We are called to be holy and acceptable sacrifices for God. There are three types of people in this world. Which one are you?
How do you see things? Do you see them from the right point of view? Seeing things in faith. Knowing God has made the way, we just have to walk it out.
We are called to have pure minds. To stir up the Holy Spirit within us. That keep our minds right in the Lord. To remind our selves the Day of the Lord is at hand.
At the end of Job we see God answering him. What we could all learn from this. Knowing God is in control, at all times. We must have faith He knows best, even when hardship comes.
Communion is important for believers. But its also something we should not take lightly.
Where is your treasure? Do you look for it on earth? Or are you storing it up in heaven?
Job proclaims his integrity and slowly starts to realize that God is in control of everything no matter what. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.
Dont let someone or something distract you from living for Christ. There are people in this world that will try to draw you from God. Don't follow them.
As christians we are to press in, to pray, to endure, to stir up the gift of God with in us, and to be good soldiers for Christ.
Are you clean? That is a question we should all ask ourselves. As Christians it should also be our mission. To be in a constant state of keeping the bad out, and letting the good in.
Jobs friends had the best of intentions at first. But the more they tryed to help out of there own understanding, the more they made a mess.
For our fight is not against flesh and blood.We would do well to remember that and know what do to fight back.
Fathers are called to raise up there children in the fear of the Lord. To teach them the best we can in the ways of the Lord.
We all deal with pain, we will deal with loss. We are to help people in pain. Grief comes in many way. Learning how to help others in pain. To be there for others in there time of need.
When we look at things we only see the outside. We have to look deeper then that. We must look at what is in us to try to better ourselves for Christ.
If you love the Lord you will follow His commandments. If you love the Lord, show Him.
We are either going forward, going backward or standing still. We need to be mindful that we are always sewing some kind of seed in life. What seeds are you planting?
A lot of us have been or are bound right now. Bondage comes in many forms. But Jesus came to set the captives free!
Jesus is preparing a place for us. Have you ever thought about the mansion that is waiting for you in heaven. Where is it at? How does it look? Are you ready to see it?
Mother's who live godly lives in Christ allow the Word of God to flow through them. Sharing that wisdom and knowledge with her children.
Believers in Jesus will inherit His Everlasting kingdom. We are part of this world but not of this world. Many are called but few are chosen.
Without trust it's hard to deal with others. We must build our trust with one another. First build our trust in the Lord.
With gentleness and meekness we are to help others bear their burdens. When the weight of life begins to be to much for someone we should step in and help. Be willing to sacrifice whatever is necessary to lift the weight.
With joy, comes gladness. We should be glad to come to the house of the Lord. We should be glad it all we do. Other people should be able to the joy and gladness when they see us. Are you glad?
Jesus spoke a lot in parables. It's very important that we dig into the Word. Seek out what Jesus said and pray for the wisdom to understand.
We are called to live a supernatural life in Christ. To walk in the Spirit, to worship in Spirit and Truth. It's up to us to live that life honoring God.
God loves us so much? Do we love Him? If we did we would put Him first. If God is first in everything in our lives then everything else will work out for His good and His glory.
Are you discouraged or encouraged? Do you see the good God can do in the things around you or see the negative? Discouragement brings destruction, encouragement brings courage.
The Bible teaches us about life after death. We need to view God through the proper lens. Growing our faith knowing heaven is our home to come.
Where is the supernatural in the church, in Christians? We have the same Spirit Christ had, so why don't we see Him moving in our lives?
The is something that should happen to all Christians. That is becoming a new person in Christ. That we strive to know more about our Savior's. Building our faith and cleaning ourselves up to grow nearer to God.
The resurrection of Jesus is the cornerstone of our faith. To know Jesus and for Him to know us. Having a relationship with Him. Living our life serving Him and serving others. Showing and sharing Christ with everyone we meet.
We are called to holiness. Just as God is Holy so should we strive to be. We need to look and what we think, what we say and what we do. Then ask "Do I honor the Lord?"
The word of God or the Bible is always the answer. It has the answer to any question we have. Sometimes the word is correction, we need to be able to except correction. To be able to see what it is we're doing wrong and with the help of the Lord change it. Wisdom and learning how to use it is key.
Our King is coming. Jesus, King of kings, Lord of lords. He is coming back again, are you ready?
God promises blessings for his children. It's important to know what God's blessings are and to stand on those blessings. To know we are to be dependent on God, and not ourselves.
Will Old Testament people be judged differently from New Testament believers? God has not changed His mind. He still hates sin. He still calls for repentance. He still longs for a relationship with His people. Jesus did not come to do away with the law but to fulfill it.
Everything in this world will pass away, we will take nothing with us. Yet we have a reassurance in the word of God to stand upon knowing what we have waiting for us in heaven.
We all chase alot of things in life. Am I content with what I have and where I am. Or do I wish I had more. Is the envy in my heart? Am I discontent or content with where God has me?
God is love, and we are stubborn. The Israelites we stubborn and turned from God. Yet He still loved them and aloud them to repent and come back to Him. Same as today, we should make sure we live Holy and repent and stay with the Lord.
Do not lay hands on someone suddenly. Laying on of hands for prayer is important. Yet it must be done in the correct way. And you must use spiritual discernment.
Are you cold or hot for the Lord? Or are you lukewarm? It is our responsibility to check our own temperatures to see where we are. And if we are not where we should be then its time to change it. Jesus sits at the door and knocks.....will you answer?
God always gives warnings and chances to repent. God must judge sin. He is faithful if we would turn away from evil and sin to help and restore and heal His people.
In the Last Days people will not want to heard the truth, not want to hear God's word. This happens subtlety, slowly so to try to not be noticed. Then there will be no word, no where. God given us a thirst for You and Your word.
Everybody in the world will face suffering. In the middle of whatever causes us to suffer we may not understand why. Yet some of the greatest lessons we can learn as Christians will come through our suffering.
Do we truly understand what we have in Jesus? The value, the blessings, the peace. Take time today to search deep to all He has given us.
Justice should characterize God's people. We must know the truth, what is good in the eyes of God. Knowing that God will judge. We must know God's standards.
What does the word still mean to you? In the middle of a war or a battle how can we be still ? We have to remember that the battle is the Lord's and if we just surrender it to Him He will fight for us.
We are all in a quest for healing. Whether it be healing of our hearts our minds a physical healing or even a spiritual healing. But we must be open to how God wants to heal us and not how we think He should do it.
We must have a relationship with God through His Son Jesus. We must know His name. Who He is, what He stands for, what He likes and dislikes. So our names can be written in the Lambs Book of Life.
It's important to know God's word. If you do not know the Bible and the scriptures you will not be able to see false religion. And so that we can spot and see when we're in the wrong and we might need to change our motives and repent and turn back to God.
