trial. He had already confessed to killing Jared Bridegan. He had taken a deal. He had agreed to testify that Mario Fernandez and Shanna Gardner hired him to carry out the shooting. Then he took all of it back. Tony Brueski and retired FBI Special Agent Robin Dreeke sit down with the listener questions this audience cannot stop debating. What would make a man who admitted to murder reverse course and risk life in prison? The prosecution says the only link between Tenon and Bridegan is Fernandez, and that three checks totaling ten thousand dollars prove a murder-for-hire arrangement. The defense says Tenon was a handyman who did real work at the property and showed video to prove it. A prosecution filing revealed that someone else was at the scene the night Bridegan was killed — a detail that raises questions about who else was involved and whether additional charges could follow. Jared Bridegan was shot with his two-year-old daughter in the back seat. A bullet narrowly missed her. Fernandez is on trial now. Gardner starts September 7. Tenon in 2027. The question is not whether the expensive unit is impressive. It is what the extra money buys, who can use it, and where a lower-cost unit still gets the job done. They break down the practical difference between a 905 nm commercial laser and the 1534 nm system in the 15K, including target size, return speed, fog, smoke, dust, onboard Applied Ballistics, atmospherics, field zeroing, and a wired trigger beside the rifle's trigger. Matt shares what it took to range small steel around 800 to 850 yards and full-size silhouettes past 1,500, plus the simple mistake that can send the laser miles behind the target if the turret is not returned to zero. More energy is not automatically a better choice if the shooter cannot control the rifle.•     Set younger shooters up with correct fit and manageable recoil. Confidence and repeatable hits matter more than handing them the biggest cartridge available.•     During fire season, verify the ammunition and target, avoid ignition risks, pick the conditions, and clean up the site. An off-duty state trooper and an armed citizen are being credited with helping stop a deadly shooting outside a newly opened In-N-Out Burger in Twin Falls, Idaho. Authorities say their intervention forced the rifle-wielding suspect to retreat and may have prevented further casualties before the gunman died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

An armed citizen and an off-duty Idaho State Police trooper are credited with confronting the gunman who killed three people and wounded seven at an In-N-Out in Twin Falls, Idaho.
